((I don't know if you have you use an actual Battle minipet, but I only have one actual Battle-capable minipet, and that pet goes with Moure, my student. As such, I'm using one of Kallos' even though they don't actually have a battle pass. (If that's not allowed, please disregard these attempts.))) After having found the charm for Desu a while back, Kallos moved on to exploring the rest of the...table-flipped land. While he was doing that though, he felt a strange sensation, one he knew very well.
It was the feeling of being watched. Wait no, it wasn't just being watched.
It was the sensation of being prey.
Alarmed, the timid haunt immediately looked around, eyes like those of a young deer. Then, he made eye-contact with not one, but three minipets, seeing Desu-chan leading them.
Ohgoshgoshohgosh, was she going to make him FIGHT her minipets?!
Just then, Kallos heard something barking in the distance. He looked back, bafflement on his face when his ghostly corgi appeared.
Apparently, it was going to be a match between her pets and his.
Apparently, his minipet knew when Kallos needed it a more often then Kallos realized, too.
As such, the little ice fairy flew from Desu's side, looking ready to start fighting. The ghostly pup gave a snarl and leapt into the air, colliding with the fae creature.
After a few moments of air-combat, the two minipets fell to the ground. It seemed they'd done similar amounts of damage to each other. The only difference that was enough damage to take down the fae minipet.
One down, two to go.
Who knew that the ghostly pup could fight?((Ghost Corgi's Health: 10 - 4 = 6 Korobokkuru's Health: 3 - 4 = -1 ))

As the second round of the battle started, Kallos gave his pet a few quick pats and then moved back, ready to let the little ghost pup do what it wanted. The corgi put on it's serious face (as if it ever had one) and let out a low growl at the Desutan, which was coming forth to battle.
All at once, the ghostly corgi let out a mock-howl and charged at the pink kimono-clad minipet. Out of no-where, a table suddenly was flipped over, onto the ghostly corgi. Luckily, the ghost managed to faze and roll enough that it was only as hurt by the table-attack as it had been from the fae before. The ghostly dog launched itself at the Desutan despite it's attack. If anything, the table attack had spurred the corgi on even more. After a few moments of fighting, the corgi managed to knock out the little pink enemy, and slowly padded back over to Kallos. Once it got there, it gave a few wags of it's tail, as if to say, "Aren't you proud of me?" before slumping down near the haunt's feet. It wasn't KO'd just yet, but it was getting there. Kallos leaned down and gave the corgi a few loving pets, nodding at the pup that it'd done very well and that he was happy with it.
Two down, one to go.

Kallos was worried about the condition his pup was in when the third round of the battle started. The little deer didn't look too dangerous, but neither did Desu-chan. Obviously, anything in here could not be trusted to be safe.
Apparently, the ghost corgi on the other hand hadn't gotten the memo about not trusting cute things though. As the deer came forth, the pup raised it's ears, looking at the ohdeer curiously. Kallos was about to warn the pup when the little fawn-like creature gave the pup such an adorable look that it stood up and started to act like it's usual derpy self. In that moment, the deer suddenly returned to it's true nature.
Kallos didn't want to watch as the deer easily knocked out his already near KO'd, but the haunt did none-the-less. His little creature did manage to do a little damage, but not enough to stop the deer. And then it was done. As soon as the battle was over, Kallos ran over to his little ghostly corgi, lifting it into his arms. The corgi was somehow knocked out. Apparently even ghost dogs can get beaten.
Kallos looked at the ohdeer and the other two battlers. He gave them a respective nod, acknowledging their strength. Perhaps some day, his corgi would be able to beat them.
Perhaps.

With Carol now clutched tight against his chest, Cat felt somewhat safer venturing forth into the more foreboding of gyms. Namely, one belonging to a certain someone that he recalled, vividly and with great horror. It was only when the mini in his arms squeaked in protest that he realized how much tighter he had been clutching the poor thing in his terror.
"Apologies," He whispered, relinquishing his iron grip on the fuzzy critter. It took everything in his very being to not tighten his grip once more at the sight of Desu. Waiting. Watching. She seemed to want something... "Perhaps some...some battling is in order?" He wasn't sure, oh good gosh he wasn't sure of anything in the presence of...her.
Carol squirmed and pointed confidently at the trio of opposing minis. He had this.
Cat was not so certain (oh, not sure, not sure, oh gosh...s-so many sparkles...) but trusted that the rabbit's bravery, perhaps stupidity, would count for something. He set the little white animal down, and like a wind-up toy, it immediately skittered into the fray.

Ah, barely a scratch!
However, the rabbit seemed much to caught up in evading, and didn't quite manage to finish off the defending...whatever that horrible thing was. Was it even alive? Spurred on, Carol lunged quickly once more, manoeuvring as though he had done this hundreds of times before.
What on earth did those things get up to when Cat wasn't in the room...?

