Freshman The whole talk of planting got the carolina girl all exicted and couldn't wait to begin. "It is a shame but we can still plant them and have apple trees for next year." being optimistic. "Pecan trees would be nice too. Though you would need two in order to have the tree bear nuts. Chestnuts are fun to roast over a fire in the winter, but they can be a little troublesome to take of due to the burrs." rambling to herself, not noticing her roomate sneaking up on Ivan. If any of her northern states or England were around they would've lectured Charlotte on her pronunciation on 'pecan'. To them its pronounced 'pi-kon' not 'pe-CAN'. everyone is called 'darling',
"yall" is a proper noun,
sweet tea is the house wine,
and you never EVER disrespect your elders...

He asked the first person he saw, he was in no mood to play ring around the flowers.(short i know sorry, so much happened wile i was at work it seems)

Lili smiled and listened to Charlotte talk about pecans and roasting them. That sounded nice! Maybe when she visited during the holidays she could bring some and Charlotte, Peter, and Lili could all roast marshmallows and pecans while drinking hot chocolate after a day of playing outside in the snow. Just thinking about Christmas again had Lili grinning lightly as she continued doodling ideas and equations in the dirt.
Lili thought she heard something and looked up and over towards Ivan and Mattie in time to see the quite member of the freshman class... stalking Ivan and Mattie? That's... Kind of what it looked like? Well, maybe only one of them. It was possible she was after Ivan since she seemed to be saying "big brother" and looked more similar to Ivan than Mattie. Lili hoped she didn't seem this obsessed about her own big brother... Maybe she should stop talking about Vash for a few days...
Then, in came Alfred. Looking at the guy, he was pretty big. (Not fat big, but big in general compared to tiny little Liechtenstein.) The volume of his voice was enough to give away that he was America. Lili had been wanting to meet America ever since she learned Charlotte was one of his states. She stood up and whipped the dirt from her hands and dress (not that it mattered since only one finger had been in the dirt, and even it seemed to hardly have any dirt on it) and smiled to the American. "Hello, Alfred. You must be America. I've heard a lot about you from my big brother." Oops. So much for not talking about Vash for a while... "It's nice to get to meet you." If Charlotte was any indication as to what kind of a person Alfred would be like, then there was no way he'd be the self-centered, one-track-minded, and loud idiot that Vash had described him to be. After all, Charlotte was the sweetest girl she had met, so that meant Alfred had to be a gentleman!

 Consuela Luz Maria Rodriguez Sophomore / 10th grade Luz Maria was finishing up with her duties. She sees Alfred enter the greenhouse. Instead of feeling angry, like she normally would, she fet a bit sad, sad she was the very thing she hated, a bully. Something came to her mind. She turned to Ivan and Matthew "Oye jefe! Do you think I can leave early today? There's something I have to do." she remembered that Elizaveta and Maureen were at the cafe, and the danger is still out there. She wanted to make sure they were safe. I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...
Guess what, guys? It's party time!!!

He put on his most charming smile and took one of her hands and shook it gently. He was almost a afraid she might break if he was his normal hyper self. He could be polite when he wanted.

BxRxAxGxIxNxSxKxI Ivan waited on the Canadian to speak, only to be removed from his doting thoughts of the smaller male by a sudden Belorussian's presence. Ivan gulped as she came closer and closer toward him. He had to stay where he was, after all, since they were in a meeting.... dammit... Ivan exchanged a fearful glance with the Canadian and nodded to Mexico. "Da, that is fine.... we have a good list, so the meeting can maybe be adjourned early, once we have made sure we know all whose coming..." Ivan said, wanting to escape dearly, but, being lagged down by his position as president. Alfred entered the greenhouse...well... it was only a matter of time before he showed up, since Ludwig probably told him Matthew was here.

She grabbed her bag "Oh, and about the mariposas. You leave them to me, si?" she winked at Ivan. Luz Maria rushed out of the greenhouse and headed to the cafe. She hoped her roommates were still there. I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...

Lili switched which had the envelope labeled to Ivan was in before accepting the hand with a lightly embarrassed expression. "W- Well, for Big Brother Switzerland they were nice comments." Certainly better than what he said about their neighbors, especially France of Austria. "My name is Liechtenstein, but you can call me Lili. It's a pleasure to meet you." It was nice to see that Alfred was indeed friendly and apparently kind. Maybe Vash had been over-exaggerating about some of the things he said about Alfred. Either that, or maybe Alfred had been that way once and since then had changed for the better. Either way, he seemed pleasant enough to be around. "Did you have any interest in the Gardening Club? So far almost everyone's suggested some really fun ideas. It would be nice if we had more members, though. That would make the work so much more fun, don't you think?"

He smiled again, only day one and he was already hitting on the cute girls, well in all honesty the only ones he had flirted with were the blond shy ones oddly enough.

Lili seemed disappointed, though not surprised. Almost all of the guys here seemed as though they were more interested in sports than playing in the dirt and watching plants grow. It really was a wonderful thing to see... Oh well. Their loss. However, the compliment caused her face to turn almost the exact shade of red as the dress she had changed into after school. She looked down at her feet, one of them drawing small circles in the dirt with her toe. "Uh, th- that's a-alright. Y-You don't need to go out of your way to do that..." I'm not really that cute, anyways...
She looked up towards one of the plants and saw through the glass walls that it was already starting to get a little late. "Oh... I should probably go..." She looked up to Alfred shyly and gave a small curtsy. "N- Nice meeting you..." She quickly walked over to Ivan and slipped the envelope into one of his pockets. "Umm, c-congratulations on being this year's President. Let's work hard this year. O- Oh! And I hope I get to know you better as well, Mattie!" She gave a light, friendly smile to Ivan and Mattie before turning and running out of the greenhouse while waving to Charlotte. "I'll see you and Peter tomorrow in class~! Good night~!"
With that, Lili left. However, as she got outside of the greenhouse doors, she paused and looked around. The way she lightly held her arms and seemed to look around almost showed... She felt something was off. After a minute of her standing outside of the greenhouse, she seemed to get over what might have bothered her before she began running towards the nearby town. She just hoped she didn't get to the store too late. She was going to need to find German copies of some of this years literature if she hoped to pass on her own this year!

Freshman Charlotte was glad that her nation was at least being polite to her friend. The last thing she wanted was Lili and her to be enemies because of something Alfred said. "You might have lost interest in gardening but some of your states haven't." Playfully she stuck out her tongue at him. The american girl waved her friend good night and wished her sweet dreams then turned to her own country. "Sorry Al, but you'll have to go through me if you want to hit on other nations." she winked jokingly before leaving the greenhouse. everyone is called 'darling',
