The nearest technician just nodded absently, "Yeah, if you've been checked and treated, go ahead to the dorms or cafeteria, or wherever. I'd suggest getting a start in on your report while it's still fresh. Spend too long speculating, and your imagination starts to fill in the gaps."
Across the courtyard, Clarice quickly scanned the new arrivals and nodded in satisfaction. Testing was going smooth, no melodrama or hysterics...the absence of the leaders of the Life and Death Divisions likely helped, but overall this could be so much worse. Her eyes fell on Harrison and she nodded again. Her one, highly risky, much punished, foray into waking a candidate was still standing pretty, if a bit scruffed by the affair if that bandage was any...that was one of her bandages. Frowning sharply, she turned back to matters at hand feeling slightly peeved.
If they were short on bandages to supply the trainees with, she wouldn't have minded sharing from her personal stash. But they could have at least asked her.

"Everyone in one piece," Jordan agreed, and looked away from where Jerry and Candace sat, feeling weirdly awkward. "That's gotta count for something." Nobody was missing any limbs, at least. David is, Ferros said. One, not what I meant. Two, that was unkind.Good thing he can't hear me, huh? Ferros's snicker had an unpleasant edge to it. Jordan winced slightly. His weapon was still in a bad mood, and he had no idea when Ferros would calm down. Madison's question interrupted his uncomfortable reflections, and he smiled, a small smile, but not a forced one, at least. "We all did good," he answered. "I'm proud of you guys." He should probably say more, but he was numbly tired, fumbling for words even in his own mind. Later, along with everything else he was putting off.

"I'm proud of you guys." Jordan said. When it became obvious he wasn't going to say anything more, Ennéa gave him a small squeeze and then finally stepped away. She was still feeling a little shaky and worn around the edges but the crying had helped. Being surrounded by her fellow hunters and not monsters that wanted to hurt her or set her on fire also had helped.
"Ugh, I'm so tired." She said as she stretched, standing on her tip-toes and reaching her hands up towards the canvas tent ceiling. Her stomach grumbled and she quickly covered her midsection. "Erm, hungry too." She giggled wryly.
The technician had excused them so Ennéa saw no reason to stick around. She turned and looked up to Jordan, a small mischievous smile on her face. "Hey! Remember what I said about that sundae? I'm going to go get one -- as big as my head! Bigger!" She waved her arms for emphasis, her usual cheerful demeanor returning, "So big even Robert would have a hard time finishing it." She joked.
Ennéa impulsively gave Jerry a hug since she hadn't already and then waved to everyone. "That mission sucked... but I'm glad we all made it." She said, momentarily sober. "Hopefully the next one..." She trailed off awkwardly, unable to bear thinking about whatever horrors they might have to face next. "Um, well, anyway." She shifted from foot to foot, "To ice cream!"
Ennéa headed towards the tent doorway, "Bye guys!" She called over her shoulder.

He wasn't in the mood to drink yet so he just simply sat down near Cass when the seat was offered to him feeling relief go through him the moment he managed to allow himself to relax while seated he smiled a bit, "We're all tired. We're all sore."
Jude stiffly shifted his shoulders cringing at the feel of fabric and gauze rubbing against burn wounds and he just sat there quietly spacing off for a moment when suddenly Leon talked at him, "Hmm? I'm fine for now...I just ... I want to check on everyone before I take a shower and go to my dorm."
He didn't feel off enough to warrant staying on a cot when he can curl up in an actual bed.
At the subject of working out he nodded a bit to Cass, "Count me in."

Before was rather... shell-shocked about the way everything played out. So when it became apparent they could all leave the wreckage and the mess and all those creatures that apparently cannot die... Before took longer than necessary and was one of the last to arrive. His appearance was quiet and devoid of those silly accidents he was usually prone to make.
And he was alright with that as he found a quiet spot out of everyone's way and just sat down and did his best... not to think.

