((Entering from gauntlet!))
And then suddenly Herryk was there. Face down. Sparsely covered in soggy cookies. Spraaaawled out.
Unmoving.

"Hey, hey," he said, trying to calm her down. "It's okay. This place is safe, as far as I can tell. Other than the floating ghost imitations," he added honestly. "They're kind of annoying, but they just want us gone, and we just wanna go, so I can't really hate 'em for it. And yeah, a fish killed me. I think. It happened pretty fast."
What was with ghouls going crazy this trip?? Seriously! "Hey, c'mon, let's sit down and watch the fights," he said, offering a hand to her.

"Ugh Another one..and it's all wet and gross" Sancka stated as the new two-legger lay sprawled out on the floor. "He's going to wreak the carpet" She added after a few moments. But at least this one wasn't moving about and being all gushy like it looked like the other two were going to start doing.
And that glittery one was still ignoring Edward which was really just rude all things considered, I mean they were the unwanted guests here and all. When the General showed up and told them they could she was going to bite them, this time she'd take off an entire finger.

"That's all you can say?! 'Let's watch the fi--?!"
Finally, Taryn's brain caught up with her mouth. Roch had just said he'd died, and he had only appeared in this room. Perhaps the danger was false. Maybe all of the students would all reappear here when they'd 'died' and then everyone could just go home. That'd be nice. Death wasn't generally a good thing on field trips. Granted, some drama was going down with Professor Red, but that certainly wasn't the students' problem.
As if on cue, a rather large student appeared on the floor. She looked to him and then back to Roch. "Want a spookie?"

Jack. That was the last guy he wanted to see. But at least he had Taryn with him this time. "Yeah, I'd like a spookie," Roch said, grinning at her. "This is the third time I've dissipated on this jackin' trip. It blows," he said, stepping over Herryk's sodden body and heading for the couch as if the guy wasn't even there.
"Also, if I could take the glitter off, I ABSOLUTELY would," he added to the sparkly boo. "Seriously. This crap's worse than being dissipated a hundred times over."

Fitzy continued to divide his attention between the screens and the fleshies. It was really becoming quite difficult and aggravating. "What? No way! I don't want any more of you in here!" He cried when the glitter boil made his first comment about dead two leggers showing up here. Then he heard Sancka shouting, and picked up her cry "Yes. YES! Maim them terribly!" He gave a high pitched giggle then turned as the glitter boil went to speak with the ghoul.
Then another of the two leggers appeared.
"Not agaaaiiiiiiiin!" Fitzy cried. This was getting ridiculous! He remembered this one from the screen, due to his impressive size. Fitzy wished he could be that big and had a good inward pout about the fact that he probably never would be. Then he remembered that he'd seen this particular boil being very friendly on the screen with a blonde haired ghoul, even squishing the stitchy boil between them in their reunion. She had been one of the caged and had looked quite weak.
She'll probably be coming along shortly.... Fitzy thought to himself, bitterly, wondering how many of these fleshies could fit in the room with them.

Taryn fished a spookie out of the bag and offered it to Roch, popping the other in her mouth. With her worries sated, the ghoul was much calmer. Even the Boos seemed to matter less as she finally turned to the screens.
"Do you know who those other people are? Are they reapers?" What kind of reaper would be intent on destroying students, though? It was pretty strange.

"Well you're not trying hard enough," the Boo huffed before turning to the first intruder.
"Those other people? Humans I guess," Edward told her with a fang poking out of his mouth. "I want their blood, but they're all fighting - too much work."

Roch's expression darkened. "They're not reapers. They're kidnappers. They're these... humans that can see us and use FEAR to attack us. I ain't sure why, but I'm betting a lot of people will be able to tell us after we get home." He dropped down on the couch, turning his attention to the screen where Xiu was.
"My group was sent back in time, I did that whole break into the tent thing twice. The first time we faced off against them and tried to free the Soul Harvester and save the guys they kidnapped. We managed it, but they took more students, and we had to go get those. The second time it happened like the first, but Soul Harvester was killed, and things changed. Now we're being--they're being attacked by different minibosses over and over again. That's how I died. That and beating on a generator with my guitar. Electricity's a witch."

"Humans..." Taryn repeated almost dreamily. This wasn't at all how she'd imagined her first experience with humans. Why were these special, and what was Professor Red doing with them? Then the beasts, why were they going after students? Were they not also from Halloween? Her attention drifted back to the screens as her fingers nervously tapped at her bag of spookies. Abigail raised up and tried to sneak her snout into said bag. Taryn bapped her away.

He'd been about to reply, but something happened. He jumped to his feet, lunging at the TV with his guitar in hand, and bellowed--
"XIIIIIUUUUU!!!" at the top of his voice.
"You son of a b***h how dare you do that to Xiu!!"

Oh, how nice.
Blearily Herryk lifted his head, moving his arms underneath him so that he could leverage himself to his feet. He almost fell when Roch started screeching like a ghoul.
"WHAT?! WHAT IS GOING ON?!"

Tears were streaming down the punk's face. Tears he hadn't shed any of the times he'd been killed, any of the times he'd been electrocuted, or when he'd been whipped--
But they were falling now, even as he raged against the TV, wishing desperately that he could go to Xiu and jackin' take her place if possible.

"Oh for goodness sakes... more of these fleshies are showing up now...?" Lily groaned, tearing herself away from the screens for a few moments to come over and check out these newcomers. All this noise was distracting her from being able to focus on the mayhem outside, and that was unacceptable.
"What's this about a 'field trip'...? if you were going to take a trip across a field or something, then why are you hanging around in here making a bunch of noise and general being a pain in our existence?" She sighed, rubbing her forehead with one of her little stubby arms. Mayhem was best enjoyed when people weren't making tons of noise or rooting for the wrong team.
Oh and then the sudden yelling, that was just lovely. "Shut your traps, you noisy child! They can not hear you, so sit down before you irritate me overly much and make me do something you'll regret." Did these beings have no sense of proper manners at all? First they invade their house, now they make excuses and yell while there is entertainment to be enjoyed, unacceptable.

"Lattice," he said, watching as the ghoul tried, and failed. He only remembered to breathe again as a reaper pulled the dagger out--only to see what had happened to Mot. "Mot--Son of a witch I HATE that b*****d," he snarled, his hand tightening on the neck of his guitar.
He completely ignored the others in the room, and the tears were still falling without his noticing. Silent, slow tears that trickled down his cheeks. Slowly they started to dry up, but they had definitely happened.
He fell to his knees in front of the TV, his head hanging as he forced himself to breathe again.
