Of course he was late. His planes preparations tool far to long, but he made it. As he climbed out of his plane he noticed another plane. France. What could she be doing here? France was kind of his mother country. He had respect for her. She was an ally. He saw the group out side of Russia's plane. He walked over Atka close at his heels. He stood beside them. Nodding at Italy and just glancing at Russia, he would intervene if necessary, there need not be any more bloodshed in this world. "France,bonjour, ce qui vous a amené ici?" He bowed slightly. keeping Russia in his peripherals. He rested his wrist on the button in his sleeve ready to press it so his knives would drop down .

Ekaterina watched as Japane made his way before her, getting down in a bow to apologize. An accident? Launching missiles was an accident? Russia glared down at him when she heard some commotion behind her. She glanced over her shoulder and saw that France showed up as well. They were all acting like fools. Why did they even bother coming in the first place? Russia had come here because war was at her doorstep and they were just being foolish. She let out a sigh before returning her attention to Hayate. She kept her saber pointed at him and did not look like she would be setting it down any time soon.
"I want him dead," Ekaterina said after a while. "Because of your poor leadership skills, you allowed one of your generals to act without your consent. Many of my countrymen died because of the attacks," Russia stated.

"That is an unwise decision. I'm being quite merciful by asking only for his life in exchange for the hundreds that were killed," Ekaterina said blandly.
She lowered her sword before turning to one a general that had accomponied her. Ekaterina spoke to him in Russian, telling the man to get ready.
"If you do not give me his life, I will have no choice but to retaliate," Russia said coldly.
With that said, she sheathed her saber.

Nathan walked into the situation room amid the fresh activity that had been sparked up when the news had been confirmed. His generals brought him updated information. He wondered if he should go over and see just how Russia would react, but decided against against it quickly as he stared at his staff. He wasn't about to risk endangering the safety of his people.

"You have made a wise decisiong, child," Ekaterina replied when Japan finally conceded to her request.
The others may have seen this as barbaric but it was because of that fool that many of her own people died. She wanted blood for this but did not want to go to war with Japan in order to acheive this. Ekaterina sighed, feeling tired.

One day was given to the man who was to be executed in order for him to give out his last rites and such. Ekaterina spent this time preparing for war in case Japan did not uphold their bargain or if another country decided to attack. She spent this time creating new plans and strategies along with overseeing the reconstruction of Moscow. After a while, the time of the execution came. Russia left her quarters and headed to the execution grounds. There, the guilty was on his knees but knelt there proudly. He stared straight ahead, despite the fact that the executioner was right behind him with a sword, the katana. It seemed that his death would be by decapitation. Russia looked to Japan to see if he would go through with their agreement.
