Akane - Associated with the word 'red' reffering to passion or fire
Shiori: (Shi) Meaning Death, and (ori) Meaning Cage. Her name is a sign of her final power in Bankai, which creates a flaming bird-cage in which she traps her opponents to fight in.
Nickname: Shikyo (Japanes for 'death')
Age: Appears about 22, she's been in Seireitei for far longer

Clothing: See picture - Her clothing rarely changes, she has been known to sometimes wear a black and burgundy kimono over her shinigami attire.
When using a Gigai, the gigai's appearance is always the same, wearing a military-style uniform with the hair braided back.
Physical Appearance: She is not a tiny woman, while she is slender and fit she isn't a spindle of a girl. She's toned, proportioned and well muscled, with somewhat pale skin and a set of peircing green eyes.
The tattoo's under her eyes appear to have meaning however she never says why.

Personality:
Shiori is a generally soft and gentle woman, her temperment seeming to always remain in balance, and her words carefully chosen before spoken, but she has a slightly darker side, one which thrives off the fight and the kill of an enemy. This side however does not show as often and thankfully is easy for her to control.
In her early years as a Taicho she had a much colder temperment, but it has softened with time, however she is not to be taken lightly, her position was earned and she is not afraid to once again prove it.
As far as her private life, it's just that, private. Shiori dislikes sharing to much personal information, and enjoys her alone time. She can be easy to talk to, unless the conversation required her to speak of her past or similar topics, in which case she will remove herself from the conversation.
Zanpakutou:
Spirit: He has the form of a Naga, half man half snake. The scales of his red tail shimmer like drops of blood. His hair is black and wavey, falling over his shoulders and down to his waist. Both eyes are narrowed and gold in color, matching the golden chains that bind him to an infinit darkness.
His name is Shuurajou - Direct translation: A scene of carnage (bloodshed)
Weapon: The Katan in sealed form is delicate, the hilt entwined with green and silver and adorned with black accents. The sheath is solid black down to the end which is silver and green

The flames that lick over the bone-like scythe is actually a superheated form of Raitsu, and can be extinguished when needed.
Abilities:
Once activated the zanpakuto becomes her main weapon. The Scyth is lined with various points that are sharp and incredibly dangerous for they funnel her Raitsu, which in companionship with the Zanpakuto becomes a vile weapon. Being a fire element, her Raitsu is very hot, and if put under enough pressure inside the cavity of the Zanpakuto, it becomes incrasingly unbearable. At the point of contact with an opponent, the Raitsu is released in hot torrents onto the opponent through wounds and any contact. This heat seers skin and can effect major organs, causing them to fail.
Because of the use of her Raitsu, this releas can tire her out over time and use, depending on how much she has to put into each attack, for the more pressure, the farther the reach of the heatwave.
Attack 1: "Burn from the heart" - This attack is a result of her Scythe's ability to 'inject' the burning Raitsu into a victim's body, causing the organs, and tissues to burn, and blood and water to boil. There must be a direct impailment for this attack to occur with the most damage possible.
Attack 2: "Cremation" - This attack is a hightly powerful, highly efficient attack that is usually reserved for battling Menos Grande or high ranking opponents, including other Taichos. The ability allows her, with great precision, to spin her zanpakuto and release fire, forming a large tornado of flames which can be directed and controlled for as long as she keep spinning the scythe and pouring Raitsu into the attack. While it is powerful, if she does not spin fast enough the attack can become unstable and will simply fall appart into spits of fire which land randomly and can put herself and others in danger. It does use quite a bit of energy and can only be started twice before she tires.

On the release of her, her scythe appears to shatter and spreads out as sharp pieces of bone which lands and sinks into the ground, rising in flaming pillars to form a gilded bird cage. The heat from the fight is powerful enough to completely remove any limbs that get to close, and are made up primarilly of her Raitsu, while she has some immunity to it, even she can be at risk and often will only resort to it as a last chance.
Inside the cage, smoke pours around Shiori and the enemy, making the air think and hard to breath. Her bankai only causes a slight change in her appearance, a mask peice formed over her nose and mouth, keeping the smoke out so she can breath. The last change is her top, which loses it's sleeves and becomes more fitted in order to support the use of her changed weapon.
Two of the pieces become daggers which she carried in both hands. Her shift to short range can be useful and more dangerous as it puts her constantly in harms way, and close to the enemy.

1. Sai (塞, Restrain) — Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Hainawa (這縄, Crawling Rope) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
8. Seki (斥, Repulse) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.
9. Geki (撃, Strike) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!"
Hado: - All
1. Shō (衝, Thrust) — Pushes the target away from the caster.
4. Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning) - The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.
Hohō Arts:
Senka (闪花, Flash Blossom)
A flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a strike aimed to destroy the saketsu chain and the hakusui soul sleep with a combination of two quick thrusts. This technique is one of the two, that Youruichi developed mixing Shunpo to complete its ability
Shunkō (瞬閧,Flash Cry ):
Yoruichi is also skilled with Flash Cry, a technique that combines hand-to-hand combat and Kidō. It concentrates high-pressure Spiritual Energy around the body, allowing it to be fired at opponents. It can also be used to instantly neutralize an opponent's movement
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps)
A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the bases of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to achieve higher speed and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.
Utsusemi (空蝉; cicada, referencing their molting)
A movement which allows the user to move at great speed leaving an afterimage behind.

Ereina/Nephellie - Wrong format, wrong method of posting. Try again!
Ashton - Your shikai ability states that as it gains scales it gains different effects and abilities, elaborate more on that. Otherwise it leaves a big window for pulling things out of no where and I cannot allow that. As for your bankai ability, while I don't mind you pulling the status effect angle, fact is, it can't be a no way out ability. One cut pretty much says, yea your dead, just give it time. Not exactly fair to anyone.

Kenjiro - I cannot alllow you to have mastered all Kidou spells. Sotaicho or no, it's too much. Edit it down when the time allows. Also a technicality on your poison techniques. Tell me, which world of poison are we talking about. The Spirit World or the Human World? Or are these poisons mixed yourself through apothecary means? It's best to specify, especially considering if you think an Asp's poison will have any effect at all on a Spiritual Being.
Haseo - Pending. I need to get a consensus on some things with the other mods considering it Zero Division.

The requested errors have been corrected. As for the poison, I was hoping that the RPC could somewhat blend poisons from both worlds, but thinking over the decision, I myself saw something wrong with such. The primary goal of blending the poisons was so that it could affect both races, Spiritual and Human. However, half and half of both wouldn't be that strong, so it would make sense to just have strong poisons regarding the Spiritual Race, rather than humans. Other methods can be used for humans, whereas I need something that'll put a Soul Reaper or Hollow in it's place.
