And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
The man's eyes lifted as the girl approached their table, growing cautious as she drew closer. When she spoke, however, he relaxed and did his best to look friendly. He allowed Mizuki to do the talking, only having a rough idea of where Nevada was. He knew it was near California, but that it wasn't on the coast; obviously not suitable for their first requirement. He turned back to Mizuki as the student left, considering what she said a moment. Cam and Cedric were in the same band? That was quite interesting. He wondered if the two were friends, though knowing Cam, the redhead considered the other a good friend while Cedric probably found the redhead to be obnoxious. It wouldn't be the first time it had happened.

After a few minutes,Marline took her last bite of her salad and wiped her mouth from the ranch that had gotten onto her lips. She then placed the tip and owed money on the edge of the table for the waitress. Marline then stood up and calmly walked towards the restaurant doors. She then took one last look at the couple still sitting before shutting the door behind her..

Mizuki smiled. There were six places that she could think of that would fit the taps of music and beach. There were probably more, but she couldn't think of any more at the moment. "Well with what we wont I got a few ideas. Cancun, L.A, Okinawa, Kamakura, Miami, and Hawaii." She commented to Pyry to get a reaction to each of the places she suggested. "Then again we have the issue of passports." It was true. Monsters didn't live in the same realm as humans. Mizuki wasn't even born in a country that humans could confirm was real.

Considering these options, he knew immediately which one to rule out. "Cam lived in L.A. for a year. Maybe somewhere else would be better..." he didn't think the redhead would want to go back to a place he'd already been. He might, but most likely, he would want to go somewhere he had never been before. In the background, he noticed the girl from before get up and exit the restaurant, but paid her little mind. Turning his full attention back to Mizuki, he considered the remaining options. "I do not have a passport. I do not think that Adney nor Cam has one either." which meant they would probably have to stay in the states, which wasn't a big deal; it left plenty of options still open.

Mizuki thought for a moment. She had a fake US passport to cover herself. It worked just like the electric scan ones that were around today. Then again she was a princess. The magic world had people to do that kind of thing. "How does Hawaii sound?" She asked thinking of another place they could get some culture into them with a little music on the side. She knew some private beaches were as Miami didn't really have any.

Pausing a moment to consider the final option, he eventually nods. Hawaii sounded like a nice place, and it fit their basic criteria. "Hawaii is wonderful." he agrees, giving a firm nod. The Sols would certainly agree to it, and the blue-haired man knew they had quite a bit stored away for such a vacation. They'd probably just barely make airfare costs, but it was something they would be able to reflect on for a very long time; since they lived at the school, they hadn't had to pay ridiculous amounts for room and board in quite some time. He didn't know much at all about the islands, but he had little doubt that he would be disappointed. "When should we go?" was his next question, as this could make or break the vacation. Another paycheck beforehand would be most preferable, which wasn't too far off.

Mizuki thought for a moment. It was already summer so they should leave soon, but she also knew that she needed to give him some time. "How about next week? That will give some time to get ready, pack, and get tickets. We have to think about the hotel. I think two room should be good. Three in one room and two in the other. I wonder who should be be in which room?" She answered then looked at Pyry to have him answer her question.

Setting his fork down gently, as his plate was quite empty by this point, the teacher pauses a moment before answering. "Next week should be fine." he agrees, knowing that the coming Friday was a payday. A week would be good enough for packing and planning, and he knew tickets to Hawaii were going to be expensive no matter how early you ordered them. At the mention of rooms, however, the spirit paused. The Sols would room together, that went without saying. But with only two rooms, he wondered if Cedric would be more comfortable rooming with Mizuki or the brothers. Pyry himself didn't quite mind either way, but quietly preferred he be the only man his girlfriend share a room with. "Who would you want to room with?" he asked, slightly curious. If the two/three split was what she wanted, which of the four men would she want to share a room with?

Mizuki was happy that Pyry seemed to agree with the timeline for Hawaii. It would be harder to push it back anyways because of schooling. Cedric and Cam had college. "Well I would want it be Adney or Cam, so Cedric or you. From what Ced has said about Cam I'm sure they'll do fine together. They already have to act as a team so If you wanted to we could stay in the same room." She was still leaving the question to Pyry and not answering. It could well be that her boyfriend wanted to stay with his roommate.

So Cedric and Cam were friends? That was quite convenient, and confirmed his thoughts of them being in the same band. The spirit paused to weigh the merits, not at all surprised that the choices cam down to himself and Cedric. "Would you want to share a room with me?" he asked, tone cautious. It seemed the spirit had grown far more comfortable, for he hadn't immediately pushed himself into the more comfortable room with Adney and Cam. No, he and Mizuki were dating, and had been for a while, so wouldn't it be natural that they room together? And if not natural, at least acceptable? Pyry seemed to think so, but wasn't about to put the hammer down without his girlfriend's opinion.

Mizuki nodded to his question. She was more than willing to share a room with him. It wasn't like they were going to share a bed or anything a little more risky looking. Mizuki was still a bit careful when it came to what she did. She had a image to hold up. "Of course I would share a room with you." She answered. She smiled and him and blushed a little.

Nodding in response, the man looks down to compose his features before a blush could spread across his features. He blushed too easily, and it was something the man wanted to work on fixing. The room would have two beds, he knew, and so it really wasn't that big of a deal, but it was certainly a step forward in the intimacy department. "Then we will room together, so long as Cedric is okay with sharing a room with the Sols." he states aloud, knowing this was the conclusion they had come to. There was little to worry about, as Cam rarely slept in an actual bed anyway; he had a habit of sleeping on rooftops and outside. If there was a terrace, then both the other occupants would have a bed to themselves.

Mizuki smiled and nodded again adding in "Yes." to confirm it. She looked down and noticed that all the food on her plate was gone. "I'm happy that you would want to share a room with me." The woman added. She sipped her water to wash down the rest of the food that remained in her mouth. Her cheeks were red with delight that they would take the next step and sleep in the same room.

Blushing faintly, the spirit sets his fork down patiently. The waitress returned to set the bill on the table, giving the man something to distract himself with. Pulling his wallet from his back pocket, he flipped open the leather booklet holding the check, laying the bills down carefully before putting his wallet back in its appropriate place. Turning his attention back to Mizuki, he does his best to smile at her. They were adults, so it was okay for them to share the same room. "Of course I would." he answered calmly, hoping she wouldn't take it the wrong way. Why wouldn't he want to spend more time with her?

Mizuki knew what he meant when he said it agreed with her when it came to sharing a room. It didn't however stop her cheeks from turning red from what it sounded like. She would have to remember to pack a pair of pajamas. Usually she slept in whatever or more often ended up in the pool without a swim bra on. "Okay. I'll make sure to tell Ced that he wont be sleeping in my room again this time."
