"Oh," V.C.ortez said "It room 005? Lets get that room!" V.C.ortez responded to H3-RB-3RT's statements. They were much closer to getting his arm now. Just a little longer and they might have that rotary cuff connector, and maybe afterward he could return the objects they borrowed. It wasn't stealing if they could get it back before tomorrow.
When H3-RB-3RT moved over V.C.ortez hovered to the board. He registered for room 005 just like H3-RB-3RT had done. Hopefully it was open.

Once to two finished registering, the fight information closed and informed them that it was being set up. Now they could enter Room 005 once it was free. H3-RB-3RT turned toward the board to see when their names appeared. That would let them know when the Battle area was open.
Luckily, the next room that rolled onto the screen read "V.C.ortez vs H3-RB-3RT - Room 005". Looked like the room was indeed open. And that meant the two could continue on with their adventure without further impedement.
"Rooms open!" H3-RB-3RT blurted out as he buzzed toward the Battle Arena door. They just had to follow the indicator signs until they got to their designated room.
Unfortunately for those that the two had 'appropriated' the tools from, H3-RB-3RT hadn't planned on returning them. Since they were no longer needed, he now had crossed them off of his log. This meant, he was not concerned with their placement anymore. Nor with the Storage Room.
H3-RB-3RT stopped in font of the large door labeled 'Room 005' and waited for the door to lift for his entrance before buzzing into the room. He wasn't sure if V.C.ortez had followed him, but he yelled out his next step of his log. "Find the rotary cuff connector!" His small red eye now set to scanning the room, starting from the left side. He would scan the whole area and detect any parts that had been left behind.

V.C.ortez scanned the are while waiting for there room to open, it wasn't very interesting. The Neutral Hallway was just like any other part of the ship, but maybe that why they called it the neutral hallway. It has no real decorative scheme.
When V.C.ortez heard the room was opened he turned to see H3-RB-3RT leading the way. V.C.ortez just followed H3-RB-3RT and all the indicator signs. Of course V.C.ortez was excited to get into there, hopefully the rotary cuff connector would be in there and they wouldn't have to search anymore. V.C.ortez stopped a little behind H3-RB-3RT. V.C.ortez didn't want to block the way if someone had been in there, but they probably had already left. It was still a nice gesture. Seeing no one was in room 005, V.C.ortez hovered in quickly to look for the rotary cuff connector. "I'm on it!" V.C.ortez yelled to H3-RB-3RT. He started by scanning the floor. That would be the place where it would be if it were here. He wasn't organized in his scanning, he was just looking in all the places he could in the shortest amount of time possible.

H3-RB-3RT was much more thorough and organized in his scanning. There was a procedure he followed. Granted he wouldn't just see the piece in the floor, but after his complete scan, he would know all the parts that existed and everything about the room. I gave him more information on the area than did just looking around for a part he wouldn't recognize. He wasn't a repair bot, so he hadn't a clue what the connector piece needed looked like. However, he knew it was a part to V.C.ortez, so he knew he was looking for bot parts. That was about it.
After a few moments of scanning, his eye caught something of unusual composition, compared to the Battle Dome. "Impurity detected!" His scanning stopped and his little eye darted to it, noting the details of the piece. But he hadn't the clue if it was the right one. He waited, eye targeted on the piece, to wait for V.C.ortez and see if the Ket-Jet recognized it.

" But I'm not an imperfection." V.C.ortez snickered at the thought. He knew H3-RB-3RT had found something; why else would he screech out a phrase that sounded like he was about to annihilate a whole group of bots that were broken or useless? No other reason besides he found something, maybe not what they needed, but something. He turned to H3-RB-3RT to see where he stood or where he was looking.
V.C.ortez's eyes followed the 'line' from H3-RB-3RT's eye to the small piece. He couldn't tell if it was the rotary cuff from where he stood, so he approached it. The problem was that he had never lost a rotary cuff connector before, so how should he know if it was it. It might have a certain shape, V.C.ortez thought. V.C.ortez looked at it awhile. "So, I'm not sure if this is the Rtary Cuff Connector or not, but let us keep looking and take what we find to the Nurse bot." V.C.ortez said, "Just to be on the safe side." He picked it up with his one arm and held it in that hand. He didn't really have a place to put it.

H3-RB-3RT's little red eye changed targets from the piece he had found to V.C.ortez. Unfortunately, he id not get the joke, and the statement only confused him. "I do not get it!" He yelled in his mono-toned voice. However, he didn't expect, nor really need, an explanation of the statement. But if V.C.ortez wished to give one, he would listen.
It was true, there was not really a place to put the piece they had found. But if they collected any pieces inside this battle room, they could follow V.C.ortez's plan to show the Nurse bot. She would know better. After a quick update of his task log, H3-RB-3RT looked over to the Ket-Jet. "I can carry it!" He didn't really give the other bot a chance to respond and his tentacles grabbed for the piece. V.C.ortez already had to carry his detached arm in his existing hand. So H3-RB-3RT would haul the pieces they found to the Nurse bot. Most of the pieces would be small bits here and there anyway. If they found more than one piece.

