Hibari nodded and listened to the explanation. As Rit explained he would almost copy her movements as if storing them in his memory. “So like this right” he asked lightly taping Rit’s paws. “don’t feel silly like that everyone has something that cheers them up. Persephone, Seika and Esus always loved it when I went flying with them. Neither of the three had wings and so they always loved it up in the air. At times when he wanted to calm them down or cheer them up they would go on long flights. Hibari had no problems carrying the three of them either since they were very small. “I want to thank you for sharing something really special with us.’ Hibari reached forward and gave her a light hug before withdrawing back.
Persephone battled with the urge to nibble on her lip. She was extremely happy with Rit, and she hoped
Rit was happy as well but Rit had done a lot and given up a lot to come follow her. She used to always be around her friends Emi and Lilia but when Rit went into Kemet Lilia and Emi went off in their own direction. It would sadden Persephone if she was ever separated long times from Horus and Jaci, but luckily they had come to the same tribe as her. She hoped Rit would find new friends in Kemet, but even then she doubted it would ever be like the same bond Rit had with her servants.

Rit nodded when Hibari tapped her paws. She smiled shyly. “Yes, That is exactly how it is done.” She looked to her mate and wondered what her beloved would look like without wings. And who was Seika? “Well it’s good that you had an activity that you could enjoy together as a family.” Now she was really embarrassed. Hibari not only did not mock her silly little greeting that she had but he also hugged her. Not even her own father hugged her growing up. She was a noble born heir and always treated as such. It was why tussling with her brother and the little paw games meant so much to her. They were touches of play and comfort. Something she did not normally receive from those who cared for her. The outworlders were certainly very open with their feelings and touching. Looking down she had to take a moment to collect her thoughts. “It is not a problem.” The blush on her face was palpable. She moved over subconsciously over toward her mate. Persephone was her lover, her mentor to this strange world, and also her shield. Rit liked her new father in law but was not sure what to make of him at times. She did look up and smile at her father in law regardless. He was a kind fox. “I now know where Persephone gets her forward and honest manner. It is refreshing and nice to know that other members of the family have it as well.”

“That’s good, didn’t want to mess it up” Hibari nodded. “Oh speaking of assumptions again has Persephone told you about seika? Well just in case she hasn’t Seika is pretty much my adopted daughter. I found her out in a wind storm and she was just so gullible that it would be disastrous to leave her out in the world alone” of course it didn’t help that Hibari had made seika even more gullible with his whole ‘eat your vegetables and you’ll get wings’ well how was he supposed to know that some phims where born with out wings. Until his own children and seika had come along he had never seen such a phenomenon. “ah well I guess” it was apparently Hibari’s turn to blush at Rit’s words.
“Yeah it was about the only time Esus and I weren’t at war with each other” Persephone admitted. She smiled watching her dad and her mate. She knew Rit wasn’t comfortable with it but being in this family she would have to get used to it eventually. All of her family could be called cuddly. Seika would be even worse than Hibari. Persephone moved slightly in front of Rit letting herself be the shield it looked like her mate needed. “Actually apparently my attitude is more like my other father Afallon or at least I’ve been told. “ Persephone pointed out.

Ritilanishia chuckled a bit. “Tis a rather difficult game to botch and the simple greeting made from it even harder.” She shook her head about Seika and listened with rapt attention about the other phim who knew her mate so well. “Innocence is difficult to leave alone in the world undefended. My servant Emi was also very naïve and kind.” Rit stuck out only the tip of her tongue just remembering how the younger blue phim had clung to Rit and Lilia growing up. “She has a fox dear to her now so I know she will be happy. Perhaps she will even grow into her own now that she is not overly sheltered by myself and Lilia.” She smiled and nodded slowly wondering how her servants were doing. Did Persephone miss the other members of her family as much as Rit missed her servants at time? “Perhaps you and Esus should go for a flight once he arrives? If you so enjoyed a flight as kit perhaps an aerial tour of Kemet would make it easier to speak your minds?” Rit leaned on Persephone greatful that her mate was so receptive her needs. She knew that Hibari was kind and meant no harm, but he did not know how strange all this was to Rit. Persephone could be as physical as she wished, but it was a different situation. Persephone was Rit’s mate, and tovarish. Hibari was her mate’s sire. To be awed and respected not to be hugged and ‘glomped.’

Persephone smiled and shook her head. “It wasn’t the act of just flying that made it special, or else I doubt me and Esus would still have a feud. It was more being close with our dad. Up in the air it was just the three of us. It was the feeling of being on top of the world with the fox you looked up to the most and no one else was around to take his attention” Persephone tried explaining. A small smile covered her face and she looked back at her dad before shifting to be a bit more comfortable for Rit. Perhaps as a surprise she could try and find Emi and Lilia it would be good if Rit met up with them to pass stories again. Maybe she could take time off and get it as a present for the next gift giving occasion.
Hibari nodded and then smiled. “Well its always surprising to see what can actually be botched” he pointed out. “Yep and I sort of helped with the whole guilible thing too, she was just so happy and cute and wanted to fly so bad I had to come up with a silly way of what would keep her from having wings. Unfortunately she ended up with wings and started believing near anything everyone said.” Hibari sighed. “Well I wish your friend good luck, I’m sure her mate will help her, if the mate is a good one” Hibari nodded. “so don’t worry I’m sure she’ll do fine” Even though Hibari didn’t know these foxes he couldn’t help but still wish the best for them. They where friends with his daughter in law and thus he wished them good luck.

