Soma Mahanon Same with me. Luc and Sarah were wandering (albeit temporary) spirits in Leknaat home. Even Leknaat acknowledge that that was Luc. I don't see how you could interpret it any other way. What about that picture at the end end though. The one with Luc and the child. This is probably the dumbest thing I can say but, that spirit at the end might have been The True Wind Rune. sweatdrop

well, leknaat did acknowlage that the spirit was luc right. and if it was the wind rune then what was the other one? the picture could have been when leknaat first found luc and brought him to her tower. she did "steal" him from harmonia when he was young

well if you recount what sarah said to luc, about how he was always nice to her and looked after her...in harmonia...the child might have been sarah

Luc wasn't young in that picture though. He looked like he did in the game and the girl was about 9 or 10 and the picture wasn't in Harmonia, it was outside Leeknat's tower.
Ha, Shiro is awesome, I used him throughout the entire game. He does great physical damage and give him the Double Beat rune and he will attack twice each turn.

yeah, luc had the wind rune on him sense birth basically and for some reason it stops aging after a certin time, so luc always looks the same basically and sarah does have a true one so she aged
shiro is the bomb! and kinnison too, used them both through whole thing, true kinnisons not that great of an attacker but hes just dead sexy

Leknaat also looked the same as she does in the game. But she has the Gate Rune. I still think that kid is his daughter becuase when Chris's dad asked Luc if he had any kids. Maybe that got Luc thinking. I don't know. I just don't know if Luc is dead or not becuase the game doesn't really give a strait forward answer. If he is dead though then that would suck becuase Luc was in the other Suikodens and he is one of the charecters that I will always think of as being a true Suikoden charecter just like Victor and Flik. Why did they have to be taken out! They were awesome although I never really used Flik at all. I also used Shiro and Kinnison for the entire game. Kinnison did do little damage but it took alot to kill him compared to the other archers. He like never died on me. My S2 team was: Hero Nanami Shiro Kinnison Victor Clive, Tuta, Persmerga, Luc, Muka Muka.(I always change the last spot to a different person whenever I play the game.)

I think that it is a age stopping process and not a slow aging process. You'll notice that the user who weilded the rune at a young age through get older, thus proving they age, but you should also notice that that process seems to halt after a certain age and no process of aging continues. It is theorize (and a highly believed immortality/ageless theory) that the affects of going ageless happens after the user hits a certain age. In this case, it was theorized that it begins at the age when the TRUE RUNE feels the vessel is capable. In truth, they could start it when they are a baby, but since true runes have will and desires of their own, they'd like their host to be at a certain age in which they could handle certain task. wow, i got a good discussion going from my topic *happyhappy* but i do believe the child in the pic was sarah, looks too much like her not to be, and besiceds, did luc "look" 30some years old to you? come on.......sarah was much younger than him, and yes, luc looked out for her in harmonia, but also took her away from there at a younge age too.......*ponders* at least i think so if i remeber correctly......meh
