Lucida didn't jump, she didn't even look Nikolai's way. "What are you doing here?" she asked softly, the guards behind her a little uneasy at seeing their kingdom's enemy's own prince.
"I heard you were still upset, darling, so I came to cheer you up." Nikolai grinned and walked up to her. He held her chin and made her look into his eyes. "It'll take all night, but I'm sure it'll leave a smile on your face, deary." he purred.

Rikki then hissed at Nikolai and he bit the hand that held Lucida's chin. He sunk his teeth in deeply before letting go and then hiding behind the queen's head. He now officially knew that he didn't like Nikolai one bit. And he especially didn't like the way he talked to Lucida. But that was only because he knew Wanderer's secret.

King Lupin walked down the hallway with long strides. "Where is that silly maid?" he thought for he thought about it in the shower and if you didn't pounce on these small ribbons of potential information when you had them before your grasp, you would merely become an ignorant like everyone else. Ignorance was for weaklings. "Coral, come now." he called out. No that wasn't her name...
Yatz grinned to herself as she pulled the trigger to her own home-made potato cannon. "Watch out below!" she shouted from the roof as the potato crashed into a statue. One of the gardeners began waving his shovel in the air but she couldn't help but chuckle at his expression.
Boris tilted his head in confusion. "So does that mean we can go back home now, Carlos?" he asked confused. The words only spoke about the Aral kingdom which they wasn't too far so did he mean that they could head back to the castle where it was "safe and sound." It wasn't as if these weapons... Boris squawked in realization. "B-But there are thieves and assassins and... it's too dangerous!"

Cecile sighed as she heard Lupin calling. She heard him say Coral and she couldn't help but chuckle at how he could always forget her name. Usually she'd be emotionless or she'd be pissed. But she assumed he was looking for her now to discuss her interesting little deal. She was wandering in the halls, dusting off the priceless gems of this dark castle. She decided to toy with him for a while and pretend she didn't hear him unless he said her name right.

Nelanora fluttered her wings quickly as she slowly lowered herself down onto the ground just out side of the gardens. She wrapped her wings tight to her body, picked up the hem of her dress, and walked into the garden. Just as she was about to sit down on one of the benches, something came crashing down and hit one of the statues. The gardener shook his shovel at the air and Nelanora looked up. "Yatz? Is that you?" She squinted her eyes.

"Everything about war is dangerous, B-uh-Barby." Ace said, almost forgetting his nickname. He flipped to another page and showed it to Boris, this time the Fentrol Kingdom was mentioned quite a few times. "Anyhoo, the book says that soon after the weapons were gone, Fentrol got huge! Know what that means??? It means that one of the weapons has to be there!" he said excitedly. There was a determined spark in his eyes that meant he was going there no matter what.
Lucida looked at Nikolai with both disgust and rage, knowing full well what he was referring to. "I love only my king." she said softly and pulled herself free from his grip.
Nikolai slowly pulled his hand back and watched it bleed then smiled at the ferret. "Deary, you are free to join us, if you wish." he purred then smirked at Lucida. "Then marry me. I will rule Litari as king, both of our kingdoms can join together against Entrada... Honestly, deary, it's a very wise decision." he grinned.

Rikki shook his head at Nikolai, not liking his plan at all. He scurried down and bit the hem of Lucida's dress to pull her in the direction he was going. He wanted to get Lucida away from Nikolai as soon as possible. He knew Wanderer wouldn't hesitate to punch the idiot in the face if she were here but she wasn't. So it was up to Rikki to keep Lucida away from trouble.

Nelanora sighed and padded back into the castle. The golden tiled floors reflected her image as she walked on them. Suddenly, her mind wandered to her husband. He was so elusive these days. Trying so hard to protect Caroline, even going so far as to make sure war was not talked about to her. Yes, war repulsed Nelanora, but she figured as long as it was going on, Caroline had the right to know. As she walked, her vision began to blur, and then everything went dark.

