Not all funny mangas are perverted, Like Azumanga Daioh, Ouran High School Host Club and Comic Party.
I do prefer the pervy ones, But they make me laugh more ^^

its funny cuz people like sex and stemmy sutouatins with awkward pauses and actions just makes things enjoable.

the base of the stories ken akamatsu writes like love hina and negima the plot is excellent, but when i manga with toooo much exposure, im "woah"
pervy manga is funny but some ppl over do it

most non perverted manga, such as yotsuba% and imadoki nowaday, seem to be the funniest.

Uh, perverted mangas? No, no way. Just comedy makes me laugh. I don't go for perverted ones. They're just so not funny. I personally find them sick.
