Atnas placed his hand on Jessica's cheek and nodded. "I'll keep trying, for both our sakes. I won't let you down." Atnas said, he wanted to live...he certainly wanted to spend his life with Jessica, but if he had to...he would throw his all in to battle to protect her. "We should get moving soon." He said, pretending to forget about his injury, it was a liability...if they moved somewhere else now then they'd have trouble.

 ** Jessica Mistle **Jessica closed her eyes when Atnas but his hand on her face. She put her hand on top of his as she opened her eyes again."We'll get moving after you rest some. I need you to be rested up in case we get in a fight again. I think we're safe for a little bit. Noone would be coming out in this storm Atnas. It's too dangerous for them." She then took his hand off her chek and she kissed his knuckles softly. It was her way of expressing her love in a simple way. "Now get some rest."

Atnas looked up at the sky above, after the coming storm passed they would be chased again...he couldn't bear the thought. He closed his eyes and slowly began to relax himself, he didn't want to slow down his own healing process by going crazy over something. "I can rest...but I'm a little too energized from that last battle." Atnas said with a chuckle, fighting the assassin had been enough to stir his entire system, his adrenaline was still pumping.

** Jessica Mistle ** Jessica leaned over and kissed his forehead softly."I'll stay up and keep watch so you can rest alright?" She stood up and had an arrow already in the bow string. She looked down at him knowing he was going to tell her know. "I'll be fine Cookie. I promise. I can handle myself." She started to walk off to survey the area.

Atnas was reluctant to let her go, but he wouldn't stop her. "Be careful..." Atnas said, still worried for her instead of himself...as he'd always been. He knew from the way she'd handled herself in battle she was capable of protecting herself, but he didn't want her to even get a scratch, he made it his goal to protect her from harm, and he'd do so, no matter what.

 ** Jessica Mistle **Jessica came back to the camp after she did a couple of rounds making sure not a single soul was around. She also finished freezing the area. She looked down at Atnas who was out cold. She smiled and gently brushed some of his hair from his face. She looked up at the trees. She wondered if they were ever going to leave this place alive. She sat down next to him and stared ahead thinking about what he said.

Just a few hundred years away Jessica can faintly hear the sound of the ocean hitting the shore. Suddenly that sound is also accompanied with the faint thump of a ship landing.

Darion looked at Jack and sighed."If what you say is true, If this think is a ghostly figure that turns people into flesh eating freaks, do me a favor, If it gets me just kill me..." Darion said as he looked at the entrance. "You better be ready for this, When the time comes it a fight for our life...Any regrets turn back before it's too late." Darion said as he waited for Jack's response.

If they die. it just meant there time was up....but Jack would be damned if he let them die via getting possessed by spirits and the such. Still, he was jumping to conclusions, no one was dead yet.

Darion grabbed Jack's arm."You know, Maybe we should take the time to think...We don't know where it is..." Darion said as he held on to Jack's hand. "I need you to lead me through this place, I'm gonna use my Chi sight to see if any...'failures' try to sneak up on us okay?I'm not letting go of your hand..." Darion said as he closed his eyes and activated his Chi Sight. He could see the chi of Jack and a couple of other things like snakes and birds. He pushed Jack to lead the way with his one free hand.

Nodding in agreement, Jack allowed Darion to grab ahold of his arm. Having someone with chi sense was definitely useful, even more so since he was using his own eyes to lead him through the forest. Luckily Jack was smart as he brought a blank piece of paper with a pen, taking it out, he began tracking his progress through the forst. He really didn't want to get them lost. So slowly but surely, step by step, Jack slowly crawled through the forsest with Darion in tow, using Darion's chi sense and Jack's regular eyes to somehow spot where they needed to be going. He was also careful not to make alot of noise here either, he heard alot of tales of there being monsters here...and he was not about to end up in a T Rex's stomach.

"Alright", Jack said. As he led him through the forest, Jack noticed the trees getting thicker as they went deeper into the forest. The local flora seemed to be all around them, encompassing them. If it wasnt for the map Jack was making they would get seriously lost in there. The entire forest seemed like it was out to get them. After a few hours of just hopelessly walking forwards, Jack noticed a small clearing where they could rest. "Hey, there's a clearing right here. We should rest up before we press on",
