When the little manx cat saved their asses, Babylon took a moment to look over his shoulder at Zirconia and demand "Why can't you do that?!" Oh wait. She could. She'd told him she could. But she wasn't useful like ********* page brought his bat up in a hasty block of an oncoming vine, and found himself caught. Sog was rapidly reeling him in, and he had no choice but to struggle and flail, digging his feet into the grass.
All this managed to do was dig two furrows into the turf. In his thrashing, Babylon managed to whack Sog, and the bat flew free, sending him tumbling backwards from the momentum.
He scrambled on his hands and knees back towards Valhalla and Zirconia. "I TAKE IT BACK," he wailed.

A rather disgusted looking expression formed on Ganymede's face as the swamp monsters drew closer. Ugh, they smelled. He was quite glad he currently had a bat in his hands. He did not relish the idea of attacking these things with his fists, not when they looked so goopy and slimey and just all around gross.
He stayed close to Valhalla, Babylon and Maenalus -- they'd done pretty well together so far and he saw now reason to disrupt a good thing. That, and he wasn't all too keen about leaving Val on his own. Not now that he knew. The guy didn't even have a weapon anymore, and the cat was... well, the cat was directing him into battle like a knight on their charging steed. That might have been amusing under different circumstances, but Ganymede was focusing too much on preventing himself from being covered in swamp scum and tangled in vines and seaweed to allow himself to laugh.
At least the cats seemed capable of taking care of themselves.
Avoiding as much of the vines as he could, Ganymede stuck with Valhalla's plan to take care of one monster at a time and swung his bat toward Zog again -- who seemed to be in the process of shaking other senshi, one of them a child -- aiming for another hit against his... its... head.

People really seemed to like making ********* into a flying kitty! It was almost like they thought she was magically able to do something like prance about with a rainbow following her. No, that would have been Sailor Iris' department if anything (though in all honesty, that senshi couldn't prance on rainbows either). However, now she was flying at an unknown senshi clad in black (Carnelian).
All she could call out was a simple "LOOK OUT BELOW!!!!"

Well, he'd been planning on giving her a pet, but when Zirconia decided to clamber up onto his head and start tugging at his hair, he let out a wince and frowned, although he did jump to the side to avoid the monster's attack. And then another cat jumped into the fray to protect them when the monster tried to attack.
"How many cats are there??" he sputtered as he watched *********>, hoping her grip on his hair was good enough to keep her on his head. All twenty something pounds of cat... Someone needed to go on a diet. Seriously.
Valhalla frowned, looking down with his eyes at Babylon so as not to tip the cat off his head. "Get up! You're going to get yourself killed like that!" he snapped at the other knight, quickly leaning down so he could help the other to his feet, before moving forward to attack Zog from the side, watching as Ganymede attacked it, first.
"Tag team? Get its head when I kick it?" he called up to the cat, jumping up to kick the monster squarely in the shoulder, although he waited to see if Zirconia wanted to do anything, waiting for her to get back on his head if she did, before jumping backwards again and out of the way.

Sailor Chibi Hypnos tried to look at Sailor Hygiea as she asked the question but her head really didn't want to turn and be shaken at the same time so needless to say, after a few attempts, she kept trying until it did.
"IIIII... h...a.a.a.a.ve... noooooo... i...d.e.e.e.e...a... buuuu...t... itttt... s.s.s.suuureee... c...an... s...hhhh... a.a.a.a... keeeee... ittttt..." she whimpered as she held onto to Juno like her life depended on it. If you ever wanted to compare to this a theme park ride, you probably could, and it might be a very popular attraction, but the small senshi would really like to get off the ride now with Juno in tow.

Juno had a fairly strong stomach thanks to her background in gymnastics as a child, and it was probably what kept her from throwing up as she was shaken like a milkshake. Her vision was starting to blur from her head being banged around back and forth, but she did as Hypnos requested, only tightening her grip on the girl even as she too began to make vibrated noises.
Oh man.. she had given up on kicking in an attempt not to hit her helper, but she still tried to wiggle and squirm among the vines. If only she had something sharp to cut the stupid things! Maybe she could get close enough to bite the vines instead.

Sog had multiple vines whipped out of his hands. One vine was curled around Nifhel's torso, another was coiled around Babylon. Nifhel's own chain was wrapped around Sog's neck, but the creature apparently didn't need to breathe. No matter how tight the chain was, it did not bother the swampy creature.
Squeezing tightly, Sog yanked on its seaweed wraps. Nifhel and Babylon were caught in a what was surely a spa nightmare. Then, picking up speed, Sog began to spin around like a top. The two men attached to it's vines were lifted off the ground and swung around like children on a tire swing. The action knocked all attackers out of the way, until Sog released his grip on the men and sent them flying off in separate directions.

Maia really didn't know what to do with so many other battling the three crazy swamp things, she was reluctant to do anything, but she knew she needed to do something. She could finally use her magical attack and it was no longer useless, so she figured that was a good a place as any to start.
She wasn't really sure who to aim for, but as the swamp monsters seemed to have several all tangled up she just picked at random. She ran up to the battling group that was closest to her and took a stance off to the side aiming for the monster.
Zog had Juno in its clutches, but Maia hoped her attack would slow it down way down. Choosing her super attack she called out. "Absolute Harmony," letting the music fill her and singing the lovely transulcent luminescent rainbow colored notes into exsistance before they flew like a mini tornado right at Zog.

