Cyan charged up before releasing his limit break. His body grew more powerful and older as he slammed both keyblades on the ground. "Firaga!" Said an older and more mature voice. Giant flames shot out of both keyblades and quickly circled around Cyan, destroying the orbs quickly as Cyan attacked another orb.

The timer went off as soon as they both destroyed all their orbs on either end.
"very good" she smiled as her keyblade bolted back to her hand.
The wall broke between the 2
"the next test is worse than this one
The darkness of the abyss started to appear in the room
"can you fend against all of us" the darkness said as even the light from Kalena's body wasnt able to be seen.
"create the balance of light and darkness within yourselves! Without it, you both may be lost within..." her voice faded off within the darkness.

Ethan sighed. He held his hand together and split them, the energy around him turned black and created a clone of Ethan. "We need to fight together." Ethan turned to his blackened self who held Leonheat turning the red fire black. "Only when we combine will we be free." Ethan held Dragonheart and pointed his blade at the dark abyss. "I'm ready for all fo it to release itself, my balance will be made right here."

Cyan changed back and stretched. When it went dark, he began seeing dark versions of himself. He nodded at Ethan and got both keyblades ready. "Give me all you've got."

"Cyan, good luck. Remember, X is waiting for you." Ethan smiled and ran into the darkness.

Cyan nodded and followed Ethan. His leg got snagged on something and he fell face first into the darkness. Picking himself up, he noticed even in the darkness, his body was slowly being corrupted. His face and lower half felt cold. "So cold..." He began seeing his family slaughtered over and over again. What felt like an eternity was actually 5 minutes. He fought to find Ethan, but part of him refused to move. He reached his hand out and feared what would become of X. "Ethan..." He managed to say and sounded depressed.

Ethan landed on the floor as he felt a disturbance his energy felt cold and lifeless. "What? I don't get it my magic is corrupting?" He needed some time to think but it was short lived as his body felt like it was splitting a blackened mirror appeared in front of him. "This place is the world of darkness, but it feels controlled." He stared into the mirror seeing himself. He smiled as he combined his split forms together. "I get it now... I must fight you for balance... Then let's go." He called his keyblades as the mirror dissipated and a black figure stood before him, energy ebbing to and from the floor creating a black smoke, the smoke held two keyblades looking exactly like a reflection of Ethan. Ethan pulled up his mask to stop darkness ebbing into his throat and his hood for what little stealth he could have in this world.

((Alright. :3 )) Kal dashed at Ethan and swung his keyblades. Cyan felt the darkness almost consume him before pulling himself together. He thought of X, being alone, knowing her love didn't survive the test. He would not let that happen. Cyan grabbed his dark areas and pulled before a darker version of Cyan came from him. He slashed at Cyan before Cyan returned the strike.

Ethan held his keyblades up to block the attacks. "So Kal, you fight me here." He pushed back with all his might to throw Kal off him

Kal was thrown off of Ethan and growled. "You are nothing to me." Kal laughed and melted into the darkness before jumping behind Ethan and aiming a thrust at his heart. Cyan fought back against his darkness, but was a bit weaker. Part of him felt cold and unresponsive. His dark version was toying with him. Tiring out, Cyan cut his legs and hands on purpose to get the feeling back in his body, then proceeded to battle his darkness at full power.

Ethan span on one foot and smacked the strike wide. "Your wrong, I'm everything you are." He swung his second blade down toward Kals shoulder

Kal grunted and grabbed Ethan before growling louder. "Fool. I know all your moves and I feel all your pain." He laughed and then kicked Ethan back and slashed at Ethan with a crosscut.

Ethan casted reflectaga to block the attack, the shield broke knocking ethan back."You did know my moves, but now me and Kalena are back together, I'm unpredictable." He threw a reflect sheild behind him leaping off it and slashing at Kal

Kal grunted in pain more as he growled and sent a line of Thundaras at Ethan. He ran along with him. "Kalena doesn't deserve you. She has too many other things to worry about."

Ethan nodded. "You got me there." He raised his hand and dropped his blade shooting out thundaras to block the ones fired at him. He didn't expect Kal to follow and swung his blade up from his spare hand while leaping back trying to give him enough room to defend.
