Yoko’s eyebrow practically rose into his hair line. Did that daeva just say what yoko thought he said? Of course the other one went up to join it seconds later when Hiei corrected himself. Partner… sure the daeva was fast and quick on his feet and a good fighter. Yoko could expect him to keep up. hmm well if he survived a month Yoko would give it some serious thought.
As Hiei was catching up Yoko looked at his own person to make sure he had gotten everything. He had after all found his clothing in some weird places. Shirt and pants check… gold chain check… Shoes… oh yeah that was right he had lost one throwing it at Yomi’s head. He missed that shoe he should make a note to go and steal another pair from a human. Now that Hiei was caught up his thoughts shifted to where was the nearest hot spring.

Hiei had surprised the Yoko again, he could tell and another smug smirk crossed his features. He hadn't gotten an answer, but he hadn't been run off either. The Deava wasn't going to take silence as a 'no' and decided to follow Yoko until he either got an answer, or got run off.
"We could just go to a small spring. I can actually just make the water hot." Hiei pointed out. It didn't even take that much energy to make his flames hot enough to heat water.

Ugh okay now he wanted to throw his chain at Hiei’s head. Unfortunately his last shoe at the moment wasn’t on him. Just because he hadn’t said no was no reason for the smirks. he just knew it was because of the surprised looks Yoko knew he was giving off. Oh and even greater he was going to have to re learn the silent broody language again. He remembered how talkative his companion was.
“Well I was actually going to wash and dry out my clothes there as well. Oh I guess we can find a stream/ pond” yoko said in a slightly defeated tone. He winced at the weird stains in his clothing.

"We don't have to, Fox. It was just a suggestion." Hiei pointed out. "I just don't know of a hot springs around here, and I know normal water is easier to find." The Deava shrugged. He didn't care either way, though the smaller the body of water the better. Hiei wasn't particularly fond of water, hot or cold.

Yoko nibbled on his lower lip. He wasn’t too familiar with the area but he did seem to recall a hidden hot springs. It wouldn’t really do for drying his clothes though. “Hmm there is one in a cave about fifteen minutes walking distance from here” Yoko replied. “Might as well find something already heated so you don’t have to do all the work. There is also an outdoor one about fifteen minutes flying south from here.” He mused mostly to himself

Hiei simply watched the fox. Either would do for the Deava, he wasn't picky in the least. And he was sure he could fly...mostly. And if not, he'd just return to Yoko's cave. The fox was sure to go back there eventually for his gold and jewels. "Well, Fox? Which is it to be?" He asked, shifting his weight a little to take the pressure off his soreness.

“Hey wait a second, I’m still thinking” Yoko shook his head. There was a pretty good chance flying would be detrimental to the Daeva’s health and having the daeva constantly heat up the water would be tiring for the both of him. He would just have to wear the wet clothes until they dried out. “Off to the cave hot springs it is” yoko finally replied and began steering off in that general direction

Hiei blinked and changed direction. The Phim was acting strange, almost like he wanted to go somewhere else but had decided against it. Hiei tilted his head wondering what would make Yoko change his mind. Frowning, the Deava wondered if there was another cave that the Fox was hiding from him in the other direction. Hiei made a note to check it out in the future.

“Just because I am taking you to a second one of my caves does not mean you can touch anything or get any ideas” yoko suddenly spoke up. Sure it also worked as a hot springs but if you ventured further into the cave you found a secret entrance that lead to another stretch of caves. Yoko tended to use it to stash loot before he figure out where to place it. He was telling Hiei it was a cave of his mostly because he figured the daeva already knew the general gist of where the cave was. If not well, Hiei had been warned.

Hiei scoffed. "I hardly plan on stealing from you while I'm in your presence." Hell, he didn't really plan on stealing anything from Yoko for a while. It would take the best plan and a miracle to both steal and get away with taking loot from Yoko.
"The only thing I'm planning on taking advantage of is this hot spring you're talking about." He said. After all, the hot water should have some kind of healing properties on his strained muscles.

“Good, well you cant say I didn’t warn you” yoko replied and then veered off towards the left and off the current beaten path. He moved the brush out of the way with ease and let a small little tune escape as he walked towards his cave.
Finally they got to it and Yoko turned around to face Hiei. “Well go take advantage of the hot springs all you like. I’ll accompany you in a second” After all he had to take inventory and see what was still here.

Hiei eyed the Phim suspiciously for a moment, but turned to follow the steam. The Deava figured that Yoko wasn't about to leave Hiei alone with his treasures any time soon. Hiei had stolen from him once before. "Oh, I'm definitely warned." Hiei replied, Yoko's fighting, and winning, had taken care of that.
Coming to the hot springs, Hiei sniffed at the water and wrinkled his nose. He seriously did not like water. Still, if it would help, he'd get into it. Taking his cloak off and setting his sword aside, Hiei slipped into the water, staying close to the edge and resting his chin on the rocks surrounding the water.

Yoko looked back at the Daeva and opened his mouth to say something but decided against it. He was going to take Hiei’s word that he was just going to use the hot springs. After all not many foxes could get away with successfully stealing from Yoko twice, although in Hiei’s case the first couldn’t exactly be called successful.
Slipping in to the actual part of the cave he was interested in, he smirked as he noticed everything looked pretty untouched. He had been here far more recently then the cave he had met Hiei in. Now this errand was over with it was getting his clothes clean and relaxing. Stripping them off he pretty much sank into the water a ways off from Hiei and just let himself relax taking the time to finally take care of the shoulder injury Hiei had inflicted the day before. It looked fine but he hadn’t cleaned it yet either.

Hiei moved slightly to keep Yoko in his sight when the Phim joined him. As Yoko examined his shoulder, Hiei raised an eyebrow. "You should clean that as soon as possible, Fox. My sword is hardly hygienic." He said in a rather lazy drawl. The hot water was very relaxing; he could already feel the soreness of his muscles seeping from him. The Deava was very surprised at himself, he normally didn't relax around anyone and this was the second time today that he'd allowed his guard to be slightly down around the Phim.

“Mmm that was one of my intentions firefly” Yoko stated. Nothing looked infected at the moment but that didn’t mean anything. He reached over to a little nook in the rocks adorning the hot spring and pulled out some herbs. He would make a little paste to keep it from getting infected when he got out. Right now he was just relaxing. He took a long look at Hiei before deciding that he could relax as well. He didn’t expect to be attacked or stolen from so there was no need to stay on guard.
