Scrapped Emotionally Intelligent and changed it to Street Smart, since I think it would suit him better. Also explained that he still gets retard moments on the street too, so I hope it doesn't look like powerplaying.

Added in " It doesn't often work, but it's always worth a shot." to devious, so hopefully the manipulation part is played down! I can add more if need be.

Also added another paragraph to Lonely, but I'm still tweakin' it.

This profile has really gone through a lot of work, and I think that it reads pretty well! I can't see anything that sticks out as wrong or awkward regarding the power section, so most of my attention is focused on the civilian. Most of the virtues and flaws tie in together in such a way that I can't see anything really sticking out to me as being awkward, however I did feel like some of the labels you chose didn't quite feel right to me—something that I think could be an easy fix if you either added in an extra sentence to give a little more information or changed the name of which virtue/flaw you were talking about.

Specifically speaking, when reading 'Callous' I was getting more of a 'guarded' vibe. You definitely point out that he's not friendly, wants to be seen as tough, and has a douchebag exterior, but a lot of what else you're giving information makes it sound like a front that he's putting on to protect himself. To me, this sounds less like he is actually an insensitive, cruel type of guy, but more like he's a guy that's been hurt and wants to protect himself. I think for him to be callous, he'd have to be insensitive all around—even after his walls were lowered and you had befriended him.

The second one I was muddling over was 'mindful'; this reads more as 'lives in the moment' to me. When I think of mindful, I think of investing deep thought into things and understanding both how it affects you, and the world around you. I read through the wikipedia article you linked to and while I tried to keep an open mind, all I could think of synonyms like these. If you really want to keep the mindful virtue, I would love if you could expand on it to help me understand a little better because I'm not totally sure I grasp it right now.

On a side note, I really like how you noted that smoking affected his running; you have put a lot of thought into this character and he seems like he could be really interesting! His jaded nature makes him seem like he would be a fun character to interact with—just as long as he'd be willing to interact with others!
