The ladder was hastily set up, and Nuke positioned it so that it would reach the base of the scaffolding. Taking a quick look down at Chrono, Fusion slowly made his way up the ladder, as the crowd set in to a loud cheer as the match was starting to progress again.

Chrono waited until Nuke was partway up the ladder before he sat up and made his move. He got to the ladder and attempted to grab the back of Nuke's leg and shove it it straight into the ladder to get him to lose his footing.

Nuke's leg was caught by Chrono, and that same shin from before collided with the steel. Dropping to the canvas, he managed to land on his feet, although there was now a slight hop in his step, as he tried to keep his balance.

Chrono attempted to grab Nuke and hoist him up in a fireman's carry like hold. If successful he'd airplane spin before finishing with a forward falling fireman's carry slam.

The innovative move hit hard, and Nuke crashed down against the canvas. Breathing heavily, he didn't dare to move straight away, as he tested to see if anything had been broken due to the sheer height of the drop, coming off from Chrono's shoulders.

Chrono smirked as he looked down at Nuke as he walked over to the ropes and began to rapidly shake the top one, he then turned to Nuke and raised his arms up and down over his head, then began to run in place..
He then bounced off the turnbuckles, ran and jumped over Nuke hit the opposite turnbuckle and came back to Nuke and attempted a splash to the downed Nuke Fusion.

The crowd were loving it, as Chrono was not only building up moment, but doing so in a satirical and entertaining way. Rushing past the downed Nuke, Chrono came back with a large Splash attempt .. And completely missed, as the Undisputed Champ rolled away from the impact!
There was still enough about the Champion to allow him to move away; perhaps that's one of the reasons he was able to capture the gold, knowing when to make his move. The tables had turned. Getting to his feet, Nuke looked over at Chrono then turned towards the ropes. Jumping up on to the top rope, he flipped backwards in an attempt to hit a high-risk Moonsault attempt!

Evidently Chrono didn't harness the power he needed to complete his big splash and the big man missed his target. He rolled over holding his ribs, as Nuke got to his feet and went to the top rope and flew through the air with a moonsault.
Chrono couldn't move out of the way in time, however he did get his knees up!

The crowd watched in amazement as Nuke soared backwards through the air, in perfect harmony with his body, as he flew true towards Chrono .. Landing with his chest hard upon the knees of the God of Time. Rolling around in agony holding his chest, a replay shot up on screen, and on second glance it seemed as if Nuke might have actually broken a rib with that impact. Gripping the bottom rope and kicking out at the canvas, the ref checked to see if he was okay, and instead got a hard boot to the side of the head.
The crowd were torn, as half of them cheered in glory at the counters they had just saw, and others looked on wondering if the Undisputed Champion was really down and out.

Chrono managed to get to his feet, and the crowd was eating up the back and forth displays from Chrono and Nuke. He staggered to where Nuke was and attempted to clothesline him over the ropes onto the floor below after Nuke hit the ref with a boot.
If successful, Chrono would pick up the referee and gorilla press slam him and pose.

Nuke slowly came around, only to be caught with a clothesline, that toppled him over the top rope. Bouncing off from the apron, he landed with a thud on the outside and rolled to the barricade, as several fans reached down to grab him.
As the ref was GPS'd, Chrono hit a pose and the crowd cheered on, as both men were getting over in this match it seemed. The moment was there for Chrono though, if he acted fast; Nuke was down, the ladder was set up, and the scaffolding was holding what could possibly be his best chance at winning Undisputed gold.

This was indeed the perfect moment for Chrono as he looked at the downed Nuke and went to the ladder as he steadily began to climb it. It was of course a grueling task with his leg hurting and his arm hurting but he continued at it.

The crowd cheered on, as the fans reaching down towards Nuke managed to wake him up, as he realised just what was happening. Rolling over towards the ring, trying not to put too much pressure on the targeted leg from earlier, he gripped the apron and slowly dragged himself in to the ring .. Although, he had not actually looked up to see how far Chrono had made it up the ladder yet.

By this time Chrono was half way up the ladder, and each climb brought him into agonizing pain. He continued on, he knew what was at stake and that was the WWFG Undisputed Title.

Looking up at the ladder in front of him, Chrono already gaining ground on him, Nuke knew he had to act swiftly. Grabbing on to the bottom rung of the ladder, he made his way up - just a little faster than Chrono - and try to catch him at the top of the ladder at the same time.
At the top, he wasn't quite sure what he would do, other than try to surprise Chrono with a few good strikes to try and unbalance him.
