Nigiri laid his ears back sadly, "Well I messed it up, Maybe, I should help you take it back? Then I can meet your parents and then maybe my parents can meet yours and...." He trailed off. It all seemed to make perfect sense in his mind.

He thought about it long and hard for a moment before finally nodding. "Alright... that sounds like a plan." He chuckled cheerfully. "Besides.. there was bound to have come a time that I would have had to settle my attachment to my baby bed... It just happened sooner that I thought it would. So, don't feel bad ok? "

Nigiri ducked his head, happy that Cadhla wasn't actually mad at him. It was a relief to know that the foal was goign to be alright and that he hadn't actually destroyed something that was irreplaceable.
"That'll be great. So what are you parent's like? Are they nice? Do they look like you? What--I've never met other's parent's before, I'm kind of nervous and excited. Do you think our parent's will like each other? Do you think they'll like me?" He thought of a thousand and more questions to ask, but his mind was whirring so quickly that he couldn't even keep up to speak the words.
He took a deep breath. "Sorry, Daddy Nori says I talk a lot when I'm nervous." He shuffled his feet a bit again, "I think I'll be okay now."

He chuckled lightly. "I don't mind much... My parents are well.. they're nice.. My father is white of coat with a sunset colored underbelly and blue mane and tail... He wears a cape-let he got from his grandparents the day he came of age, he's HUGE compared to my mother. Mom's a tiny mare, least that's what dad says. She's mostly white with rose tinged cheeks.. and rose colored stockings.. I guess that's where I got my stocking markings from. And she's got cloven hooves like me. She's very sweet and kind and has a few roses in her long white mane, a gift from her mother when she came of age."
He pondered how his parents mite view Nigiri's fathers and honestly didn't know. He did hope that the two groups of adults could get along though, if only for their foals... "I.. I don't know.. But I hope they do.. I'm sure my mother would just fawn over you till you wanna run away though.. she's very fond of foals." He chuckled lightly as he walked along.

Nigiri listened intently, his family sure did seem interesting. "You're so blue though!" He didn't mean it as an insult, "What family member did you get that from?"
He tilted his head before continuing no. "Dad Gunkan is blue like me with a tail like mine. His hair is white blue and he has light blue markings and he's stocky and tall! Daddy Nori is brown with swirly green patterns like mine and long red hair that always falls in his eyes and he has shimmery wing fins." He spit it out rather fast.
"I don't think I'd run away from her," he seemed to have been considering it very thoughtfully.

He laughed a moment. "That's a good question.. I have an uncle who's mostly blue too.. and even my grandparents on my mother's side are still curious as to how that came about.." He seemed to think about this some more. "Maybe He and I both get it from some long lost family member..." He said with a nod.
"You dad's sound interesting at least I think so.." He chuckled at his new friend's mention of not running from his mother. "Oh.. I don't know.. I think maybe you might.. If there's one thing my mom adores more than life it's self.. it's foals.. well.. foals and my dad." He laughed. "They get so mushy all the time.." He said scrunching his nose up in that usual way that stated he didn't understand the 'sissy' stuff his parents were doing.. then again.. most physical attraction things completely baffled him.

Nigiri giggled a little, "So you look more like your uncle? That's kind of cool, I think?" He paused, "I have an uncle and an aunt, and grandparents. But I don't ever remember meeting them...at least not that I can remember."
Nigiri made a face and stuck out his tongue, "Mushy! Bleck! My dads are like that too...They say I'll understand someday."

He chuckled at Nigiri's reaction to the mushy stuff. "Oh they say I'll understand later.. but frankly.. I don't see how.. it just ... baffles me."

"Yeah, it just seems weird. But they said something about hormones...and age...and stuff like that." He shrugged his shoulders, but I guess we'll see in the end, won't we?"

He gave a small shrug. "I guess so.." He grinned still not thinking he really would see in the end. as far as he was concerned it was all mush. "A game?? What sort?"
