"If you join the war, avoid me at all costs..." Spoken as he stared into the eyes of this woman. Sword felt no regret if she was to enter and battle him when it would happen. He would kill without heart like always.
"The war hmm?" Tsukiko turned her head from a moment, but then looked back him. "I'm actually more of a tactician, but I may or may not get involved. If I do, it's not my choice if I engage battle with you. It's all on Derek's call." she told him, sighing.
"Eh..ok." Sword got out of his seat. "So, where's the Eight baby at?" He thought some about Nine knowing he's probably all on Derek's case.

"Derek. He should be around the HQ somewhere. I don't really follow him around like a used to anymore. Your best bet would be Throne Room. He usually hangs out in there." Tsukiko said, playing with some of Sword's long hair. She simply pushed it back and forth. "Why does it matter?"
"Hehe shaggy dude I know. But just to keep you guys safe really. I don't want people in the future to get hurt and then something screws up our present future." Sword held her hand and looked towards the shelf that held the door behind it seeing a small drop of blood. "..Well, love ya Missie." Just after that sentence Sword was gone to visit the 2nd future child. [Exits]

✖Walking through the destroyed library Lacie was moving around debris trying to salvage any book, more specifically ones on engineering and software. Lacie had decided to switch from the Divine Force branch over to the Mystics since the attack from Doma a week ago. That attack opened her eyes on how much everyone depended on the soldiers, it was wrong to do such a thing, they already have a lot on there shoulders as it is. If it continued there was a chance the same thing would happen and she wasn't to fond of that idea. Her mother, father, and twin brother were hurt severally along with many others. What if next time they were killed? that 'what if' cause her to toss and turn in her sleep Lacie wanted that what if to be gone and the only way to do so was to enhance the Zaibatsu's home defense and detection systems. With those two things strengthened that dark thought would cease to exist from her mind and many others, so here she was rummaging for any books that could help her achieve her goal. She was able to find a few books on engineering, but nothing so far on software. Letting out a irritated sigh Lacie sat down running a hand through her hair, "Dammit...." Pulling her bag off her shoulder she reached inside taking out one of the books she already found and running her fingers across it wiping some of the dirt off in the process, "I cant give up."Getting back up from the ground she put the book back into the bag before slinging it back over her shoulder and went back to her search. ✖
✖As Lacie went on searching threw the debris she sensed someone suddenly enter the area. Turning around quickly ready to attack if it was a Doma soldier she found a young boy doing the same thing. Examining the boy for a moment she let out a light chuckle, "Good thing I didn't 'attack first and ask question later.'" Facing her back toward him she flipped over a medium piece of pavement over on its side and found a book lying beneath. Excited Lacie got down on her knee's picking the book up and began to examine it.✖
✖Lacie didn't respond right away at the boys question it wasn't that she didn't care to it was due to the fact she was examining the book within her hands. After a good two minutes went by she hugged the book tightly for it seemed the heavens finally decided to help her in her search. It was the basics on software, but it was better than having no books on the subject like before. Putting the newest edition to her collection into her bag Lacie looked over her shoulder at the boy, "Haha yea I thought you where the enemy."✖
A small gust of wind seemed to blow within the library, specifically near the transferred Divine Force student, Lacie. Almost as if a presence had been standing right next to her for a split second. Now all there was was a single note left on the desk next to her. An envelope, sealed. Would she read it?
Dear Lacie,
If you're reading this, it seems that I'll already have been gone. While I truly wish I could have spoken to you in person, it seems that time is short and restrained. If you'll forgive me, this is the best I can manage. Thanks.
You see, this past week since the disastrous events that resulted in the destruction of our people, I've wondered something. How is it that we let this happened? I could only imagine that the others are thinking this as well. But are we truly fit to be Soldiers in this great organization? We were unable to truly stop or halt the horrible events that had transpired or truly do much. I've felt many things. Most of them bad, really. But if there's one thing that's kept me going throughout it all...well, I'm going to have to be honest with you. It wasn't just the close bond you, Derek, your brother, James, Tsukiko and I share. That was a major part of it, of course. But there was something else too.
It was you. Your determination, your passion. Your drive to do what is needed to protect your home, no matter the cost. Keeping a smile on that beautiful face despite everything that had transpired. Staying strong because someone has to for the sake of the others. Working even harder then before, training to evolve into the strong woman that's capable of handling the threats and protecting those who rely on her shielding. It's awe-inspiring and honestly? I wish I could share your optimism, your amazing ability to keep your personality and mood despite anything that happens. You're a true soldier of the Zaibatsu and I'm honored to stand by your side. To train with you in the past year and months since the graduation at the academy. Teaming up on missions and hanging out afterwards at the local restaurants or lounges with the others. You've brought a joy to my life that I cannot really put into words. You all have.
As it happens, I've concluded that the training at the Zaibatsu, while powerful in its own right, just isn't enough. I need to search into this world to properly grow stronger and grow as a person and man before I am right to even serve here any longer. To achieve my dream of becoming a Zaibatsu Admin and avenging those taken from me.
This is probably crazy coming from such an odd guy like myself; but I believe myself to have fallen for you. For your laugh, your smile, your growl, your frown, your high moments as well as low points. How you handle yourself in battle so graciously that it takes my breath away or seeing you interact and aid those weaker then yourself. Fighting to protect the others no matter the cost.
Two years. If you possibly return my feelings, please give me two years. It may be more then that considering the state of the Zaibatsu and the intense battles we may go through. I know how risky it is to proclaim this now, but...if we're still alive through all of it. All the war, all the strife and hardships...meet me on the Zaibatsu Rooftops. You know the one. I understand if you don't return my feelings. But if you happen to...I'll be waiting for you. Now and forever.

