How would he react to a hug? ...She wasn't really sure if Roch was the hugging type, so she settled for resting a hand on his head. "I didn't see much of that fight with you and the vampire," She told him honestly, shaking her head, "It just...cut to black all of a sudden? And before then, I was panicking too much to pay much attention to what was happening." That, and the fact that she had been covering her eyes at one point.
Buuut if Roch didn't remember that, then she saw no need to remind him.
For a moment, she was silent, and then she tried to smile. "That was a long nap. Are you hungry, Roch?" She still felt a little guilty for the impromptu dream jumping, but maybe she could treat him to some food as an apology. After all, she knew how much he liked food (the scene back in the dream made her sigh as she recalled it). If not...well, she could leave him alone too. It looked like he had a lot to mull over.

"But--" And what do you tell her? That the dream had just proven how often you've almost killed yourself? That you're afraid to eat now? At least more than a spookie or two? How pathetic is that? And then you'd have to explain the meaning of the saxophone, won't you?
"Actually... maybe a burger," he said, standing and shoving his hands into his pockets. "Then in an apology for barging into my dreams, you're gonna play that flute of yours for me again!"

What? Her flute? "I-I thought treating you to food would be the apology!" She squeaked, standing up after him and sighing. After a moment of thought, she admitted, "...Okay, I guess I owe you that much. Not to mention the self-defense lessons. Just remind me to grab my flute later on, okay?"
As she stretched her arms up, she cast a subtle glance towards the reaper. Was he really alright, she wondered? The dream had obviously troubled him a great deal, and she herself had so many questions about what happene--
--No. It wasn't her place to know, never mind ask about such personal details. Beaming up at him, Xiu cheerfully made her way to the door. "Whenever you're ready!"

He stood there for a moment, a slight smile on his lips that could mean anything, his shoulders slumped slightly. "Now is fine," he said after a second. "Let's get out of here."