"I'm... proud of us too, I guess. All of us," Madison said, looking at the disparate group. Us was more than just the little band naming itself Phoenix, but all the trainees. They'd come back, after all, despite everything. That had to count for something, right?
Man, she was tired - but she had to have a shower first. She'd gotten herself thoroughly disgusting in climbing up that giant freak, not to mention spread the mess to Ennea when the younger Hunter hugged her after she'd woken up again. Dirty, tired, hungry... what to take care of first?
Stupidly, it was Ennea running off that clinched it. "Hey, Ennea, wait up - if she dribbles freak-goo all over the cafeteria..." Madison groaned, then gave the others a sheepish look. "I'm gonna go, like, clean up and stuff... but let's keep in touch, okay?" Kind of a dumb statement given that they all lived in the same building, but whatever.
With an awkward wave, Madison headed out after Ennea.

A shower.
Leon could get behind that. "Well as long your both ok, I must admit, a shower sounds really nice." he mentioned while pushing himself away from the wall from Jude. "After another run around the place." he commented dryly and gave Cass a frown. "Tsk tsk, you all need more stamina!"
and promptly waited for the onslaught of empty or full water bottles.

Cass laughed a bit. "Yeah, yeah. Stamina. You'll have to forgive me for having little girl arms.." she flailed her arms in a fashion meant to mimic the noodle arms in cartoons, before she sat up. No thrown water bottle from her end of things!
"You can go running, I.." she paused after a moment, leaning onto her knee and giving him a look. "What is 'around the place'?" she asked, eying her boots and pondering if it was worth it to put them back on to maybe join the boxer in his run.. even if that would mostly be her killing herself before too long. She'd definitely not be keeping up with him.

They could leave? Oh, good. She felt fine, she was confirmed to be human, she was good to go! But what about her team? She wanted to at least make sure they got back to their rooms okay. Everyone deserved a good, long rest. They'd all earned it even if their mission had ended with destroyed equipment, lost captives and a traitorous hunter. "Okay-ish works." Candace said in response to Madison's words, shrugging at the question about Robert and Petra. "They seemed relatively okay when we all left. I bet they're, ah, celebrating their spared lives." She was teasing, considering she kind of wished she could be doing that right now. But no, no. She wouldn't say anything of that nature. Not in front of Jerry or Harrison. Heh. "I really, really want to take a shower. I feel like I haven't washed in over a month. Ugh." Had all of that really only happened in one night? She couldn't believe it. She refused to believe that was only one night. "We did pretty well for our first big mission, I think. Despite the results."At Ennea's proclamation of eating what would clearly be the world's largest sundae Candace chuckled. She wished she had the stomach for that right now. But her chuckling stopped when the younger girl was suddenly hugging Jerry, tensing beside him and trying not to look bothered by it. It...it was because he was still hurt, of course! It was the only reason Candace wasn't hugging him right now! Yes. That was it. That was the only reason she had the sudden urge to slap Ennea's adorable little face off. That was the only reason. Yes. That was the only reason. "Goodbye..." Candace was frowning again. Strange girl. Way to get jealous~. Atropos sang with a dark chuckle. Candace could hear the invisible grin. Shut up. It was all she was going to say on the matter. She refused to dwell on it any longer. She gave Madison a nod as she left to follow after and take care of whatever Ennea was up to. That worked. "Tsk tsk, you all need more stamina!" Candace paused a moment, suddenly smirking and looking Leon's way. "I bet I could easily outlast you in any given task, chainsaw boy." Candace retorted before stretching her arms up over her head and then gently flicking a bit of hair out of Jerry's face. "You want me to walk you to your room, doll?" If he had other plans she'd understand. He probably wanted to stay and get treated more, right? She knew she would!

"P-probably bump into a lot fewer door jams on the way, ahahahaha..." Jerry managed, wobbling with a pained hiss to his feet, "I'm... ready to sleep forever I think," He laughed as though it was a joke. Laughing kept him upright. Smiles were good for endorphins. Get those brain chemicals swinging right. If he kept it up, he could make it without being carried.