Zog was a little baffled as more things came in to hit it. Honestly, why did these fleshy walking meals make eating them so difficult? That was all the angry swamp monster wanted in life. A simple life, devouring everything it came across, and sinking back into the muck and mud for a nice nap after.
Was that really so much?
Smacked in the head and then kicked in the shoulder, the swamp monster finally let Juno free. After swinging her, and that attached Hypnos if she had not let go, high above them all. Quite suddenly. Its vines retracted momentarily as it whirled around and shot them back out again, claw tipped whips swinging at Ganymede and Valhalla. bellowing in inarticulate rage all the while.
It kicked its leg in its temper tantrum, effectively booting Hygiea from its viney, muddy form.
Which was rather lucky for her, considering Maia launched an attack at it. It howled in protest at the whirlwind, swinging its elongated vines in every direction possible, aided by the spinning music notes, lashing out at whatever bodies were closest with its razor sharp claws.

Talia was feeling quite dazed after smashing the crystal. "Is it over? Did I do it?" Her eyes were seriously spinning after using her attack tiwce and getting knocked down by the wave of energy. This senshi thing was painful!
Honestly, Talia just wanted to lay down, go to sleep, and wake up tomorrow thinking it was all a dream. She was so sore already, she didn't even want to think about tomorrow.
Of course, fate wouldn't let her do that. An arm pulled her up to her feet. She stumbled a bit as the girl took off running, but tripped on the way.
Crap, this was bad. She had to fight though! That was the senshi's drop, right?
She pulled herself up and stared at a rock. Draconis felt like crap. Like sooooo much crap. Like playing an entire day long tennis tournament and then being expected to fight ... Wait what were they fighting again?
Draconis turned to the lake. Swamp monsters. Right. Those things.
...
THOSE THINGS?!
Talia picked up the rock and threw it. Yup. She threw a pebble at the monster. Though she honestly didn't know the difference of the three, she threw it straight at Zog.

ROUND 3
Zog's HP: 0!!!
Sog's HP: 609
Bog's HP: 249 While the Swamp Things raged on, they were not the only thing to rise out of the lake. The final creature that came up could only be described as a living mixture of sand, seaweed, and lake water. It’s shape shifted as it slowly crawled across the land. Each step that it took shook the ground around it, making the earth tremble like a small earth quake had hit it. It could only be described as a massive blob. It’s arms swung low to the ground like gorilla’s , it swung at everything it came across, pushing over trees with ease. It went and attacked the boat house, its arms grew to long thin bands that clung to the side of the boat house. The monster squeezed and under the pressure, the boat house fell into itself and laid ruined. Satisfied with itself, the monster moved on to walk through the camp, laying waste to any building or person who stood in its way. Quote: THIS IS BLOB. HE HAS AN HP OF ????

Niflhel's chain was still attached to the soggy monster when the thing let go. He used this to his advantage keeping a tight grip as he redirected his flight back towards the monster's head. Aiming a boot for it's skull. "Take this Monster."
He paused watching Polaris, "Polaris get back" He growled, at the hurt senshi. This was either going to hurt when he impacted with the monster or when he managed to meet the ground but he couldn't think about that now. Right now he was busy trying to smack the monster and defeat it.
Then he saw it..... the blob.......... it crushed the boat house and other buildings like they were nothing. "Oh sweet mother of mercy how many of these things are there!?"

With a lurch the pressure around her midsection was suddenly gone and Juno and Hypnos were sent flying through the air. They flew up above senshi and negaverse, and Juno managed the presence of mind to pull the smaller senshi towards her chest, planning on breaking the other girl's fall.
They flew so far however, that it wasn't hard ground that Juno hit at first, her back smacking against something made of sand and seaweed (Blob) before she richoeted off and down to the ground.
Dazed and confused Juno released her grip on Hypnos, head rolling back against the ground as she tried to stop the world from spinning. Had anyone caught the number of that freight train she'd hit?

Zirconia did not appreciate Babylon's implication that she was more useless than *********. She already fired an energy shot, dammit. And she would've fired another if she was confident in her ability too without being drained.
Nope, instead she flew off Valhalla's head and totally would've attacked Zog, except he seemed to have 'died'. She glanced around and froze, seeing the blob emerge and take out the boathouse. Maybe she wouldn't attack that one either.
Instead, the guardian cat launched herself at Bog, intending to claw and bite at him and then flee in a hit and run style attack. Besides, she had a score to settle with that one. No one mistreats ********* but her!

Hygiea went flying to the ground with a very soft 'eee' from the feeling of being airborne for a few seconds and then hit the ground with a thud out of the reach of flailing razor clawed vines. Stars filled her eyes as she slowly pulled her upper body into a sitting potion, not minding the mud and ick that was covering parts of her body. She was honestly used to such things.
She blinked awkwardly, settling her brain in time to see a ... another thing come out of the lake. It was huge, big... and reminded her a little of the pokemon Muk, just not purple and a lot bigger and mean. It destroyed the boat house and it kept on going ...
Hygiea really wished, right now, that she had more of an attacking power. Sigh. Time to find something to throw.. or something.
