Byers, seeing that Mike is about to tag out, tries to stop him with a knee drop to Landry's back. Turns out Byers had learned something from all those old Landry matches he watched on tape prior to tonight.

Landry dropped down to the mat, clutching his fist and gritting his teeth as his back once again lit up with pain.

Jason goes to tag in Freak, partially to get an opportunity to scout his opponents a little more and partially to taunt Mike's inability to tag his own partner.

Freakshow accepts the tag and is eager to get into the ring! He enters through the top and middle rope before wasting little time going towards Landry! He stops a few feet short of Mike, Fargo Struts the rest of the way to him, drops down to his knees, and goes for a rather theatrical looking back rake!

Landry grits his teeth and grunts again.
"SONofa..." he yells, arching his back as he tries to grab some ropes and get back to a vertical base.

Freakshow backs off, hands in the air defensively as the ref scolds him for his antics. He gives Landry his space as he tries getting back up to his feet, before closing in on the stunned opponent. He shuffles his feet a bit, a' la Muhammad Ali, leans out a bit, and snaps at him with a well aimed jab to the cheek.

Landry's head snapped back when he was hit by the punch, causing him to stumble into the corner.

Freakshow turns his back on Landry, and walks to the opposite side of the ring, to the corner farthest from The Innovator, or whatever he was calling himself nowadays. He turns around once at the other corner, glances towards Harli "Suck my c**k, Mate," He then bursts from one end of the ring to the other, ready to connect with a clothesline!

Landry slid between the top and middle rope to avoid the clothesline, but instead of using that highly overrated pendulem kick everyone was using, the INNOVATER used one of his own PERSONAL inventions. He turned around and leaped forward, putting his arm between Freaks's legs and trying to roll into the middle of the ring for a schoolboy.

Freak bumps chest first into the turnbuckles! "Ooof!" He cries out in pain, arms hooked around the ropes, he didn't wanna go anywhere he didn't anticipate going to. Unfortunantely, Landry would make this happen, as he slips in for a very creative pin attempt! The ref slides to the floor! The fans count along! One...Two..Thr- Kickout! Just in time! This is understandably rather disappointing to the fans.

Landry was able to stand up, albeit on shakey legs as his back was still killing him. He waited for Freakshow to stand up, and once he did he would run the ropes and attempt a flying leg lariat to take Freakshow down.

Jason, having a lot higher ring IQ than he gets credit for, pulls the ropes down in an effort to make Landry whiff with the leg lariat. Even when he isn't the legal man, the former American Jesus can still find ways to make his mark.

Landry toppled out of the ring closest to his opponent's corner than his own. His back smacked hard on the unforgiving ring apron, then he collapsed on the mat, not moving.

Freak gets up on his knees.. Quick enough to see Landry topple out of the ring! The next priority was the ref. He reaches towards his shirt, clutching at his chest in exaggerated pain with the other arm "Oh god it hurts!" He whines in unconvincing agony! "It hurts! Make it stop!" The ref doesn't quite buy the faux injury, but Freak is aggressive in his shilling of the injury, not letting the official leave his side.

Jason sees a golden opportunity here, not only to do some damage to Landry, but also to get himself some legitimacy in EEW. With the ref out of the picture and Landry on the mat in pain, he attempts to lock in a camel clutch, hoping to cause Mike as much pain as possible.
