XD;; Well, i've got nothing for ya here, just my suggestion that they could have connected it to slayers cus chimeras are in it and both are creatures supposedly created by alchemy.

Yeah I noticed quite a few people who randomly post without bothering to introduce themselves or like talk in the main forum either. xD;; I mean there's nothing wrong with that but at the same time I'm like, wait who the fack are you..? xD;;; eek

I think we need to reform some stuff in here. Like I already cleaned out some of the main forum but I think we need to change how the members are accepted because I don't like the random one time hitters coming in here and never posting again. D:

D: How about instead of being automatically accepted we make them answer a few simple questions? If they actually read the front, and they are actually interested then we would accept them. If they didn't we could tell and just reject them.

I think that's a good idea, I think that they need to pick a race before they should be allowed in the guild. I'm not trying to sound "racist" rofl but it's really annoying when someone comes in posts once or twice and then never again. xD;; We need devoted people I suppose. XD;

Ok so I was looking around and trying to figure out some ways for us to further the guild so we can have a better overall guild experience for everyone not just ourselves.
Now what I've come across is a few ways we can handle new guild entries. I've seen some guilds that have people fill out some sort of note to enter a guild and they can do that via the guild request or as I've seen with some other guilds they send a PM to a specific person in order to get an invitation TO the guild. I think that this second option only works if the guild is set to private though.
But I also found a forum that one of the guilds have that I thought was pretty well thought out so I'm going to post that and see what you think about it as well.

Granted I know it says D.Gray-man because I caught it from a D.Gray-man guild, we can always change what parts of this forum we don't like to suit our needs. In fact we don't have to use it at all if we don't want to I just wanted to find an example of what we COULD possibly do to fix our guild entries. 3nodding

I'm starting to feel like a spammer here but I don't feel the need to edit my posts. Anyway I tested it out so when you request to be in the guild you can use the above forum to join. We just need to make sure that people can fill it out or we need to decide if it would be a good idea to have them PM it to someone instead.
I submitted a fake request through a different account of mine and when I logged back in here it shows up in the left hand corner under the thing that says "guilds" that we have a new guild request. So it'll basically work either way we WANT to do it however I think if it's sent through a PM someone would be more than likely to add them to the guild quicker versus through the guild's request form because you don't get notified of the request unless you show up to the guild.
Let me know what your thoughts are about this Ty and I'll try to make accommodations for it when I get the chance. 3nodding
