Chione giggled when Tenebre greeted her, tail wagging quickly. "I don't live in their tribe, but I wanted them to come down and see you."
Himeko scanned Tenebre, looking over at Hollow and blinking. Well, what an odd sight. Himeko always knew her daughter was gay, but seeing proof of it was still something new. She smiled, moving forward to touch noses with the female her daughter liked. You could tell who Chione took after. She turned to look at Hollow, who was pointedly not making eye contact with Chione, and grinned.
"I'm sorry your father couldn't come, but Hollow threw a fit."
"To hell is that mongrel coming! You know, he isn't to happy with Chi for leaving the tribe, and I am not having him come here and try to make her come back."
Hollow huffed. Kaname had always been on her bad side ever since he kidnapped (literally) Himeko from her. Hmpf. Now, everyone wanted Chione back, but Hollow knew that the vixen would never come home if her mate didn't want her to. Speaking of, Himeko was being way to friendly. This new girl needed a test! Hollow wouldn't meet Chione's eyes, knowing she'd melt if she saw them, and focused on Tenebre.
"Speaking of, if Chione wanted to return to Kemet, would you come?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. Himeko tittered beside her, silenced when Hollow gave her a glance that clearly said 'someone has to test her'.

"Oh thats right. Your not in a tribe." She smiled at her then looked up at her mom and Aunt. "It must have been a long journey but I'm really glad you were able to come." She looked at her mother with a funny look when she mentioned about Shi's dad not coming and her aunt throwing a fit. She looked back at Chi. "Your dads not happy that you left? How come?" She knew it wasn't her place to ask and she was regretting that she had asked but she was worried about how Chi felt with her dad. She then glanced up at her Aunt. "Oh... well... of course I would..." Was her answer to her question. "It seems kinda silly to leave the one you love cause they are in a tribe. I've never really been apart of a tribe but I would be willing to go if Chi wanted to go back... being in a tribe might be interesting." She smiled.

"Me? I love my daddy!" She cooed, tail wagging a mile a minute. "He just wasn't fond of me leaving." She admitted, shrugging. "Apries and I left the tribe, I doubt he was to happy." She shrugged again, wagging her tail. Her Aunt was being difficult, then again she always was.
"Is that so?" Hollow murmured, looking at the vixen with a raised eyebrow. "What if she had a crack breeding? You know, accidental breeding with someone she doesn't even know?" Ah, now if Chione did this both women would be unhappy, but she wanted to see what Tenebre would say.
"Now now, we all know she'd never do that." Himeko assured Tenebre, patting Hollow. "Calm down." She added, trying to mellow her more dominant sister down, if just a little.

Tene just about wanted to kick herself in the head. She didn't mean anything bad by what she had said. She was of course sure that Chi loved her father. She had hoped that Chi didn't take it too hard. She nodded when Chi explained that her father just wasn't too fond of her leaving.
"Oh... I can kinda see that I guess... he was probably worried about you... not being in the same tribe he is your not close if you need him..." She frowned. "Um... yes?" She blinked at Hollow. "C... Crack breading...?" She looked at the female confused. She didn't know what to do or say to the situation. She just looked over at Himeko when she informed her that CHi wouldn't do such a thing.

Chione laughed at her aunt and her mates interaction, turning to smile at her mom. "Of course I'd never do that, why would I? It's wrong to use someones trust so.... meanly?" She looked at her mom to see if that was even a word. When Himeko giggled she assumed it was and turned to look over at Tenebre. "Dad worries a lot, I know if I returned he'd be happy but.... I don't know. I want my own life."
Hollow rolled her eyes at Tenebre. "Well, if it was an accident, then what?" She was nudged by Himeko, sighing. Fine fine, she'd stop for now. "Fine." She grumbled, looking at Tenebre. "Where you from?" She asked, noting that Himeko moved side to side nervously. "What? I'm allowed to ask her these things, she is mated to my only niece."
"Yes but, maybe we all should get something to eat and relax first?" She asked lightly, smiling warily at Hollow. She loved her sister, but Hollow often went over-board by her desire to protect her dearest niece. "Tenebre, forgive us. She's very protective."

Tene was happy to hear that Chi would never do anything like that. She of course herself would also never do such a thing. She would never be able to do that to Chi. She then smiled when Chi mentioned about how her dad worried a lot. She couldn't blame him. Many parents worried about their kids when then went off by themselves. It was only natural. If Chi ever wanted to return to the tribe she would of course go with her.
"Well Chi... if you ever wanted to go back... Know that I would happily go with you." She smiled at her then looked back over at Hollow. She didn't understand why she was continuing continuing with the subject of a crack breading. "Um... thats alright." She smiled at Chi's mom. "But something to eat does sound good."

