Mitsu was carefully placing each item where it had been, making sure nothing was out of place. "I'm sure I can think of something, Blade. That way you won't have to go through the same..." Mitsu had trailed off as she glanced back catching the bright flames that had started to appear in Blade's hand. Why was his pointing his hand toward her? What was he doing?
"B..Blade? What are you doing? I...can see just fine so I don't need the light."

The expression on Blade's face was fairly neutral as he held his hand out still. Something was whispering, saying now nice Mitsu would look should she be lit ablaze right about now. How lovely it would be to hear her cries of pain. Thankfully, the sound of her voice calling to him managed to snap him out of this.
When he realized what was going through his mind, his expression shifted to confusion before something like concern as he quickly got rid of the flames.
"I..." he started while placing his hand on his head, looking down. What were those thoughts just now? Why did... he feel that way?
"S-something's not right..." he uttered to himself, now considerably disturbed with himself.

"What do you mean? Are you feeling sick?" Mitsu placed the remaining few items on the counter for the time being and moved back over toward Blade. The fact that he had been thinking about attacking her didn't register. She was trusting enough that she didn't come up with that as a problem.
"Do you need me to get you something?" She asked reaching out to place a hand on his shoulder.

Sick? Well in a sense he supposed he did. The pressure in his head wasn't going away and he was still very disturbed with the thoughts that had come about. It seemed to be building up as she walked over towards him as well. The whispers returned.
Staring into Mitsu's eyes, Blade tensed for the moment as she placed a hand on his shoulder. Once he relaxed, his hand went up towards her throat. He now wanted to feel her squirm and struggle for air. To feel her go limp in his hands.
As he touched her throat, he blinked and turned away, retracting his arm quickly. What the hell was wrong with him?
Grabbing his head, he could feel the whispers growing a little louder, urging him to strike.
"G-get back.." he hissed to her. The thief didn't know what was going on, but he wasn't sure if he could keep restraining himself with the sensation growing stronger with each moment.

Mitsu looked curiously at the hand coming up toward her, a concerned look on her face as she turned that gaze back toward Blade as he retracted back. But the sudden hiss of words made her jump. "W..what? Why?"
She didn't move far, just stepped back a little as she continued to try and look Blade in the face. "Blade, tell me what's wrong. I might be able to help."
There was no way to tell for sure if she would be of any use, but it was possible if Suto had developed the thing he had given Blade by using her. She might know of the symptoms and know what to do.

Closing his eyes, Blade turned away from Mitsu a little more, hoping that if he didn't see her the feelings would quell. It didn't really help all that much. He knew she was still there. And that alone fed into the urges.
"... I want to kill you.." he managed to say, sounding a little strange as he did so. He was visibly tense at this point, as he was struggling with himself from lashing out at the girl. The thoughts of how wonderful it would feel to take her life were rather persistent, and they were slowly drowning out the thoughts of how wrong it'd be and how he really didn't want to do that.
To tear her limb from limb... to watch her bleed out her lifeblood.

"Y..you want to ...kill me?" Mitsu's eyes grew in size for a moment. She had had those feelings before...and been swallowed by them to the point she couldn't see reason or really knew what she was doing. And she was locked in here with no way out. "J...just stay calm." She tried to instruct, her mind racing to think of something...anything.
If only she had her medicine with her. Maybe a dose of the stuff she took would help, but it didn't do her much good to think about that. It was hidden away in her room and she was no where close.
Shuffling a bit Mitsu took a few more slow steps back. "Try to keep collected. Think about something or someone you like." Maybe that would help? It helped her sometimes when the stress and overwhelming feeling started to build.

