Entering through the gates of Death City, a young man strolled on through with a vacant expression on his face. The man had an eerie feeling about him as he headed through to the streets, turning the heads of near by citizens. Averting the attention as he walked, a smug grin grew upon Hei's face as he analyzed the people of Death City giving their full focus on him for the time being. "Insects tend to gaze upon gallant forms of light, as so they are drawn to it in both attention and in motion.." Hei chuckled under his breath before stopping in the epicenter of the first crowd that had appeared. "Now then, just as all insects, you shall burn under the unholy fire you so inadvertently give your minds to." Within a few seconds of the statement, a large pulse of Hei's Madness wavelength passed through the city with enough intensity to gather the attention of anyone with decent soul perception of Miesters, Weapons, Witches and even Kishins in the area. "This city shall know the return of a war that must be waged. And at the beginning of this Unholy crusade..." Hei's arm slowly raised up with an extended point towards the DWMA. ...will be fought against the DWMA and the battle ground shall be Death City itself." Lowering back down his hand, the man glared at the DWMA building as thoughts of his unhappy past streamed through his head. Continuing his walk past some of the civilians who had already dropped to the floor in madness induced hysteria, Hei scanned the entire area with his soul perception to scout potential 'recruits' to build to his war. After a moment of searching, he grinned at the thought of how the pieces would fall and put together his plan so it could finally be set in motion, and continued walking towards the DWMA