"I'll catch up with you later," Jordan said to Madison, and watched as she followed Ennea. That was good. Maddie would take care of Ennea, and Ennea would keep Maddie from getting too depressed. He was worried about Ennea; she seemed to have bounced back, regaining some of her usual cheer, but the hollow look in her eyes after her first real battle haunted him. He should probably go and join them, get something to eat. He looked back to Jerry and Candace in time to see Candace stroking a bit of hair off Jerry's face. Well, she was taking care of him, Jordan supposed; he didn't need to hang around and watch like a creeper. "I'm going to go get some rest," he said, not quite looking at either of them. "Candace, you mind making sure Jerry gets back to his room all right?" He bit back the rest of the thought; Candace knew as well as he did that Jerry was pretty close to blind without his glasses. She'd help him. He managed a thin, tired smile, and headed out of the tent. He needed a shower, and some quiet, and some sleep. He wasn't really hungry anyway, not after everything that had happened today. ((Exiting))

As Jerry stood and showed just how much it hurt to walk Candace's heart twisted with pained guilt. If that idiot hadn't jumped in front of her and blocked her from being burnt to death in the flames he wouldn't be--no. No. That wasn't fair to him. He did that of his own volition. Like...like someone who cared about someone else. Candace was braced to catch him of he fell, giving a nervous chuckle at his admission. "Not forever. You and I still have a coffee date. I expect you to hold up to your proposal, Mister Collins." She teased half-heartedly. Why did it hurt to watch him like this? Candace was honestly confused and surprised by it. She didn't get why she cared. This wasn't how she usually operated... She looked at his burns again and frowned. Those were because of her. Pathetic. If he hadn't been so pitiful and weak he wouldn't have felt the need to tackle her out of the way like that. Son of a b***h. She was a failure. "You...do still want it, right? The date?" Was that hope in her voice? Why, yes it was. Candace had gingerly looped an arm behind Jerry, keeping it close enough to catch him if she needed to but not touching him much so as to avoid pressing down on his burned back, when Jordan addressed her. "Hm? Oh, yeah. I plan on it. I can check on him in the morning too...help him find the quartermaster and see about getting new glasses." She felt responsible for their unfortunate fate, not knowing they had already been broken before she stepped on them, and she also felt responsible for his current condition. She felt guilty as hell, man. How very unlike you. Normally you don't give a damn about anyone but yourself...your own words. Candace nodded. I know. She gave Jordan a small wave. "Rest up, okay? I doubt the next few days are going to be very relaxing even with Caelius obviously in critical condition." There was no way they could deny that. None of them could. With that she held one of Jerry's hands as she began to slowly lead him out from the tent, keeping a slow and easy pace. It was agonizing to move like this, she wanted to get there faster, but she knew straining Jerry was out of the question. He wanted sleep, she'd give him sleep in his proper bed. ((Exiting))

Bix let himself be gauged and poked and examined for a minute and as soon as he was free of the attendant he twitched, ready to go back. Others were leaving too and he rubbed his hands together trying to think of what he wanted to do. Sleep? Would he have nightmares? Definitely shower. Perhaps he could trim his hair up. He definitely needed to change his bandages. "Well..." He turned to Gale, the sight of Before on the other side of the tent catching his eye. "I think I want to get under a blanket. We'll hang out later?" He patted Gale on the shoulder, paused as if he was going to see Before, but essentially just turned and headed for his dorm. [[ Exiting ]]

After a few moments of resting he decided it was about time for him to move on so that attention can focus on those that still needed it and so that he could get some rest in as well. Jude had no real intention of spending the night in the Triage and he also wanted to take a shower. Showering was going to hurt the burns but he really, really didn't care. He just wanted to get clean, re-bandage, and go to bed. "Yeah, Cass when you start up the whole workout thing let me know." He mumbled as he stood up stretching out his arms a bit over his head wincing a bit from the action soon afterwards. It was such a pain getting hurt he made a mental note to not do it again though he doubted things would align in such a way that would allow him to avoid being injured again. It was nice to dream, though.
"For now I'm gonna look into passing out for a bit," he lifted a hand to wave a little as he exited the Triage area to head up toward the showers where he got cleaned up and settled back into his dorm room he was suddenly very glad to see his bed right where he had left it before he ran off for the mission. Beds were oddly faithful and reliable like that he had decided as he moved toward it and then settled into it as carefully as he could so as not to anger his wounds and burns.
Jude would not recall that his head had hit the pillow or the fact that his eyes had closed until he opened them and felt sore, uncomfortable, but still alive. Grudgingly he was very thankful for each ache and pain he felt.

Before was given a clean bill of physical health, not having died and forcibly brought back to life by the miracle of bandages at any point in time. That did little to comfort the trainee. So when he was told he was free to leave, he quietly shuffled out.
