“Yeah whatever.” Jazz said in an attempt to seem as if she didn’t really care. With a sigh she folded her hands behind her head and stared up at the weird school. She’d never seen anything like it before in her life, odd spikes, candles, and skulls adorned it which though it should have seemed spooky it just came off as kooky. “So you got a partner yet?” She asked without much thought on returning to the weapon subject.

Louis came out of his 'trance' as she asked the question. "No, I haven't." Louis said while shaking his head no as well. He seemed to have a slight hint of disappointment in his voice as he said it. He did not expect any sympathy towards him, though having nothing to speak of. "Have you found one?" Louis asked, he truly hated to impede into other's business, but at a time like this, there was not much choice. He felt the conversation dying and he did not wish for that.

“Nope.” Jazz said without hearing anything unusual in the boy’s voice. “I’m probably not going to for a while. I don’t get along good with girl miesters and my miester will have to have certain talents to use me that most boys don’t have.” Sighing she untwine her fingers from behind her head and folded her arms over her chest. “I’m not exactly a,” she paused for a moment thinking of the right word to describe herself. “conventional, type of weapon.”

Louis looked back at her while pushing his glasses up further his nose. "What kind of weapon are you then?" Louis asked, he had become intrigued sadly. He had not known of any unconventional weapons, and now he was curious. Louis looked to where he was walking again as he awaited a wishful reply. He also suspected of some sort of outburst because of previous responses.

‘Crap!’ Jazz thought as he turned to look at her. Well, there went her reputation before weapon knowledge thing. “J-just an unusual kind of weapon that’s all. And I’m really powerful too, just so you know. It’s not like I turn into some girly-assed piano or anything.” Crossing her arms Jazz tried to hide her nervousness behind feigned anger—unsuccessfully.

Louis chuckled a little bit due to her reaction. He thought this to be funny just because she felt her weapon form would not be able to suit her persona. "There is nothing wrong with being a piano." Louis said as it was made obvious by Jazz, her weapon form was a piano. "There are plenty of badass songs played on the piano." Louis said as he smiled back at her.

Jazz blushed for a moment before recovering her mask again; glaring off into the distance she put anger into her voice—this time a little more convincing than before. “What exactly is that supposed to mean. You making fun of me?” This was exactly why she didn’t want anyone knowing of her weapon form, they didn’t take her seriously if they knew. She’d been used by a miester once—a boy—just before she’d come to the DWMA. They’d been attacked by Kishin and had ended up working together—which is how she learned about the DWMA in the first place. So she knew she wasn’t a hapless mess of a weapon, she could use lightning like sound waves to attack her enemy, a long range sound style instead of the more conventional and popular close-range bladed/spiked weapons miesters preferred now days.

Louis tensed his shoulders. "Louis...." He said dragging it on as his right hand glowed with a purple heu. "CHOP!" Louis said whipping around and attempting to slam Jazz in the head. He was giving her a small amount of time to react to this. As his hand got closer the purple light disappated and in its place was a hilt. No guard for the hilt just a simple hilt. He was performing this move because he was not making fun of her at all. He could tell her soul from his Soul Perception ability and he knew from the start she was nothing like she was acting like.

Reacting on instinct Jazz shifted to the left and pushed forwards at the same time as her right hand came up. The air around her hand distorted in a rippling effect and spread out weaker the farther from her palm. The waves slammed into the ground just in front of her feet pushing the stones of the sidewalk down with enough force that they cracked. Wordlessly she kept her momentum, aiming her open palm towards Louis’ stomach. The attack wasn’t deadly even at full power—which at the moment it wasn’t—only having that potential when aimed at the chest or neck. It was meant more to push any attackers away than hurt them.
(If he gets hit by it)
Should he be hit by it the telling sonic booming sound of the attack would vibrate around Jazz, a ghost piano sound twining in with it on par with multiple random piano key’s being hit at exactly the same time. Out of tune, and without a song. And be knocked back away from her.

Louis leaped into the air, preforming a somarsault over Jazz. He did this on instinct almost, he was still fully aware of his surroundings, but at the same time ready to attack. As he landed after dodging Jazz's move he dusted himself off as his right hand returned to normal. "You know projecting your soul wavelength at others is not very kind.." Louis said chuckling now that he had some fun. He turned around and moved his right hand in a motion as if presenting something. "Welcome to the Death Weapon Miester Academy." Louis said as he had in fact made the presentation of the grand school. The two of them stood at the bottom of the staircase which led up to the school's front door. "Try not to get lost from here to there okay?" Louis said with a smile on his face.

Jaz rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, the sound wave vanishing with a soft tune almost to low to hear. "I think I can manage it. And you know trying to knock someone's head in isn't very kind either." With a frown and soundless hump Jazz turned away from Louis and started up the steps and through the gate to the school.

(So Sorry! I have been grounded for a few days)
Louis chuckled slightly as she said this. He knew this to be true but he did not truly mean to hit her upon the head a mean way, but instead he wished to give her a bonk on the head. As he thought it he began thinking of the V8 commercials and thought his movement would be somewhat like that. Louis turned from looking at the Academy and started to walk back down the hill. He did not know where he was going but he didn't matter, as long as it was somewhat quiet.
