"I use both..." She mumbled, finally sitting up on her knees and stretching her arms. "But I do fly more often if I have to go somewhere far away. But I suppose thats half the problem..." Her wings flickered in response. "I have to be pretty light to fly. If I was to heavy, I wouldn't be able to get off the ground, so I'm not built to be able to lift heavy stuff"
"I am really fast though" She said in her defense. " Not so much running..but flying I am!

"Then why are you trying to do 'heavy lifting' in the first place?" She emphasized on the heavy lifting because, frankly, she was pretty sure the ghoul hadn't lifted anything heavy at all. "Why not do something to exercise your wings?" Since that was apparently her main method of getting around.
Having a seat on the mat, Riyo continued to sip on her drink. "That's like me flapping my arms to try and take off or some such nonsense. I'm not built for flying." As cool as the idea might've been.

Jericho was going to mention something about how he was able to fly just fine despite being considerably heavier. Plus, he could fly while carrying another person. However, he stared at Astra's wings and noted that they were rather different from his own.
They looked so damn flimsy.
"She has a point you know," he said instead, "If you push yourself through flight, you can become more fit that way. You could try flying around while carrying a small weight to help build up strength."

Astra looked the other way trying to show the irritated look on her face. I was lifting it because you guys told me too! she said to herself, but didn't say this out loud. It would be a very bad thing to anger any of them, and she didn't feel like flying for her life.
But the next comment made her turn back around and look at riyo as if she was nuts. "Exercise my wings?" She said in disbelief. And Jericho was saying it to. Didn't she just say she couldn't lift heavy stuff? If she tried to lift something while flying, she'd drop like a rock. Her wings wouldn't be able to cope, nor did she think they could get stronger just by doing that.
She looked towards the floor, wings shuffling uneasily as she muled over their words. What was she supposed to say? Would telling them any of this even matter? In the end she sighed in defeat. "I..guess I could try..."

"Uh, yeah." They were a part of her body too. Riyo was sure they could be exercised like everything else. Luckily, she wasn't alone in her thinking. Jericho backed her up.
"Well Jack, you don't have to do it. The whole thing was just a suggestion since you're being such a wuss about lifting heavy things." The dragon hadn't said it. Riyo might as well. "And you didn't have to do that either." They hadn't even been peer pressuring her. Hell, SHE volunteered to join in. Nobody was forcing her to do such 'strenuous' tasks. Riyo's tail twitched in aggravation as she watched Astra, just waiting for the ghoul to try and pick a fight with her.

Frowning as Astra seemed to be taken back by their suggestions, Jericho let out a huff before listening to Riyo sounding pretty irate about the whole thing. She said some rather valid points. All of them really.
Shaking his head, he went to get a drink from the fountain quick, before returning to the mats.
"Anyway," he started while glancing to the two, "Let's go ahead and do some cool downs. You did a pretty good job today."

If Riyo wanted a fight with Astra, she was doing a very good job of it. Each comment dug it's way under her skin till she was silently fuming. She hadn't enjoyed the strenuous workouts, but she hadn't made a single complaint. Why would she complain? Sure she said she couldn't lift heavy stuff, but it was the truth, She had put everything she had into those workouts, and now Riyo was saying she was a wuss? How DARE she?
She looked as if she was about to say something, but Jericho interrupted before she could get anything out. Nice save, but it still didn't prevent Astra from glowing...at the floor.

Oh, Riyo knew Astra was fuming. It was hard to miss it. For a moment, the feline contemplated saying something to the ghoul to set her off. She did so enjoy conflicts, after all. Why keep it in anyways? It wasn't like Riyo would deck her. She kept most disagreements verbal, unless the other person was determined to push her around.
Oh well. Whatever. The fairy could leave with her panties in a bunch. "Alright." She answered Jericho and nodded, standing up so they could do the cool-downs.

Jericho felt that he could practically cut through the tension that was in the air right now. Deciding to dismiss it lest a fight break out in the fitness room, he just went on and instructed the girls through the cool downs, finishing up a few minutes later.
"Alright, and we should be done for today," He grinned somewhat weakly at the two, "You're free to go."

Astra hardly paid attention to the exercises, to busy being angry about those comments Riyo had made. But would she do something about it? Hardly. Jericho made a very good deterrent when it came to picking a fight, especially since he appeared to side with the cat ghoul. She would have to think of something to get back at them later.
The moment that they had stopped and they were free to go, Astra was gone. One moment she stood there, and the next she had sped out of the room.

After the cool downs, Riyo's eyes narrowed as she watched the fairy dart out of the room. "Goodbye to you too..." She mumbled and walked over to grab her coat. "Enjoy your evening, Jericho." The feline nodded to the boil before leaving the fitness room. Maybe that would be the last time she saw the pesky fairy...
Probably not.