King Lupin stopped in the hallway with a raised eyebrow. "De-ja-vu," he sighed as a body crashed to the window with a sword aimed at his neck. He ducked and fired at the head. Walking over the body, he soon turned the corner. "Candy!" King Lupin ordered a bit irritated; that didn't sound right either.
Yatz's eyes glowed as a large vulture appeared before her, hiding her from view. "Don't fly up. Don't fly up," she repeated to herself as she peaked from behind the illusion. She took a breath of relief as her mother appeared to head back to the castle walls. "That was too close," she thought as the vulture disappeared. However, the same gardener was soon seen running to where the queen had disappeared. "What's going on?" muttered Yatz to herself as she climbed unto a branch nearby and climbed down. Why were there so many servants crowding around?
Boris didn't like that "spark" in the prince's eye as he changed from his raven form and back into his cat form. He jumped off the window sill and unto the ground; those pigeons were staring at him too suspiciously. "Absolutely n-not! The k- your dad m-might be furious!

Cecile kept chuckling as she heard him say Candy. She stood with her hands on her hips as he turned the corner. Her expression emotionless and calm as she looked at him. "That's still not my name. And you're going to need to remember my name for this little deal I have in mind. That is what you're here for, correct?" she asked as she set down the feather duster and crossed her arms, waiting for him to get her name right.

"Why else would I want to see your lovely face?" asked King Lupin with a raised eyebrow. "Calida, enough of these games. I do not take orders from those beneath me," he sneered with distaste. However, if her information proved to be worthless then his morning would have been wasted and he would be very displeased.

Cecile rolled her eyes at him. "Well now, it all depends on how you classify those who are beneath you. I base it off of power. And when it comes to power, you are beneath me." she said as she chuckled lightly. "Now I shall tell you my name one more time and you must remember it. It's Cecile. But let's discuss my proposal." she said as she walked up to him. "You see, I want control and I also want the weapons as much as you do. And there really is only one way for us to share the power and the weapons which will soon lead to us controlling every kingdom. Here's the catch though. In order for this to work, I have to be your queen. I mean, if we both own Entrada, then we can both share this power. Of course, once we have control over the world, I'll no longer need you and I'll go off to do as I please. Then the control will all be in your hands. In the end you will be the one victorious and you will be the envy of every man, the love of every woman, and the idol of every child. People will love and hate you. Fear yet respect you. And you would have them eating out of the palm of your hand. Plus you could probably kill anyone and no one would be able to stand against you." she explained as her eyes sparkled at the thought of her vision of the perfect world. "I don't want you to make a hasty decision. I want you to really think this through. I already know you can't fulfill this destiny without my help. The choice is yours whether we go through with it or not." she said as she became her usual empty shell and started to walk away, looking at him from the corner of her eyes.

Visions and scenes, swirls of different color's and sounds, flashed in front of Nelanora's eyes. She knew she was lying on the floor, but didn't know where. Her back arched and a grimace spread across her face as more violent scenes crossed her eyes. And within seconds, it was over. Nelanora opened her eyes, looking up at the circle of servants and palace guards around her. She stayed down on the ground, panting, too shocked and tired to move.

"Don't worry! With the teleportation spells I've been learning, we'll be back before dinner!" Ace smiled. Before Boris could answer, Ace muttered a spell that transported him, Boris, and even the girl they were talking to a while ago to a new area. Ace opened his eyes and looked around at the barren wasteland they were in. "Crap." he frowned. "I think....I put in the wrong directions..." he gulped. They weren't in the Fentrol Kingdom like he meant them to be, they were in Entrada.
Lucida followed Rikki and looked over her shoulder to the prince. "I may not like Entrada - in fact, I hate it and its king with every fiber of my being - but my kingdom is allied with it. Against yours. I will never marry you." she said and walked away.
Nikolai only grinned at her response. "Oh, it's that authority of yours that makes me want you, deary." he purred and turned around. "But if you insist, we will not marry. And just to spice things up a bit, I shall follow what you have said and become your enemy, darling." he said and walked away. "Though I must say, when you lose this troublesome war, know that it all could have been avoided." he chuckled and disappeared into the shadows of the trees.
Deaven arrived at a port city and waited in a small house near the dock. Litari was quite far from Aral, so it might take Lucida's friend a while to get here, he thought and checked his watch impatiently. But if she needs to hurry if she's leaving Lucida alone.
