Adira had heard about the meeting through the news. Having a town hall style meeting about 'terrorists' seemed like an interesting and informative way to spend her evening, so the girl had dressed professionally and headed down to the meeting space. Besides, she had to do a report on a current law topic, and terrorists in the hometown seemed an appropriate topic for the human side of Sailor Perseus.

She watched in silence and interest in her pencil skit and heels towards the back of the hall. Adira had begun with taking notes but as the meeting degraded with shouts for environmentalism and the obvious paranoia of the man she stopped just to watch and take it all in.

That stopped however when sailors burst from the ceiling. Her first thought was the BMC or DMC affiliated scouts, but in taking a closer look at them she scoffed. Everything was wrong all over, and it didn't exactly take a trained eye to figure it out. Sailor Nea had been an interesting concept that she'd heard stories of, and apparently these negaversers wanted to replicate it.

Adira stood up in horror when they killed the civilian on stage, and she made her way quickly and as quietly as she could manage in her heels to a unoccupied storage closet. "Perseus Constellation Power, Make-Up!" In a flash of minty green Sailor Perseus stood where Adira once had.

She made her way back into the hall quickly, seeing that other real sailors had joined the cause. Perseus rain across the hall of frightened civilians and stopped near Europa, Chibimoon, and a scout she had not met yet. "I'm glad to see that a few other real senshi made it to the party. What do you say we put an end to this nonsense?"

"Come on now, don't be shy, join i -ahhck!"

Sugilite's taunting words were cut short, so involved in breaking the hapless senshi that she hadn't noticed the other one running up from behind. Pulled back sharply, her hands released their grasp on the woman who slumped to the ground, sobbing.

The senshi and "senshi" landed on the ground, in an ungraceful heap of frills and a small cloud of glitter. Gasping for wind, Sugilite's face twisted in an unladlylike grimmace as the weight of the senshi pressed down on her. Grabbing the hand that gripped her hair, Sugilite squeezed with all her might, trying to hopefully break a finger or two. Kicking out viciously, the sharp heels of her shoes scraped against Europa, and Sugilite hoped that she managed to get in a few good kicks.

"Get off of me, you vicious, overweight hippo!"

Support had flooded in all inside the room, warming the heart of the young princess without any real action required on their part. They could have kept the role of timid civilian but they all had stepped up and wanted to help. They wanted to fight the Negaverse because they thought that the Negaverse needed to be stopped. There was a time when Chibimoon hadn't been sure if they would take the step and power up without being asked. Now she knew.

It made her brave, and just a little bit foolish. Looking at Painite the teen reached up for her tiara. It wasn't going to do much but if the brown-haired woman was too stupid to get out of the way it would at least be irritating. Maybe even mildly painful. Chibimoon was aiming for the face, after all. "Moon Tiara Magic!" Her full attack was, unfortunately, too unstable to start trying to fire off here and now without really having a good shot or real provocation.

Just killing the Negaversers was not exactly the most proper way to do things.

Kyndall looked resigned as Sugilite came toward her. She knew the girl meant to do her harm and debated briefly if she should just let it happen. Then Pasiphae stepped between them. She blinked. Then another senshi stepped in, Europa, as visibly upset by this woman as the first. She noticed the differences in costume and attitude. Things were starting to make sense. She was finally beginning to see the other side of the war for the first time. She let her eyes roam between the three women and finally made a decision.

Her anger found it's boiling point and right now it was bubbling over. She embraced all of her pain and confusion and got good and mad and, finally, aimed it at the right people. The ones doing the killing. She picked up the chair she'd been sitting in, calmly folding it in half. It was lightweight, metal, and convenient. Not that her hands weren't, too, but a weapon felt better in her hands right now. She wasn't quite comfortable with the "senshi" yet but she was in a position to help. She leveled her eyes very calmly at Pasiphae.

"Just tell me who to hurt." she growled softly to the senshi. "If helping you means getting my daughter back just tell me what to do. I'll do it."

She didn't actually know if helping them meant getting her daughter back but she was willing to try anything for the hope. She liked to think so. She didn't trust these girls, any of them, but she knew which ones were killing and which weren't which was good enough for her. With a newfound determination she held onto the chair legs, ready to hurt some people.

Lucien got up and bolted for the door. He didn't have time for this. His makeshift bat was in hand and he was mostly ignored by all these crazy women which, in this case, was probably a blessing. The sign was discarded and his cap fell off. He ran into Kathryn on the way out of the building, pausing as he noticed she was still.