Enraged, the bizarre deer creature took a dying blow (how does it even...?) at Carol, sending him tumbling backwards across the floor. Equally ticked off, the rabbit sprung back on his third bounce, launching himself at his next victim in line.
Nothing could dent his ego enough to make him surrender! Nothing!

The fairy cake was bat aside like a chew-toy, but as seemed to be their custom (some sort of deliberate, evil training scheme from Desu...he just knew it) she unleashed a gust of shimmering sparkles at Carol, before shrieking and fainting alongside the first mini.
Critical hit!
Limping for dramatic effect, Carol rounded on his last target. He knew he would not make it through one more hit, but be damned if he wasn't going to try and take the small Desu-shaped abomination down with him.

Carol would have liked it if the Desutan-monster exploded on impact. He settled for crushing her forcefully under himself, swinging hard with the pocket watch he had neglected until now as he hurled himself towards her. Amidst her violent flailing, radioactive levels of desu, and the force at which he had flung himself, Carol was knocked cold the instant they collided, and collapsed in a heap on top of her defeated form.
It was a hero's defeat. In his tiny mind, at least.
Confused and stunned, Cat could do nothing but scoop the limp rabbit back up into his arms, and nurse it tenderly against himself. Had he eyebrows, they would have been furrowed. Instead, he settled for a big, unhappy, downturned crescent of a mouth, and turned on his heal to leave. Strange things happened when that girl was near. Strange and horrible things.

Oh yeah, poke was back again, ready and raring to kick some mini desu-chan a**. And so was her nergal rapalicious too, whom followed her towards the other three minis It had taken a little time to make sure he was healed up and ready to fight again, and this time she decided that feeding him might allow him to fight a little btter "Alright Desu-chan, you ready for a rematch?" she said, her mini walking in front of her and screeching at the other three. "Lets start with the blue fairy again." ((First battle: Korobokkuru vs Rapalicious Nergal! Rapalicious Nergal HP: 10 - 2 = 8 Korobokkuru HP: 3 - 6 = -3 IT'S A KO))

Poke had barely said "Attack!" before the the raptalicious was ontop of the Korobokkuru, viciously slashing at the mini before it lay defeated, and only then did it back away again.
She was amazed by her raptors attack, and please that it hadn't been seriously hurt. But there were two more pets to go, Desu-chan being the next one to fight
"Go for it!" She called out again and let her mini charge the miniature desu-tan who was still sparkling.away looking happy and...annoying. Her mini must have thought the same thing as he tried to slash at her but was again flipped high into the sky.
This time, instead of falling onto the ground, he fell onto of desutan instead again resulting in a KO. However he had been seriously injured again.

having defeated the last two, now it was just the baby deer they had to fight. Again it stood there looking adorable and cute, while her nergal was on it's last legs
"Okay, just one more to go..." She said to her mini. He sprang forward to attack once again, but the other mini simply head butted him backwards, where he stumbled around a little before collapsing on the ground
"Dammit...." With a sigh, she picked up the nergal rapalicious again so she could go and get it some treatment and come back later. She wasn't going to give up, not by a long shot!

Battle time? Well Kazuka had been itching to test out the battling for more then just training. He looked at the first opponent and thought long and hard of which of his mini's he should use to try and beat the three. Finally he coaxed out his choice and readied his self for this fight. Heero had managed to win the first fight to Kazuka's satisfaction. While he wasn't very happy that his mini had taken damage, he knew it was inevitable in fights like these. He gave the Colony a quick pat in both congratulations and in good luck as the next opponent stepped forward to do battle.

This was it, one more mini then the battles would be over and he could heal Heero. Kazuka looked at Heero then at the ohDeer. They both now had equal health and it would only take one good hit from either to knock the other out. Of course a tie would be a lose, he remembered, so he hoped he had trained the Colony enough to come out on top on this.

Kazuka sucked in a breath in a hissing sound as he knelt down and picked up his fallen mini. Heero had put up a good fight but he obviously wasn't ready yet. He nodded to Desu-chan as a mix of congratulations for winning and a thank you for the battle. The reaper then made haste to heal his fainted mini.

Edel wandered through the site of wreckage, keeping an eye out for Desu-chan's charms. In all honesty, she was mostly looking for a table she could lift.
That one looks fairly manageable.
It was the size of a coffee table, but the frost demon figured that this was probably going to be the easiest of the lot she'd seen so far. Grabbing on to the edge of it, she mustered up her strength and attempted to flip the table back up.
There was a sliver of hope when the table was lifted a few centimeters off the ground, the the frost demon succumbed in the end and it came crashing back down to the ground. The ghoul let out a sigh. Perhaps she should consider building up some muscle in school.
