Akiraa nodded shortly in return as she saw the odd attack the armored man fired off seared off the tip and a couple of inches off the 'tail' she'd managed to deflect. She snorted slightly at the smell, which to her smelled more like rotten eggs than flesh. She exhaled slightly in alarm when the 'tail' split and regenerated simultaneously. "Great... we're fighting an ugly Hydra," she muttered, referring to the Lernaean Hydra, which Heracles/Hercules had destroyed.

Ryuusei cocked his head slightly as the other 'tail' shot forward, though he focused, knowing it appeared to the other two that it impaled him before the illusionary duplicate dissolved into dust as he simultaneously materialized a couple of feet away from both Roe and Akiraa, though at the moment he was completely focused on the youma in front of them.

Akiraa grinned momentarily before she noticed the guy had somehow materialized a couple of feet away from them. "Well... at least we have a challenging fight with this thing, though I'm not sure what elemental affinity I have," she admitted sheepishly with a shrug of one shoulder. She jumped at the sudden snapping pop of lightning as the youma staggered forward.

Ryuusei shifted, allowing a faint smirk to flash over his face as his gaze darted momentarily to the girl with the short combat spear. She's kinda cute, and like me, she enjoys a challenge, he thought. "My primary element is lightning, though I do have a secondary element of fire," he said quietly as the youma let out a yowl from a condensed ball of silvery lightning slamming into its back and forcing it to stumble forward. He cocked his head slightly to see a girl with a high ponytail in her dark brown hair and a deep green fuku. Seems we aren't alone, he thought as the youma spun on Sailor Jupiter with a hissing snarl. His hand dropped low to his hip, cupping slightly as a swirling vortex distended the air as it formed into a sparkling orb that shone with various prismatic colors. The orb itself, however, was pitch black. "Void Burst," he muttered as he shifted, launching the orb. It slammed into the youma's chest and detonated in a shower of violet-black sparks before the youma shuddered, shifting its gaze between them and the two other Senshi with sudden fear. His other hand flickered through odd movements, specifically one handed seals for the technique he had in mind. A momentary flicker of a wistful smile flickered and vanished from his lips as he recalled his parents surprise that he had natural talent for one handed seals where most had to master the normal two handed seals for years before even attempting one handed seals. His hand dropped as the orb left it, then flashed back up, a small throwing knife leaving it and slamming dead center into the youma's chest.

Akiraa noticed the odd tag attached to the throwing knife and was fairly certain it was what had created the previous explosion. She blinked upon seeing the kanji for fire (火花) in the center with a second kanji directly beneath it. She glanced to the stranger as he inhaled before she slammed her free hand to the ground. To her surprise, a rippling barrier of lavender-blue light materialized as a wall between herself, the girl beside her and the youma. She had no doubt there was a second wall of energy blocking the other two Senshi. She recognized both Sailor Moon and Sailor Jupiter from newscasts, though a sudden roar caused her to gasp as a foot and a half wide fireball surged at the youma from the strange guy. She glanced at the girl beside her, her gaze confused. She knew her face said 'what the heck is this guy capable of?'; she was fairly sure the fireball was coming from the guy's lips, though she didn't know how he was doing it.

Akiraa saw the blast of blackish gray smoke from the tag as it detonated, clearly weakening the youma more and making it nearly impossible for the creature to move. She felt her grip tighten on the combat spear as lavender flames licked downward from her wrist, tingling over her hand and fingers as she thrust the spear forward. To her surprise the 'head' extended with lavender energy, impaling the youma through the throat as her free hand drifted almost lazily behind her and upward, an orb of crackling lavender, violet, and blue energy forming in her palm before she hurled it like throwing a baseball. She was faintly surprised when it split into a dozen arrowheads, each no larger than her forefinger. Each arrowhead slammed into the youma hard, a couple detonating in showers of sparks as the youma simply dissolved into silvery blue ash. She sensed rather than saw the other auric wall dissolve to reveal the other two Senshi.

Akiraa blinked, half turning before she felt a firm hand on her upper arm before she heard a soft popping sound as a burst of smoke enveloped her. Almost the same moment, she felt disoriented suddenly, as if she'd moved rapidly. She blinked a couple of times, realizing they were on the roof of the school. She saw the armored guy standing a few feet away and realized he'd done something.

Ryuusei cocked his head fractionally, turning slightly as he exhaled. He had used his talent to flicker out of sight far too quickly and suspected she was disoriented. He saw a swirling burst of lavender and sky blue light as the odd costume vanished from her body along with the combat spear. He said nothing, but simply turned at the edge of the roof, leaning casually against what seemed to be a solid section of fencing. He leaned back slightly and knew he'd apparently fallen off the roof, though he landed on the eave of the roof out of sight.

Akiraa's jaw dropped as he fell, though she darted toward him almost as quickly. She gaped when she realized he'd simply vanished. She inhaled sharply when she touched the fence and felt a tingle shoot down her arm, materializing as a spark of lavender flame that vanished as quickly as it formed. Two tiny coils of light blue and gold gave away the thin wire on the fence before she pushed lightly and realized part of it had been modified as a trapdoor of sorts.

Akiraa turned at the chiming sound and blinked for a moment before bowing slightly. "So you are the guardian that was communicating telepathically," she said thoughtfully, seemingly idle though she suspected the dragoness could sense she was thinking of how the guy had managed to vanish so easily. He's obviously had experience slipping away in plain sight... though how he blew fire like that has me curious, she thought to herself. She liked the prismatic effect of the dragoness' hide, though she had the feeling the dragoness could sense emotions just as easily as thoughts.

Ryuusei paused as he opened the door, unsurprised to see the girl with the odangoes sitting hastily in her seat before the violet haired teacher looked his way. "New student," he said simply in explanation. He knew his eyes were a deep golden brown with slight orange edges and didn't really care. A momentary smile flickered over his face as he noticed several of the students sitting down, though he remained quiet as the teacher asked his name. "Ryuusei Seishou," he said simply. He didn't intend to reveal more than he had to.

Akiraa nodded before half turning, darting toward the stairs leading back into the room. You're telepathic, if what I've figured out is right, so who is to say we can't communicate while I'm in class? she thought with amusement.

Ryuusei tilted his head slightly, his muscles rippling subtly as he sat down just in front of the redheaded girl who was clearly, to him, friends with the odango haired girl. He had noticed the glance the other girl had given him as well as the looks from the other students as he'd headed for his seat. He wasn't surprised as his fingers flicked slightly, the door swinging open as the girl with violet bangs slid into the doorway, panting slightly. He knew it likely had surprised the girl that the door had apparently opened on its own as a slight shift of his fingers severed the nearly invisible cord he'd focused to the door. Chakra threads... amusing for pranks just like basic wire, he thought with a faint smirk as he slid into the seat.

Akiraa exhaled slowly, chuckling slightly. There is something called 'multitasking', and it happens to be something I've gotten fairly good at, she said idly, as if the telepathic connection didn't bother her at all; oddly enough, it really didn't bother her at all.

Ryuusei barely took his eyes off the teacher, his facial expression somewhere betweeen bored and uninterested, though he sensed Aerie's movement. He didn't bother acknowledging it, however. He tugged out a coin and rolled it lazily along the backs of his fingers.