✖While waiting for the boy to respond the wind decided to suddenly pick up. For a moment maybe even less she felt a familiar presence beside her, excited Lacie turned around quickly, but saw no sight of Kouen just ruble that was once the Zaibatsu Library and a envelope that flickered on the desk due to the wind. Getting up from the ground she walked over to the desk picking up the envelope. Lacie looked around her then back at the note. Hesitating for moment to open the darn thing she pulled out a letter from within address to her. Leaning against the desk she began to read.
Well she could scratch that her abilities where acting up, Kouen was present for a moment just to deliver this after reading the first sentence. She both hurt and angered as well, but pushed it aside there had to be a reason for him leaving right? Sure enough there was. Just like her he wanted to become stronger after all that happened, but he was blaming himself for it as well. It wasn't there fault it happened though they tried there best. If anyone was to blame it would have to be her since she wasn't there to aide them when they needed it the most. A small smile was present as she along with others helped him keep going. Lacie went from smiling though to blushing hardcore as she went on to reading the last bits of the letter. She never once though she could influence someone like this especially him. He liked her? one of the strongest people in her class actually had feelings towards her. Processing all of this Lacie stared out into the distance. Two years, she had two solid years to think about her own feelings towards him and decided to meet him after on a rooftop in town.
Taking her weight of the desk she folded to letter back up nicely before putting it back into the envelope. Looking down at it she couldn't help but smile. She even brought it up to her face just to plant a kiss on it,"Its a promise Kouen...so don't go dyeing on me." Lacie said in a whisper thinking in some way he would hear her. There was no need to think for two years on if to meet him, this was her friend, her comrade, and possibly her love interest. How could she not meet up with him after two years! The girl felt a small spark in her heart as she pulled a book out from her bag she placed the letter into it before shutting it. As she helped him keep going, he would help her and was also her inspiration to rebuild the Zaibatsu better than before, so he, her family, Noein, Tsukiko, Derek, Luna, and others of the Force wouldn't have to bare the responsibility of protecting there home all on there own.
Excited to start on her journey Lacie hurried over to the infirmary were her mother was most likely at. In order for her dream to become her reality she needed to start by helping her mom with the plans. Before she left though Lacie made sure to wave a good-bye at the boy, "it was nice meeting you! I'll see you around!" And with that she was gone from the area. ✖
"Man is it, great to be back son?" Jamarr spoke as he turned his head to see his son wandering around the Zaibatsu's library as if this was his first time coming to the place. He waited for his son's response but when none shot back at him he started again in his cool tone. "Guess you don't read much, huh son?" he joked hiding his smirk. They had just returned from they're training session in their realm and were swinging by the HQ to see everyone and stopped by the library before the other areas on their agenda.
James stayed quiet as his father spoke to him, he was always quiet around his dad it was an emotional thing. He was more calm and relaxed around his mom because she never trained him and he didn't have to respect her as a teacher just a mom. "Can I go now dad? I wanna roam the D.Z, I'm full of energy." he groaned folding his arms.
His smirked grew a bit more, at his son's anxiousness. It reminded him of his spry days in the Divine Zaibatsu. "Fine. Fine." he said walking towards the exit. He looked back to tell his son one more thing but saw he was already gone, leaving a puff of smoke in his place. "Damn kid's gunna' be the death of me." he said opening the door to the library's exit.