Chi grinned at Tenebre and Himeko, tail wiggling. "Yes yes, lets eat and stop this gloomy topic?" She begged, looking straight at Hollow. Hollow sighed, nodding softly before obliging with their request, stepping to the side for Chi to pass through. Chione looked at her mom, aunt, and.... MATE, head tilting cutely. "Uhm... where is food? I don't smell anything."
"I smelled deer as we passed." The Hunter mused, nudging her little niece to the side to take lead, padding ahead. Himeko followed, though Chione waited for her mate.
"Do I have to hunt?" Himeko questioned softly. She wasn't a hunter, she was a carer and as such never was one for violence of any kind. Then again, neither was Chione. Oh! Hollow and Tenebre could bond by hunting together! How fantastic an idea!

"That sounds good to me." She chuckled at what Chi had said. To tell the truth she wasn't really fond of the topic they were on. "Deer sounds good." She smiled. "Lets go back and see if we can find them." She turned. "Come on Chi." She smiled as she nuzzled her then began to follow Hollow. "Well..." She looked back at Himeko and smiled. "If you don't want to hunt thats fine. You don't have too."

Suddenly, Chi was on par with Himeko, smiling wide at Tenebre. "Aunty and you can hunt together~" She chirped, nuzzling her mate back. She looked at Tenebre, pressing her muzzle into her mates ear. "Please? She's a hunter, it'd be a great way to bond." She squeaked.
They were whispering. What nonsense where they gossiping about? Hollow was tempted to turn around and question them, however was silent as they walked. She heard Chione mention Tenebre and her hunting, ear flicking. "Long as she's good at it, I don't mind."
Himeko smiled at Tenebre, pleased, and followed her sister. When she smelled deer nearby, Hollow was already crouched. Quickly, she followed. Even if she wasn't much of a hunter she understood that one had to hide and be quiet.

She looked at her mate and smiled. She would do anything to make her happy. Even try to get along with her aunt. She didn't have a problem with her... it was just that Hollow seemed to have a problem with her. She nodded agreeing to what Chi asked.
"Sure... why not. I don't ming." She looked over at Hollow. "If its ok with you... Im rather good when it comes to hunting... and im a good listener too." She smiled. "So if you want you can be in charge of the hunt..."

Grinning, Chione went over to sit beside her mother, tail wagging side to side happily. If her mate got along with Hollow, then she could get along with anyone in her family, even Kaname. Kaname was harder... his idea of family was strange. His world as Himeko's... so often he didn't show much love to his other children. Oh, she knew he loved them, he merely preferred to express his love to his mate.
At the mention of hunting and leading she flicked her tail, nodding. "Follow me." She ordered, bringing Tenebre to a small patch, crouching. Deer were grazing, and as Hollow turned to Tenebre she flicked her tail.
"You are going to distract those two and I will sneak up behind them." She directed, moving to the side, about to split. "When I attack one, you attack the other, got that?"
Himeko never understood why her sister loved to hunt, for her it was to violent. She loved raising kits~ Not harming animals. Oh, she ate them, but she'd surely cry if she had to hunt one...

She nodded then followed the female into the forest. She seemed to know what she was doing and quite dominate. She was sure that she could be the leader in the family. Well her family... more dominate then her mate perhaps. When they arrived where the deer were she stopped and listed to hollows plan. She then nodded in agrement.
"I understand. I can do that." She smiled, tail wagging. She then turned and headed out getting into position where she can destract the deer.

Ah good, the deer were staring right at Tenebre, and intently. This was good. Hollow crept up into the bushes silently, keeping an eye on the deer and then Tenebre. Good, things were looking good. Finally, she reached the back of the deer, picking out two healthy and medium sized males. Ah, hopefully Tenebre would be alright with antlers.
This wasn't the desert, these creatures required different tactics. Nodding, she made her move, darting out. In seconds the deer bolted about as Hollow targeted one. She lunged at the neck, yelling: "Now!"

Once Tene was in position she stayed put. The deer seemed to be weary of her and worried. She shifted for a moment to make the deer nervous. She wanted to scare the deer but no so much that they would take off running. Just to make them nervous and scared so that they couldn't pay attention to Hollow. She wanted to be sure that she could get close enough to get to them. Once Hollow went after her deer and screamed now Tene jumped after her deer and managed to catch it at the throat before it could scatter.

Once she had killed her deer and Tenebre had taken down her own deer she turned, clicking her tongue in approval.
"There, you aren't a failure at hunting. Good job." She nodded at her, dragging her deer over. "So you can provide for Chione, that is good." She clicked her tongue again, nodding her head. "We should go bring this to them."