"What's going on?" he whispered, perhaps a little too loudly with the rush of his excitement. "How do we get the hell out of here?"

Tears sprung in Pasiphae's eyes the moment that Sugilite began to harm the other civilian. Taunts? The Shame Senshi could accept that; she was, afterall, berating herself far more than any of the Negaverse did. But to see someone else getting hurt and knowing she couldn't stop it... knowing that one civilian was being saved at the expense of another... that hurt even worse than her stiched up shoulder. Still, she couldn't drop her shield even if she had wanted to; it had to run out on its own. Her response to the disguised Negaverse agent came as a harsh whisper, "I know my mission--to protect the people of Destiny City. You're no sister of mine!"

Luckily, Europa had responded to her call, tackling the Negaverse agent disguised as a Senshi. Pasiphae relaxed somewhat internally, knowing that someone she trusted, someone far more powerful and able than herself, was involved. She had every confidence in Europa's ability, and this allowed her to focus on Kyndall. To the Senshi's distress, the civilian hadn't taken the opportunity to run and instead was arming herself with a chair! Weapons were good and everything, but against the Negaverse? No... she could get hurt! She tried to remain calm herself, putting on a brave mask to (hopefully) encourage the civilian to seek shelter, "I'm grateful for your help, but... but this is too dangerous for you! Please, I don't want anyone else to be hurt."

"That's too bad." Kyndall responded softly. "You don't get any choice in the matter. This is my fight. This is about my missing daughter and dealing with a world I never knew existed. I'm not running. I'm not going anywhere. Don't you think if they coordinated all this they have people guarding the exits?"

Which begged the question of where the senshi had come from. With a start she realized they must have come from inside. If these imposters were guarding the exits it was unlikely they fought their way through in such large numbers. If they had the fight would be outside and not in the meeting room. Since the fight was very much on her doorstep that proved it.

"You senshi came from inside. No one noticed you. Which means you don't look like this all the time."

She didn't allow argument. It was what it was and she knew it now, or thought she did. There was a small but persistent voice in her head telling her to fight. It listed off numerous reasons, all very well and good, but in the end there wasn't a reason, only a desire to fight and to protect.

Kyn only wished she understood strategy better.

As it was she shook her head, trying to think of a plan to get the innocent people out and get these imposters in line. But that took time and planning and right now she just wanted to hurt the one rolling around on the floor with Europa. Silently she was glad Tony wasn't here. She couldn't stand the idea of him being hurt and in danger. In fact, as far as she knew, no one she knew or close to was at the meeting. It didn't make it any better or easier but it did make her feel just a little relief in as much as if there were bodies she wouldn't be able to put a face to a name.

"If you want to get people out you need to clear an exit. I can't do that alone. I'll need at least one of you, senshi, to help me."

She threw down the chair, trusting in her own body as a weapon. Having one in hand didn't quite feel right considering her training.

Well, that hadn't been as strong of a hit as he had been planning. Sessrumnir quickly ducked out of Painite's way, leaning down to check the woman with the snapped neck to see if there was any possibility that she was alive, but it was quite obvious that she was dead. He wished he had the time to do the decent thing and cover her up, but with the fighting going on around them, he had to get back to the others.

There were other faux senshi fighting and hurting civilians, and his gaze fell on Sugilite when she attacked a civilian. Europa and Pasiphae seemed to be holding her back from hurting any more civilians, but the senshi of shame didn't seem to be fighting much.

"You okay there, Sweet Cheeks?" he called over to Europa, allowing himself only a moment to glance over her fuku. Ah, the best thing about being a super hero is that the girls are all half dressed, but he knew he couldn't linger. But if she needed, he was willing to throw in a punch or two.

"Don't just stand there!" he called over to Pasiphae, half grimacing as it looked like she was about to burst into tears. This was no time to cry. "And you," he called over to the civilian Kyndall. "You don't have to run, but if you see people attacking civilians, then attack them. The real senshi don't hurt civilians!" At least in his experience.

It was a really nasty couple of hits. Europa cried out in pain, but she wasn't about to let Sugilite get away with this. Menacing civilians, impersonating senshi - it was more than enough to convict the purple-haired girl of crimes against humanity. Even though she was bleeding from at least three different places on her body, Europa felt confident in her ability to get a few punches in.

Crime didn't pay, after all. She gritted her teeth, breathing through the stabbing pain in her abdomen, and swung a left hook at Sugilite's jaw before rolling away from the lieutenant. There were plenty of other people in this fight, and she didn't want to get in the way of someone else who might have a better idea for how to damage the negaverser.

