Anyone near the concession stands could spot a familiar head of fluffy white hair standing in line for a tub of popcorn. If Nyx was eyeing a target for her own loot, it was impossible to tell. She was smiling and enjoying the event just like any other member of the crowd, there wasn't even a notepad in her hands for taking notes; But, the contest hadn't even started yet.
There was a large charizard following the rocket scientist turned spectator, looking calmly at the people walking around them.

One of those inconvenienced people who were imposed upon by Dith's hulking form was Grunt Nakura. He blinked as he was forced to walk a few steps backward. What was the hold-up?
Peering around the great hulking giant, Izaya spied the red-haired man's duo-chromatic outfit. He sighed and waited for the agent to pass, not wanting to 'get in his way' lest he turn out to be anything like Seth and take offense at the slightest provocation. Normally it might have been fun, but he couldn't afford to. Not now.
Wait - what was that? A pokemon on the walking mountain's shoulder? "Celty," he told his ghost-type. "Would you go up there and say hello to those two for me, please? I don't think they've registered our presence up there on Mt. Giant."
The Spiritomb blinked at her trainer, not completely registering the sarcasm in his tone. After a minute, she looked up, levitated toward the psychic-type, and attempted to speak with it. "Tooooomb," she rumbled quietly, trying to sound friendly. "Hello."

[Dith]
Asch's emerald eyes quickly spotted the ornately colored Espeon that sat on the giant's shoulders. However, his attention went back to the man himself as the behemoth apologized and actually moved aside, much to the annoyance of some other passers-by. The agent looked him up and down once, mentally taking note of this guy and his unique Pokemon.
"Yeah," Asch replied, folding his arms and he glanced towards the interior of the stadium entrance. He spotted the desk for the contest sign ups, where the lady with the fake smile bowed to a pair of blondes approached the desk. The redhead then looked back up at the man impassively. "That's a fancy Espeon you have there. I take it you're entering too?"
--
[Guy and Rosie]
"Hello! Welcome to Sequoia Stadium! I am pleased to be of service to you! Will you be entering our Pokemon Contest today?" The grinning blonde woman said towards Guy and Rosie, who... with her way too friendly grin, gestured towards the registration board like a model. "May I have your names and what Pokemon you will be entering? Its a maximum of two entries per coordinator."

Somehow he had managed to not freak out when the elevator went up, and succeed again when he stepped out into the city proper. Xander let out a sigh of relief and figured the meds must be finally working and then moved on to find a target. He wouldn't join the competition but that wouldn't stop him from finding someone and doing his job.

Len milled with the people, a Magikarp within a thrashing stream. A light scent wafted across both her and her Tepig's noses and the porker nudge her head leftward, pointing her fallow gaze at the marker of food.
"No." she commanded and the darn thing began to whine, screaming "Epigtay!" like a rocket's red glare.
"You've got to be kidding me . . . "
Len sighed, withheld her choice however, and kept walking. The verdant stench of greenery clogged her nose and she grimaced, much too reminded of another vice quite popular at the HQ. Ah, hooligans. What can you do with them?
That unimpressed gaze scanned panoramic style searching for a target. Yet, she was far from hitting a bull's eye.

[Asch]
Everyone seemed to assume they were entering, maybe they ought to? It seemed a bit late in the day now though, and he wouldn't have the first clue of what to do. "Thanks," he said with a smile and a bob of his head, "but no we're not entering. I must admit I'm not really sure how these contest things go, I wouldn't know what to do! I'm sure it's more complex than just standing up there looking pretty, I wouldn't want to show Viktor up by doing that or something else stupid." While he didn't particularly mind if people thought he was an idiot he knew very well that Viktor preferred to remain at least somewhat dignified at all times...
Eh? A Spiritomb? Well, it looked like Viktor was making friends too; the Espeon started speaking to the ghost and dark type in a friendly manner, and Dith left him to it.
[Celty]
Mmmh? A Spiritomb was addressing him; unexpected but not unpleasant. Viktor turned to face the other pokemon (carefully, so as not to fall down from his perch) and bobbed his head polity, Where was its trainer? It could be nearly anyone in the immediate vicinity, but he supposed it didn't matter all that much really, it was a matter of curiosity more than anything else.

[Xander]
"Hey! Watch where you're going!" A petite girl in a frilly dress with dolled up curly lilac hair yelled as she ran into the blond male. "Ugh-" She looked him over and sneered, "You're not entering the contest, are you?" A small gangly purple pokemon wearing a top hat and bow tie mimicked it's trainer's displeased expression. "Saae..."