Blade kept his eyes shut tight and he continued to hold his head as he tried to stop the thoughts. There were times before where he wanted to punch someone in the face and the like, but this was far beyond that. For one thing, Mitsu hadn't done anything to warrant these sorts of feelings. He did what he could to keep his cool, but the urges were still growing and it was becoming harder and harder to do just that.
Actually... he didn't feel angry at all. He was still fairly calm aside from being highly disturbed from the urges. Perhaps that was a part of the reason why he was so bothered.
He tried to think of the good things to try and overpower the violent and dark thoughts. The fun times spent with Riyo... the few memories he had of his family.. the thrills of stealing and anything else he could think of. The sensation retorted with the thought of how people didn't want him around in the first place. It had taken... how long for him to get anyone to really reach out to him again? He had better kill them off before they decide otherwise. The thief would relish in the moment of their last breath... just as the murder who took his parents likely did.
Opening his eyes, he released his head and turned towards Mitsu again. He appeared calm, and was even grinning. At the same time, something did not seem right.
He got up and off the table he had been on and took a few steps towards her.
"Don't worry. This will only hurt for a few minutes," he said, sounding eerily calm and almost normal as he continued to approach her.

For a moment Mitsu thought Blade had come back around. He seemed rather calm as he pulled his hands away from his head, but there was something....off about that grin.
When he slid off the table and onto the floor Mitsu took another step back her back bumping into the counter that was behind her. Realizing she couldn't go back any further she started to shift to the side moving slowly hoping to not spur a sudden attack.
"B..Blade, just stay calm. You don't want to do this." Her voice was a little shaky as she spoke. "We're friends remember?" Slowly Mitsu was inching around toward the door. She had a faint hope that maybe it wasn't locked. That the clicking noise she had heard was something else.
Already Mitsu could feel her heart pumping so hard against her chest it was a wonder it hadn't broken free and ran off. As she moved into a darker part of the room her eyes lit up like bright red tail lights, a stark contrast against the shadows. "You were going to stay in my house this summer remember?" She was hoping anything she said would at least distract him for a moment of time. Long enough for her to find a way out.

While she stepped back into the counter, Blade just continued to walk towards her rather casually. He didn't want to do this? That wasn't quite true as far as the way he felt.
"All the more reason to end you," he said in a matter of fact tone, "It means you wouldn't die alone."
Twisted logic, but it was there. His left hand burst in flames once more and he brought it up. After giving it a glance, he looked back at Mitsu, seeming to have the intention to burn her alive. The flames gave his own dark red eyes a strange glow... or perhaps something else was causing that effect. It was hard to say for sure.
Just as he was about to launch the flames right into her face, his eyes widened and he doubled back as a spike of pain suddenly rippled through his body. Wincing, he looked up again... finding that the room was suddenly pitch black. Looking around, he tried to find any source of light, but there were none. He quickly realized he hadn't extinguished his flames either...
From the outside, his eyes would look dull and unfocused as his vision was cut off. There was one other thing he soon realized... he couldn't hear anything either. The faint hum of the computer before was gone, as well as the sound of Mitsu's breathing. He couldn't even hear the rustle of his own clothing or his steps as he moved.
"Wh-what..?" he stammered out, though he couldn't hear himself.

Mitsu effectively looked like a deer in headlights as Blade's hand burst into flames again. She cowered back against the wall her tail coming up between her legs staring at the flames wondering what it was going to be like to be burned. Just when she thought he was about to launch the flaming ball in his hand, Blade's eyes suddenly went dull, his voice almost questioning.
"Blade?" Though she didn't realize he couldn't hear her at this point. "B-Blade what's wrong?" Though she tried not to stand still despite how badly her legs wanted to freeze up. Step by step she kept moving along the wall until she was by the door her hand going for the handle to try and open it.....It was locked. Of course, it would be.
She was afraid to approach and touch him fearing it would make him lash out at her. That's what she would have done wasn't it? He was confused but she didn't want him to hurt himself either but what could she do?
Suddenly the door gave a click and was pushed open, stopping when it hit Mitsu's back. The voice from the door didn't seem very surprised as a hand reached in to take hold of Mitsu's arm and pull her back around. "He's entering the first stages of the side effects I warned him around." Suto explained peeking in to have a quick look.

