Wrath_of_Bahamut boo... i wanna enter the art contest, but i don't know which character to redesign.... i haven't been here long enough to know who's who.... blah... any reccomendations or something? Well, you can go over the OC list, check out the mugs or tekteks or descriptions, and ask the owner. Or, you can look at the NPC list in LL and do the same. Misuki Marishima and I have said all of ours are open for the picking, not sure about others.

But it occurred to me that I don't know which characters have been active or not. o-o I wouldn't wanna do the character of a person who hasn't posted in two years or something, ya know?

Well, I recently revamped the OC list, so while there may still be some characters who's players are inactive, I have riddled a number of them out.