Rosie looked up when they reached the blond women who greeted them, leaning over to the side to look at sign ups before glancing back to the women. "My name is Rosie Ewell, I will be entering with my Vaporeon Vany'n, and my Pikachu, Kiss Kiss." She told the women, smiling back at her gently.

the ghost-type responded, dipping its transparent head in greeting. she told him, nodded toward the far-away ground below. At least from what Celty understood. Now that she looked for him, though, where had Izaya gone off to...?
The grunt, assuming that Celty would stick to the towering landmark-in-motion, had wandered off on his own in search of a suitable target or two. The fact that usually silent Agent Asch had engaged in conversation with the heavily-accented Russian man probably meant that the Rocket already had an eye on the exotic-looking Espeon.
Milling through the crowd as he had often done before in Camphoreon, Nakura happened to spot Xander as a girl ran into him and gave him a through tounge-lashing. He laughed to himself and continued on, hands in his pockets.

Guy chuckled a bit as he walked, shrugging his shoulders. "It's rather nice to see you too, miss Rosie. As far as Luke is concerned..." He rolled his eyes. "I think he needs a little bit of time to himself for a while. Besides, I've been wanting to explore Kodo for myself. Now just seemed like the right time."
The grinning contest attendant completely shocked Guy, and he had to step back a few feet to feel even remotely comfortable in the woman's presence. "Uh... U-uh, um... I-I'm Guy Cecil, a-and I'm entering A-Anonymes here... M-my Litwick..." Guy weakly gestured to the small Litwick peering out behind his hair.

Xander blinked in surprise when he was ran into by the dressed up girl. "Oh excuse me." He said even though he wasn't sure it was his fault in the first place. He frowned sightly at her tone and raised an eyebrow at her. "No I'm not. Why do you ask." It was obvious that she was talking about his attire though he though he would ask anyway just to make sure. "Although I'm sure you probably are." Conrad eyed the other pokemon and swished his tail in displeasure at their attitudes. "Ee."

Viktor said politely, It seemed a little odd to him that a stranger would send greetings up to his trainer, pleasant but strange. Maybe Celty's trainer was a pleasant but strange person? Well, time would tell soon enough he supposed and in the meantime the ghost type seemed like pleasant company in its (her?) own right.

Callista made it up to the stadium without incident, aside from Eden beginning to go a little nuts in her arms from excitement. The pink Eevee had never seen so many people and other pokemon, and she wanted to go meet them! Eventually, her independence won out over Callista's control, and off the little Eevee ran, dashing through the crows and pausing briefly to chirp a "Vee!" or an "Ee!" at whoever caught her interest.
As Callista chased after her wayward Eevee, she put on a panicked [removed](she wasn't really worried, after all, she could get her eevee back with no problems), and called out desperately, in a shrill, frightened voice that sounded nothing like her normal self "Eden! Get back here, oh please come back! Please!"
Combined, the two created the image of a rather naive young lady looking for her over rambunctious young pokemon.... well, half of that was true, and that was all anyone needed to believe.

"Isn't it obvious? Don't you know who I am? I'm Lola-Belle Monibee." Obviously. The girl clicked her tongue at Xander, criticizing his outfit with her gaze. "Thank goodness... If you ever do compete, a little advice: it's called coordinating for a reason." The snobby contestant rolled her eyes and pressed the call button for the elevator.

[Dith]
"Heh, its really not a big deal," Asch assured the man, before lifting a single brow as he caught a glimpse of Izaya and then the oddly colored Spiritomb that was hovering behind this monstrosity of a man and conversing with the Espeon on his shoulder. "Its only a display of your Pokemon's abilities and talents in an organized fashion with some creativity."
Tyke blinked as he watched and listened to the other Pokemon from his perch on Asch's shoulder. However, he remained quiet and obedient for the time being. The tall man was very intimidating and scared the little Zorua a bit.
"You'll see what I mean." Asch then glanced towards the reception desk again and his face suddenly turned a little pale when he now recognized the pair of blondes that were standing before it. "I have to go," he told the man, before shuffling off back into the crowd.
Trying to stay out of sight, but keeping an eye on Rosie and Guy, Asch kept his distance. Crap, they were registering for the contest. This could make things a bit difficult.
---
[Rosie and Guy]
The receptionist quickly entered the names of Rosie and Guy, along with the names and species of their Pokemon, into the computer. A printer then started to life and soon the both of them were presented with badges that held their names and a number.
"I expressively give you my thanks for attending the contest!" She said with another bow after they had taken her badges. Guy's discomfort apparently going unregistered as the woman seemed to function in an almost robotic manner. "The numbers on your badges are the order in which you will appeal! Please wait until your number is called before entering the stage." She then motioned a hand towards a nearby hallway. "If you will please walk that way, to the contestant waiting room. There are free accessories for you to make use of if you so choose. As well as complimentary snacks. Again, we are pleased to be of service and wish you much luck in the contest!"