(I love Hibari and Persephone so much >.<)
Rit listened to her mate and felt happy that in spite of her arguments with her brother they did have something they both could enjoy. “Well then perhaps taking a flight with your sire would be preferred. Of course he cannot carry the two of you but just flying with him might be enjoyable to you both.” If it were the only time they all got along then taking a flight like in the past might bring up the good nostalgic memories that her mate so clearly had.
Trying very hard not to giggle Rit considered her father in law while wallowing in the comfort her mate provided for her. “I suppose you are right. Where there is an action, there is a way to make a hash of it.” Ah poor Hibari I am certain that this other phim he raised will be just fine. After all I know my mate turned out well, why would the others not turn out as well also?. “Thank you very much for your well wishes. Perhaps one day you will meet Lilia and Emi. I am sure they will take you as much as I have.” Rit nodded happily.
(She figured out that Hibari may not be the father in law she expected or completely understands, but she does like him and respects him.)

(they are fluffy lightning phims XD and a lot of my firsts… I love them as well *cuddles the both of them)
Hibari nodded and then turned towards Persephone as if still thinking about the whole mix up with Seika, unfortunately when he had met the small kit he was barely an adult himself, even though he was still pretty young when he had Persephone and her siblings at least he had a small amount of experience from Seika and what not to do. “Ah well I always like meeting new friends, it always makes traveling around a lot more enjoyable knowing there are friends that would be willing to visit with you when you settle down for the day or week” he replied with a nod
“no he probably couldn’t carry us” Persephone admitted laughing. “father could probably still carry me since phims can at least carry normals and I’m a female of the phim race so smaller and lighter but esus nope nope” she shook her head and then tried to clear the image of being carried all over out of her thoughts as well. For one Jaci and Horus would never let her live being carried down. “Well if Esus shows up and dad is still here we will see I guess” she nodded.

Very much bemused Rit considered offering to carry her mate away with her. Still the fact her father in law was sitting in attendance did make her stop and reconsider her very near to the surface offer. It would not do for Hibari to assume that Rit was taking advantage of his daughter in such a forward manner. Instead she stifled soft cough and simply stared the fur of her beloved before her and hoped that her blush and her current less than noble thoughts were at least partly veiled.

Hibari noticed a sort of silence had fallen over them and figured since he had suddenly shown up he should figure out something to do next. “You know I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen kemet, you two wouldn’t mind giving me a slight tour would you?” he asked. “Its okay if its too hot or you don’t want too” he spoke up in case it was a really bad idea and then some time during the whole thing he could 'accidentally.' get lost
“Thinking interesting thoughts are we” Persephone teased in a low tone, before looking back towards her father. “Alright, I can show you around. I’m apparently become something of the local tour guide. At least from the sky, and Rit was wondering what I meant by Horus changing. There is a picture of his father in elder form in one of the temples. Its not exactly in color any more but I think it’ll give everyone a basic idea.”

Rit looked her mate mortified. “Please stop doing that. I like my thoughts in my own mind.” She then nodded to Hibari. “It is as she says. We would be happy to go. I for one have never seen this worn image of an elder form and would gladly travel if it meant understanding the explanation given to me by my mate before. Tell me Hibari. Have you ever seen an ‘elder’?”.

Persephone just let out a sly smile. “Haha, I’ll try, but it is my job to watch foxes and keep tabs on stuff. I get really good at reading people. I guess though the best one I am good at reading at is you because I ended up watching you alo… that sounds stalkerish ignore it” Persephone stated shaking her paw. “Well then best thing would be to fly there then” she stated getting back on the tour subject; it was only her fourth tour after all.
“Alright then, I’ll look forward to the tour then” He smiled. “The temple does sound like an interesting place to check out first. I always did find humans made very interesting things, especially humans from past cultures. Ah yes I have in fact seen an elder so I am a little familiar with them. As for the process that creates them, there I admit I am a little shaky on but then I think everyone is a little shaky except from elders themselves.

Staring at her mate Rit wondered what she had been going to say. How long and when had her mate watched her and Rit hadn’t noticed? If she had would have been sure to give Persephone a quick kiss. Why hadn’t Persephone come forth and kissed her if she was watching Rit?
Shrugging she nodded and followed along. “I have never seen an elder of the form Persephone described so I look forward to seeing the change in our tribe leader.”

“Hmmm well I know all the types of foxes can be elders. Perma’s can be elders, Daevas and phims can be elders. Only permas and Normal type foxes tend to change though. I do admit I haven’t see a perma elder. I have heard of them though.” Hibari mused. Male elders look a bit like a wingless Modeity but it is best to see it for your self.” He agreed.
Persephone just smiled and began leading the way, Seriously telling some one you often watched them sounded stalkerish. Sure it was because Persephone liked looking at Rit and had often wanted to come over and give her a kiss but Rit was always busy at the time and Persephone never really did like enterrupting foxes when they where doing things. So she was just content in being happy with watching… in a non creep way.

Rit looked at Hibari shocked. “I have never seen a modeity either. There are old pictures of them in the temples, though they have faded and dulled. Come to think on it many of the House heads are phims or deavas. There are number of normal House heads from time to time, though none of them have ever changed form to my knowledge.” Rit moved forward and swatted Persephone’s tail. The next time she saw Persphone watching her Rit would make sure that she would head over and give her mate a quick kiss.
