There was a trail of blood left as the knives found their mark in the figure's legs. It seemed to stumble and rapidly decelerate as it's legs gave way under the high speed. For a moment the figure was tall, and displayed a cat like tail swung out behind her before she returned to a human form and stopped moving once more. The silver spotted hair was different, but as the figure turned it would be clear that the figure's human form looked identical to Lina. The figure looked ill, but color seemed to be returning to her features aside from the glassy vacant look in the eyes. The wounds on the legs slowly repairing in a manner consistent with impure world resurrection.

Ren had moved underground; away from the impact zone just in time. It was a coincidence that he wanted to move towards Lina whilst avoiding the lightning-user's torpedo attack. Ren resurfaced next to Lina after several seconds passed. He witnessed the strange affect Lina's attack had on the white-cloaked figure. Ren never saw anything like it.

Lina glanced around, taking in her surroundings with her eyes while she had a moment to break focus. "This one isn't going to just absorb attacks from any of you... But hitting her is going to be the problem." She moved the construct hand and started pulling several more knives into the construct arm, preparing them in a manner similar to the first batch. "This fight's going to be like trying to hit a bullet with an arrow for the most part..." she twitched, letting her aura flare slightly before inverting it and trying to draw in some of the ambient energy.

Tier reappeared crouching next to Ookamimaru, looking over to the white-cloaked figure. The moment he saw the white-cloaked figure's leg start to regenerate, Tier had a flashback. It was during the war back in his time-line. There was a sand shinobi who wouldn't die from any attack thrown at it, and it regenerated just like this figure.
Tier has.. seen this before.
"This one is already dead." He said out-loud to himself. Tier was considering a tactical retreat. Shouting out battle plans in the midst of your enemy wasn't a sound idea.

Ookamimaru was confused when the figure had once again disappeared.
He turned around to see it appear somewhere else, eventually having the features that looked a lot like Lina's.
He listened to Lina as well as Tier, event though he jolted a little at the speaking of the latter because he hadn't noticed him appearing next to him.
He silently coated new air with his chakra to replenish his depleted stock. While doing that, he acted as if he was ready to attack and waiting instructions to not seem too feeble.

The figure kept it's vacant look. It stood still, seemingly motionless as the wounds in it's legs healed. Then it reached behind it's back pulling out a familiar but subtly different hilt. While the right arm extended and her hand clutched at the air, a blade appearing in her hand with a flash of green sparks. At first glance it would seem as if the figure had pulled the blade in the ground loose, but a quick check would show the original blade still planted in the ground surging red energy.
The chimera creatures still hidden in their cloaks seemed to start chattering when they saw the duplicate blade, and moved back to where the original blade planted in the ground still rested. The earth user beginning to form an earth wall around the blade, though without energy to steal the wall was rising much slower then the earlier attacks.

Lina glanced between her doppleganger and the weapon planted in the ground. She cursed under her breath, but tilted her head to Tier, a quick telepathic burst asking simply 'Ever been at ground zero of a Paradox?'

"What?" He responded out loud. Tier was still crouching next to Ookamimaru. Still thinking of different situations that could happen next based off of what occurred so far.
Tier already took note that these users were weak when they didn't have energy being thrown at them. He was considering a direct assault.

Ren didn't attack this time. He realized that sword was very important to these creatures, and how slowly the earth user was putting up the wall around it. Ren's optical bloodline saw his own chakra being used to power the earth user's attacks.
He can't attack unless the others were separated from the earth user.

While he realized the creatures were less strong when not attacked by elemental energy, Ookamimaru had difficulties to get enough air around him.
in the half month that had passes, he had made quite some progress, but not enough to be quick enough during battle.
He tried to look as if he was observing the enemy while coating more air.
He had to keep himself from panting too loudly.

The figures began to chatter once more in the clicking hissing manner. The wounded fire user and the Earth user both left the safety of the earth wall. The earth user seemingly especially agitated. Their retreat was followed by the few remaining avian-form birds taking to the sky in pursuit after emerging from their various hiding places in the dead marsh. Their forms and the humanoid creatures forms were soon lost in the spreading fog.
That left the Rai and Water users inside the Earthen wall. The fog was beginning to spread, increasing visibility in general but becoming more opaque and reducing visibility in the area immediately surrounding the wall.
The strange Lina doppelganger rushed forward, shifting forms from one step to the next. Immediately seeming to vanish as she moved. Several flickering glances as she had to decelerate to shift directions as she started to try and dodge Lina's attacks. Small trails being left in the fog in the aftermath of the high speed movement, confirming that the figure wasn't outright teleporting, just moving seemingly impossibly fast.

Lina closed her eyes letting loose a quick message to Tier. 'Either everything within nearly twelve-thousand square miles will cease to exist in a huge explosion... or the item that doesn't belong in this reality does. Usually it's the latter but still there could be some backlash'
She shook her head for a moment before sending out a different but simpler message, this time to everyone 'She's faster then me, and at least as strong as me, not to mention she'll absorb my Chakra. Grab that thing's sword and smash it into the copy of it in the ground and we'll probably stop the eternal eclipse, but it could get messy. '
She flared her aura, which glowed a brilliant blue for a moment before letting loose with another shot of metal as the cat-like figure was slowing down to change direction towards Lina for her attack. Other aura sensors would notice that the figure either willingly or non-willingly was absorbing the chakra Lina reased along it's journey.
The shot Lina released being a glob of molten silver that spread upon launching. Following through with igniting her own energy blade and taking a fencing stance. "Starting to run low on knives here" she said aloud as she started to move cautiously, launching a strike in the same path of the blob as the doppelganger was momentously stunned. Lina's own form shifted, seemingly painfully as she shrank a foot in height in a moment, making the height difference between herself and the doppelganger even greater. Her fox ears and all four tails sprouting behind her while her eyes remained closed. Her forced transformation causing a momentary dip in her chakra levels before she started to flood her coils to the bursting point.

"But when you tried to touch it you lost your arm, how are we suppose to take the sword out?"
Ren took several steps back when Lina changed forms. This was the first time he was seeing this.
He looked over to the wall that had encompassed the sword before realizing it was surrounded in heavy mist. Ren could still see through the mist with his optical bloodline, but the others might not be able to.
Ren saw the fire and earth users ascend further into the sky. Removing the wall wouldn't be a problem now.
Ren charged forwards at the wall before stomping the ground and throwing both hands to either side of himself. The circular earth wall split into two pieces and fell over with an invisible force. Ren spotted the lightning and water users that were inside.

Tier was starting to phase into Ookamimaru's shadow, giving the impression that he was sinking into the ground.
"Ookamimaru."
He spoke as Ren took down the earth wall that surrounded the lightning and water users, "Attack them with anything and everything. Move increasingly closer as you attack. They will not touch you."
Tier vanished into Ookamimaru's shadow.

Fully trusting Tiers advice, Ookamimaru ran forward for an assault, and eventually passed Ren.
He swung his scythe several times when he was running towards them, alternating targets between the lightning and water user, each time sending a sharp air wave towards them.
Since he was now closer to them, he could be more efficient using his chakra, because the waves did need to do much distance.
He'd send a total of nine waves following up rather quickly on each other, each alternating in angle, broadness, speed and force. Wether that was due to his lack of experience working with chakra or because he wanted them to be hard to predict was not entirely clear.
He was now dangerously close to the creatures, but still had quite some chakra left for a next attack.
