"Yea... Thanks... I guess I'll jump to it..."
The Prince grabs the headband then wraps it around his arm. He then grabs his bag and heads out the door. As he walks out the door, he notices the other shinobi and casually bumps into him. The bump sends a small electrical charge through the other shinobi.
"Sorry... Need to watch where I'm walking..."
He walks down the hall before lighting the blunt and heads towards the training ground.

Ichiro Mikami  Ichi saw the other shinobi head out from the Mizukage’s office. Noticing that the shinobi just received his head band, it confirmed Ichi’s suspicion that the guy was indeed another rookie. Ichi laughed deep inside himself and thought that "that guy is old enough to be my grandfather, *exaggerating* and he just passed the academy? Fufufu…. What a failure." Just as Ichi was about to go inside the Mizukage’s office, the guy caught Ichi off guard, he gave a light bump on Ichi and sent a little electric shock just enough to make the little boy’s hair stand up. Fuuuuu!!!!! Ichi shouted. Ichi was surprised rendering him unable to move or speak for a short time. Though he heard him apologized, Ichi somehow felt that it was intentional. Ichi gave the man an angry childish stare while sticking out his tongue as the man walked away. Ugly weird b*****d!.... I’ll get you back somehow. he thought to himself as he was so mad that he didnt even heard what the Mizukage told him.

Kirin said; smiling down at Qastor as a boy came into the room, followed by another moments after. Listening to them exchange comments in between and such before looking to Qastor and rolling his eyes at the Genin. "Kids... Was I that bad?"

"Mikami-kun! Your first mission will be to organize this office, then clean up the apartments, then help Totoma in his restaurant. Three D Ranked missions! Can you handle it? Then get started, my boy!" Qastor returned a chuckle to Kirin,"Im glad you are well prepared then?"

"Hmm? Prepared for what Qastor-kun?" He asked nonchalantly, looking at the boy still and perplexed at his awkwardness. He ran his fingers through his soft, dark brown hair and sighed slightly.

Ichiro Mikami Ichi continued to stare off to space when heard the voice of the Mizukage calling him. Ahh Mizukage-sama!! Missions!! Yay! *Wide Grin* Let me at em! *Clenches fist* Who would I need to beat up!? Do you want me to beat up that guy? *(referring to Prince)* but I guess that would be too easy wouldn’t it? I could do a rank A mission but I’ll prefer to do a Rank S. just say the word Mizukage-sama Ichi confidently and arrogantly said but when he heard the mission description that the Mizukage was giving him Ichi’s expression suddenly changed. You’re kidding right? Tell me you’re kidding! That’s not even a real mission for a shinobi! Why don’t you call a maid to clean your room and the apartments and a cook to help at the restaurant? Ichi complained putting his hands on the back of his head and looked away at the Mizukage.

"Not true a good shinobi is useful to his village in more ways than combat and skill, a good shinobi learns about his fellow villagers and surroundings by helping them along. Besides you could learn something from all the documents in this office if you try hard. Cleaning up takes focus and determination to get every last bit. Helping at Totomas could teach you useful skills as a shinobi, you think you wont need to know how to cook on long missions out in foreign territory?" Qastor smiled,"You act like I didnt do the same thing at your age. Kirin is this not true what I say?"

Ichiro Mikami As Ichi looked away at the Mizukage he noticed another strange looking shinobi at the side, but compare to the other guy Ichi didn’t had a strange feeling about him. Ichi gave a wide smile towards Kirin and Greeted him “Hey Mr. nice key chain you got there, can I have it? (points at Kirin’s sword)”

Back in the office of the Mizukage, the Prince fiddles with the blunt before taking one hit and smother it. 'I'm so bored of training... Maybe I can get in a fight or maybe an actual challenge... but that is so tiring...'
Walking up to the door, the Prince spots that other shinobi getting his mission.
'I don't want some stupid mission like... uh... cleaning or something... That is not what royalty does and I am above that...'
The Prince begins to daydream while he waits...

Ichiro Mikami Ichi looked back to the Mizukage with a “not interested” look on his face. He looked around the room seeing that it was a complete mess, rumpled paper and dust was all over the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling. Why would I be interested with your dirty paper works anyway… and I could just always bring my favorite chips with me before heading out on a mission. Cmon Mizukage-sama… stop fooling around. the boy replied unconvinced with the Mizukage’s reasoning.

"Although I was referring more to the multitude of scrolls with forbidden techniques on them laying around that I cant seem to find... How about this, if you dont want to do it for the actual rewards you will get out of it, Ill give you a B Rank mission when you return. It will be with two Chuunin traveling to the Grass Village to investigate rogue shinobi that may have come from the Grass Village. If you cant do these missions though, I can only assume you are not mature enough to leave the village for a real mission. I may as well give it to that boy behind you there if thats the kind of attitude coming from the 'young' talent these days." Qastor gave a matter of factly I could care less what you do you only hurt yourself kind of gesture to Ichi as he sighed. "What about you Prince, would you like to go on such a mission?"

Hearing his name, he casually walks into the room and looks around at the room.
'I don't know what that kid is complainin' for. He doesn't have the talent for anything else but cleaning... hehe...'
"If there are truly scrolls around here, then I am interested in what is here. But I am also slightly interested in that Chuunin mission too... Cough..."

Ichiro Mikami Hearing the additional info that the Mizukage gave, Ichi suddenly changed his mind and set his goals on finding the said scrolls and participating on a rank B Mission. If that’s how it is then fine, I’ll do what you want Mizukage-sama. Ichi agreed to the terms of the Mizukage. Hands of old geezer! This mission is mine why don’t you just go back to your house and sleep? Ichi said as he glanced at Prince with a fiery eye. I’ll start cleaning this room alright… and I’ll start with the biggest trash he thought while looking at Prince. Alright Mizukage-sama… consider these petty missions done. Ichi said