"Sorry you had to meet us under such confusing circumstances," she grunted to Kyndall, struggling to her feet. "Life's a bit easier when the Negaverse isn't impersonating us, smearing our good name all over town-"

And that had just about exhausted her capacity for wit. She wasn't even going to dignify the passing knight's catcall of Sweet Cheeks with a response beyond a roll of the eyes and a shout of, "If you're not going to be useful... then go be useful!" Not exactly a shining example of banter.

((*edit* Opps, I'm not sure I was even supposed to roll considering I attacked a nameless person. Please disregard if that's the case!))

The appearance of skirted beings from above happened in seconds, his body locked in confusion and surprise for moments after the neck snapping. It was the kind of thing that only happened on TV... special effects and all that. Had it really even just happened?

The sudden screams and people shoving and fleeing drew him out of his stupor. Here it was.. pure proof of those terrorists, no way anyone could say they didn't exist now! Where were the police? Who was there to apprehend or gun down the murders.

Terrorists were popping up left and right, some straight out attacking people, others grouping together. In the middle of the room Todd found most of his escape routes blocked. He wasn't as worried as he should have been however, anger taking over where the fear should have been.

They were just little girls... He was a towering and muscular adult male. His hands went to the chair beside him, picking it up to wield it in defense. Come and get some terrorists.

Oh s**t!!

People dying was enough to send Corey quickly out the doorway, self preservation senses a' tingling. He was almost out the front door in fact when finally it stopped him... that troublesome sense of responsibility. Both to the knights of destiny and himself.

Slipping back into the corner he summoned his bowl to him, and appeared once more as the enrobed Page of the Cosmos, Bimini.

Running back into the room he searched for the nearest source of chaotic energy, hurtling towards the Lt to try and stop whatever he was doing to that human she had a hold of!

Real senshi. The Negaverse.

Might as well be Greek to her for all she understood. It was all she could do not to immediately pounce on one of them and ask for information about her daughter and the missing civilians. She frowned and nodded toward Europa. There was nothing she could do anymore to solve her dilemma. This wasn't the time and this wasn't the place. The knight had a point. Get busy being useful or run away.

"Do these Negaverse people bleed? Do they feel pain? Can they die?"

Not that she planned on actually killing any of them despite the fact that they had no problem killing her kind. But, honestly, this was the first encounter with them that she knew about and she wasn't going to go about without information. The ringleader was still on stage being pinged by someone in the back of the room. At least the ringleader seemed mostly uninterested in fighting back. Kyn saw Sugilite and narrowed her eyes. That was the one that was going to attack her before. She stepped forward.

"Hey!"

This was probably the bravest or dumbest thing she'd ever done in her life. Likely it was both but, hey, she had plenty of back up behind her in case things went sour. She wasn't without defense and she wasn't familiar with the Negaverse's nasty habit of draining energy or stealing starseeds. She didn't even know what a starseed was or that one was inside of her waiting to awaken one day to help these same girls she'd spent a good amount of time condemning.

She attacked Sugilite, hoping the woman had a minimum of time with which to prepare for it. Years of martial arts training and practice kept her in shape, bolstered her strength, and helped her control her emotions to stay calm in a crisis. Thankfully, that calm was descending now and she felt powerful. She performed two quick combinations in succession expecting some hits to be blocked and others to find their targets. She wasn't sure what damage it would do as she'd never fought an agent of the Negaverse before but if they were somewhat the same as senshi it meant they had disguises, too. Human ones. And they could be hurt.

Pyrite had come at the command of a general. It was this, or space. Frankly she was terrified of the idea of going anywhere but parts of the city she knew. So as far as space went Pyrite was going to avoid that so much. The more veteran Lieutenant could do that. So could the other members. Unless she was given explicit orders to go her feet were planted firmly on earth.

And in costumes as well it seemed. The night air was a bit chilly now that fall rolled in, and the miniskirt didn't help. Her usual uniform might not have covered much but really, the modest these senshi outfits had, with the bright colors and ornate glitter and beads and- It was all very awful to Pyrite. At least her uniform skirt did risk getting bowl and resulting in her flashing people. Still her orders were clear as crystal. She'd follow General Painite like a good little solider.

When the time to strike came she grabbed a random woman, she looked shocked for a moment before slowly crumpling under Pyrite's grip, her energy being drained.