Not hearing Mitsu at all, Blade turned about in his confusion, trying to find some sort of sign or anything to bring his senses back. He recalled what he was told earlier... was this just the beginning of that? A look of concern hit his features. The whispering had died down, but he no longer had much of a clue of where he was or if anyone was around him any more.
Stepping back, he jerked suddenly when he bumped into something hard. It was the table he had been strapped to earlier. Shaking his head, he closed his eyes and tried to concentrate on hearing something. Maybe this was just some weird hallucination after all... Though it didn't seem to be all too likely when he failed to pick up on any noises. Everything was still pitch black when he opened his eyes again as well.
"Dammit..." he cursed under his breath. This was rather disconcerting but.. there had to be a way to get past this. However, it seemed the parasite wasn't through by any means as he could feel his body growing heavier. The air was growing cooler as well, but he couldn't tell what the cause of that was. For all he knew, it could have just been the Wolf returning to the area. Either way, he was starting to get rather worried about what was going on with him.
"Mitsu..? Are you still here..?" he called out. After what he had just pulled he wouldn't be surprised if she didn't want to get close to him again, though. That was another thing that had him worried but with his body acting up, that thought took a little more of a backseat for the time being.

Mitsu watched from the doorway as Blade seemed to be lost where he was standing. It was like..."He can't see..." It was one of the symptoms he had mentioned but she had no idea it would set into effect so quickly.
"Yes, he probably can't hear you now either," Suto said finally letting go of Mitsu's arm. "I'm sure a day or two like that and he'll behave himself."
Mitsu frowned deeply. She hated silence and the darkness more than anything. It was frightening to be lost in nothing but a black void with no where to go but further into a place where nothing existed. No sound, no light, nothing at all.
She knew what it was like...it was lonely...so when Blade called out to her Mitsu actually took a cautious step toward him. He couldn't help what was happening, but she hoped he wouldn't attack as her hand slowly reaching out to touch his arm. "Blade...I'm here." She had heard Suto say he probably couldn't hear but that wasn't going to stop her from speaking.

Blade kept one hand on the table to give him some sense of being somewhere. It wasn't much, but he felt a little less lost than standing out in the middle of room without anything to really ground where he was. He kept looking around, waiting and hoping that his senses would return to him but from the way things were, it didn't seem like that would be happening any time soon.
Feeling someone touch his arm, he tensed up, not sure who it was. Their touch was soft, but he was still half expecting to be struck down. When that didn't happen, he raised a hand to reach for the person's face. Judging the height... it was Mitsu.
"Mitsu..?"
He was surprised she hadn't run off.
"I.. I'm sorry.." he uttered, though he had no way of telling if she would accept his apology at this point.

Mitsu flinched a little as Blade brought up his hand, not sure at first if he was going to strike. Closing her eyes she waited but his hand lightly brushed across her face. When he questioned her name she gave a nod while his hand was there so that he would know it was her. As far as the apology she nodded to that as well. "It...It's okay." She said needlessly since he obviously couldn't hear her.
"Leave him for now," Suto instructed. "He'll be laid out on the floor soon."
"I..I can't leave him like this. Please don't do this to him," Mitsu spoke softly as she reached up to take hold of the hand by her face. "I promise he can keep a secret. I...if not...then I'll take the blame."
"You are rather rash and fool hardy when it comes to your friends. This time though it will not work. I have some investment in him already and he's had this coming for a while. Now leave him and come this way." Suto instructed with a much sterner tone.
Mitsu flinched a little but did not move away. "B..but.." She had no time to finish. Suto wasn't going to give her the opportunity. Stepping into the room he reached out and took hold of the wolf girl's arm pulling her away from the thief with force. Mitsu at first had tried to hang on, her nails clutching at Blade's jacket as she was pulled back. Eventually she let go not wanting to drag Blade with her as Suto pulled her around toward the wall and pushed her face first into it.
"You are also rather defiant which is becoming tiresome." Those golden eyes seemed to shimmer with anger as Suto held Mitsu in place. "When I say to leave him I don't mean keep him company for a little while longer. I mean for you to step away immediately." Suto explained with a hiss.
