A few gears turned in Francis's head as he thought this one through. He knew that Italy was particularly close to Germany, however, Italy had mentioned being love sick and that he was feeling better after having spent some time with Ludwig. Now, this might be him jumping to conclusions, but....
Something clicked into place and Francis got a giddy little expression, almost like he was trying not to squeal. He then grabbed Italy and pulled him into a hug. "Aww~! Italy~! How did I not see it before~? Cela est si adorable ~! Alright, i'm sorry for making fun of your histoire d'amour. I promise to be nicer to him since it's clear it means so much."
The Frenchman released the friendly Italian. Well, it seemed like it was time to do introductions. He smiled and began his introduction. "Bonjour, Chesa~! Good to hear you are feeling better. It would have been a shame had you missed the first meeting due to a cold. Well, I have many famous dishes, but I suppose a few of my favorites to make are Crepes, Tarte Tatin, and Profiteroles, all of which I will be serving at the festival tomorrow." Of course, he had more food he was also going to serve, but those were some of the pastries that cold expected of his booth.

Romero stood up next, figuring that it was his turn to introduce himself. “Me Llamo Romero Valentín, de Venezuela. I’ll be serving cachapa, or traditional pancakes; chichi, or traditional wine; cocada, a coconut candy; pastiche, or traditional lasagna; and a bull to throw around in my dance.” He nodded to the Italy twins, since it had been from their first visitors that he had gotten the last recipe. “I’ll be the brightly dressed one from South America,” he added jokingly, assuming Juliana doesn’t show me up with something brighter.”
Speaking of Juliana... Romero's eyes widened as he remembered that he was supposed to meet her and Luis for their shopping trip to prepare for the festival. Suddenly feeling an exponentially growing colony of ants in his pants, he checked his watch. Had they already left without him?

The Useless Junior "Ve?" The Italian was a bit confused but smiled as it got a hug from Francis. It was a good thing that their languages had some Latin root words to help translate. Tough he wasn't exactly sure what the elder country was referring to. "My love story?" he asked in a soft voice. Perhaps France knew something that North Italy did not. But at least he agreed to treating Germany better. As Feliciano listened to the others list their dishes and plans for tomorrow, he then wondered if he should of said more since there were countless other cuisines the Italian could cook but he only listed the signature ones. (Out of Pasta: was waiting on a few posts... )

"Que?" Romero glanced away from his watch and to the unexpected voice. "No es nada mucho. I just remembered that Juliana and Luis wanted to shop with me for ingredients for our food. I don't want to leave too early, so I think I'll just text them and ask." Making good on his word, the Venezuelan promptly pulled out his phone and texted Luis and Juliana an inquiry on their whereabouts.

“It’s fine. I’ll stay as long as I can. I doubt they left anyway.” Romero settled back down into his seat to listen to the others introduce themselves. If he remembered correctly, Lovino, Antonio, and Gilbert had yet to formally introduce themselves. After they did, maybe he would leave.
A brief time after he had made himself comfortable, Venezuela's phone buzzed with a reply text from Luis saying that he and Juliana were at the gates. He checked his watch before nodding and texting back a reply.

"Are you sure?" Romero asked. Military training and unstated rules always had the Venezuelan staying at events as long as he though there was something productive he could do in them. Gazing around at the blank stares on the nations who had yet to introduce themselves, though, he figured his work here was done.
"Gracias, Antonio. I'll see you at the festival perhaps?" he asked. Rising, he waved to everyone before leaving and closing the door behind him.