Elzo had come to the meeting for a big reason. Belt out just why the senshi were better than the monsters, maybe make a point. He'd even called in a few of his old contacts from the red light district as Castor asking for a show of support. But the time for words was cut short and the brush of dark energy came in. He did n't need anyone to tell him just what he was seeing. It was another Sailor Nea. Only this time, it was en masse. "********!" Just when things couldn't get any worse for the senshi the damn negaverse just went and pulled this.

Assholes. It figured nothing would ever look good on the books. As chaos broke out in the room, Elzo got low and dashed over to a overturned table. How he loved such things. "Castor Constellation Power, Make-up!" wing bows came into view and Castor stood up. The cry of familair senshi, as well as that of the young princess didn't go unnoticed.. "Europa, Perseus! Chibimoon!" He gave a wave. "Hope you don't mind if I join you ladies?"

A wink towards the senshi that appeared. Even if s**t was going down, like hell he was going to make it seem like hope was lost. After all, hope and love got him this far didn't it? "Let's kick some negavermin a**!"

Tiara off, the classic tiara magic was sent flying at the one in the back, (Realgar). "Hey short shorts, come and fight before your d**k falls off why don't you?"

She had been overwhelmed and surrounded. Too late, Sugilite realized that she was alone in a growing circle of hostiles. Where was everyone else, she thought angrily? What happened to aid one another? Was it too much to ask that she could rely on other agents to join in the fray? Of course not, she should have known. At the meetings they were always falling apart and infighting, so of course in practice it would be no different. This was only to be expected.

She ruminated on this bitterly, trying to focus on anything but the pain she was experiencing, as Europa and Kyndall set on her, wrapping her arms around her head to try and shield herself from the blows. One at a time, she could have take them perhaps, and given a bit of space she could have thought of a plan to cripple them emotionally maybe, but scuffles on the floor were not her forte. Not by a long shot.

Pyrite was pretty sure she'd accidentally end up doing something stupid by the end of this whole mess. It had been going so well. Then- senshi. Real ones, they just started popping up like weeds. Mentally freaking out about senshi and the fact they had lazer cats. (She refused to even go after one of the cats of the senshi. Nope. She'd been scared enough that's she'd just stick to civilians.) However, what she didn't realize was that while she'd been busy draining the helpless civilian, one of the other lieutenants had gone down.

Now while she'd only known her comrade for a good...hour at best. Pyrite was pretty sure they'd all get yelled at if one of them died. "h-Hey!" She yelled at the civilian and senshi. This wasn't part of the plan. Not her's she wanted to avoid the senshi as much as possible but..."Y-you get away from her!" Rushing over to Sugilite's side, Pyrite's fist went out towards the civilian, Kyndall. Hey, civilians were less dangerous...right? "Back off!"

She'd probably get her as handed to her but nobody could say she didn't try.

Kyn felt satisfied as she saw Sugilite go down. She felt powerful and was surrounded by at least two senshi that were there for back up if need be. She knew why Pyrite was coming after her. She was the logical choice and generally more defenseless than the senshi. Just a quick look between Europa and Pasiphae confirmed this person wasn't on their side. She didn't even look like she was trying to be in the right costume.

"Are you talking to me?" she asked, edging forward. Still, this could be a monumentally stupid decision but she was confident in her backup. It wasn't like Sug who'd picked a fight with no one around to help her. Pyrite seemed to be doing the same thing. Did she learn nothing from her comrades fail or was she just trying to go down quick and soon so she could say she tried and move on?

And really, what was there goal, anyway? Short of killing people she hadn't seen any damage done...just falling civilians. This was no time to back off. Her sensei would approve of her fighting to protect people. These imposters were killers. She was only doing what was right and she wasn't going to stop now that she had a direction to go in. Besides, fighting these Negaverse people felt right. Natural somehow. It felt good and she wanted to keep going. It was nice to have a physical outlet for all of the fear, worry, and frustration she'd been through in the past few weeks.

"Go home. Go now. Go quietly." she whispered, not wasting time in her attack at Pyrite. She threw a few combos trying to take her down while dealing damage. Taking her down might give them a chance to subdue her and then, maybe, she might get some answers.

But somehow, when it was over, she felt weak and wavered on her feet. Thank God the senshi were close by or she might have been in real trouble. She didn't realize how dangerous these guys were until she felt herself growing weak. It wasn't enough to stop her from wanting to fight, just from being mostly effective. She leaned against the nearest thing - in this case the raised stage.

"What the hell did she do to me?" she asked weakly.