V.C.ortez didn't give an explanation, he figured they had better things to do and maybe he could enlighten H3-RB-3RT later after he had his arm back attached to his body. They could have a nice conversation afterwards.
"Ok, thanks H3-RB-3RT" V.C.ortez managed to spit out before H3-RB-3RT ripped the piece from his hand. It was a great help though, now he could actually hold the arm normally, rather than stuffing it under his attached arm, which he did to get it out of his way. Maybe they should have left it with the nurse.
V.C.ortez went back to searching the room, but this time it was less frantic. Even though they weren't sure of it they had an object that might be the rotary cuff connector, which made V.C.ortez feel much better. If they didn't find anything else he would still be happy with the results of their search.

With piece in hand, er....tentacle, H3-RB-3RT went back to scanning the room as well. This time he started where he had left off, based on the coordinates of the area. Scanning the same place twice wouldn't yield any new results after all.

V.C.ortez got as close as he could to the ground scanning it, maybe he would be able to find it easier, H3-RB-3RT was scanning the room in an orderly fashion, but maybe his little H20-Bit eye would miss something. Since v.C.ortez had never seen a rotary cuff connector he didn't know what size it was, maybe it was clear and tiny. But that was the worst case scenario, hopefully it was going to be in the room, if not in H3-RB-3RT's tentacle.
While hovering over the floor and scanning the floor he glanced up at the H20-Bit. Maybe after he got his arm he could battle H3-RB-3RT. They were great battle buddies.

Once H3-RB-3RT had scanned the entire room, collected a few other pieces, and hovered closer to V.C.Ortez, it seemed the two were close to ready to leave this room. H3-RB-3RT waited for V.C.Ortez to do a closer scan of the area. Not that it would yield much more than the complete scan H3-RB-3RT had done, but it could prove useful if something was somehow missed.
After this, they could take all their pieces to the nurse bot and see if anything they had collected was a rotary cuff connector. It seemed they were close to another end goal.

V.C.ortez could only find dust. Maybe someone should clean that up. V.C.ortez's scan was unsuccessful, but of course he was built for more of bronze than brains. He was made for keeping the ship running with his artificial muscles. He finished the scan and hovered over to H3-RB-3RT. "So, were done here?" He questioned. H3-RB-3RT was a calculated robot, so maybe he was doing something V.C.ortez wouldn't understand. "What all did you collect?" Hopefully one must be his rotary cuff connector.

It was true the Battledome was dirty, but bots fought and sometimes broke in here. Some dust was to be expected.
"Indeed!" To little H20-bit yelled. It was finally time to head back with their small collection of miscellaneous and random lost parts. "I found these!" He had a small collection of parts, some that each had found. Hopefully it would prove fruitful.
Once he finished the statement, his mind was on the end goal. He was able to mark this search off, but now they needed to head back toward the Medical Bay and finish their search.
H3-RB-3RT zoomed out of the battle room and whizzed around the corners to leave the Battledome. Next stop; Medical Bay.

"Ooooh, very nice." V.C.ortez said, there was no way that one of these wasn't a rotary cuff connector. He admired the bolts until H3-RB-3RT had curled his tentacle and left for the Medical Bay.
V.C.ortez was excited, but he couldn't help but hover slow through the halls of the Battle Dome. This search had taken all day. He still hadn't recharged, maybe at the Medical Bay he could recharge. He never really appreciated the battle dome for all of its scraps. Scraps were, V.C.ortez wondered if anyone else had ever had this problems. Probably.

The two entered the Medical Bay and H3-RB-3RT dumped their findings he was carrying onto an examination table. He then waited next to his pile for the nurse bot's attention. Last time the two bots had entered here, they had practically torn the place apart taking some of the medical supplies and rummaging through the utensils. Hopefully the nurse bot wouldn't mind too much and would leave the past in the past.

V.C.ortez hovered next to H3-RB-3RT, he was hoping the nurse bot would forgive them, maybe they could explain the situation. She probably would have thought they were stupid for even trying to get in the Storage room. He glanced at H3-RB-3RT and looked back at the nurse bot's back she hadn't noticed them yet. "Hello?" V.C.ortez said, he didn't want to interrupt her but this was important.
The nurse bot turned around and stared at them with impatience and anger, but it was her job to fix things so she walked over to them and waited for their response.
