Cody heard what she said but thought about it, "I... I miss them..." He said sadly, he did truly miss them so much.

" I miss my family too.." Emily said softly and gently tilted his head and kissed him softly on the lips trying to help him forget his pain. She gently wrapped her arms around him and then pulled back blushing darkly

Cody heard what she said but then blushed when she gently tilted his head and kissed him. It made him blush but then he felt her get closer as she wrapped her arms around him. He blushed but found him gently kissing her back, he didn't know why but it just felt right, but then he was blushing as well when she pulled back.

" Sorry lost a little control over myself.." Emily said and smiled as she looked over at him but quickly turned away blushing darkly as she closed her eyes and rested her head against his chest and smiled a bit

Cody blushed but looked down a bit himself but then thought about it, "Its... its alright..." He said softly but then blushed when she rested against him, he gently wrapped his arms around her gently.

Emily smiled as she looked up at him and gently stroked the hair out of his face and smiled as she gently pulled her hand back " I'm sorry about what happened to your family." Emily said a bit sadly as she looked at him

Cody blushed a bit more when she stroked the hair from his face but then he looked down at her, "It wasn't your fault..." He said softly but then thought about it, "She was beautiful... you remind me of her but she was 8 months pregnant with our daughter when she got sick... she wasn't caused and pain but... it was a rare sickness that they couldn't get in time... they tried saving our daughter but couldn't..." He said telling her why he was so sad about all of this, their was a picture on the near by coffee table of him and Jasmine, she was three months in the picture, she had her hands on her belly happily, Cody was hugging her from behind holding his hands on hers as they both smiled to the camera.

Emily smiled as she looked at the picture and let out a soft sigh and cuddled close to him resting her head on his chest and shaking her head in a soft manner " Its sad when we lose the ones that are precious to us." Emily said softly and looked down at her lap for a moment a few tears rolled down her cheeks

Cody heard what she said, feeling her cuddle close to him but then he thought about it, he saw her look down. He then saw her tears and gently held her in his arms, "Who did you lose?" He asked softly.

" Just one person but it still hurts my heart to talk about him..." emily said and sighed as she gently looked down at placed her hand on his " He was melody's birth father but the so called jerk who kidnapped me killed when he found out that i wanted to go back to him.." Emily said a bit sadly and sighed softly

Emily sighed and shook her head in a light way before smiling and gently kissing him again as she rested her head against his chest and yawned slightly. " Well i'm happy that i got to meet you.." Emily said as she opened her eyes halfway and smiled at him

Cody blushed when she kissed him again but thought about it, "Why don't you go lay down in bed... you need your rest just as much as your daughter." He said concerned about her.

Emily nodded her head slightly and gently sat up and stood up and smiled as she looked at him and kissed his forehead before sighing as she walked into the room Cody had told her about and curled up in the bed pulling the blanket over her and falling asleep
