A few stray tears started to run down Mitsu's cheek as she continued to hold firm. Blade was right though, if Shun was hurt he would need help. Who else would be looking for him? He could be all alone somewhere bleeding to death.

Taking in an unsteady big breath Mitsu managed to unwind one of her arms so that she could take hold of the latter once again. It was probably another fifteen minutes with lots of pausing and freeze ups but they both finally made it to the bottom, Mitsu looking like she had just gone through the gauntlet.

"W..where should we start?" Mitsu asked once she had calmed down a little, though she still hadn't let go of the latter. The alley only led to a dead end so there was no telling where the trail might pick up again.

From the alleyway Mitsu and Blade started their search but as Blade suspected they really didn't come up with anything. Either Shun had jumped from roof to roof or he had teleported to some other location. Either way they weren't going to find the assassin and it left Mitsu all but disheartened. While it was good news and bad. Bad because she hadn't found him but good because she hadn't found him dead, it still left her to worry about what had become of her friend.

"I'm sorry to drag you around, Blade. I appreciate you coming with me." Mitsu was dragging at this point, it looked like she was about to fall asleep where she stood so it was no wonder she barely noticed when a little boy ran into her, thinking she had made the mistake herself. "O..oh, s-sorry." She apologized but the boy only huffed a little like he had been inconvenienced before he started to walk off. It looked like he pocketed something but his hand was rather quick.

"I just can't seem-" But her dark thought was interrupted when Blade told her to check for her wallet. Her wallet? Why would she need to check for that. "Okay.." Reaching into the pocket Mitsu usually kept it in she found it wasn't there. Maybe it was in a different pocket? But it wasn't to be found in any of those as well. "That's strange, I...I thought I had my wallet."

She was sure she had put it in her pocket. Thinking back she remembered grabbing it off her nightstand after putting a little bit of money in it. "I don't know what happened to it." Not being accustomed to thievery she didn't expect that in the slightest, nor did the kid that ran into her come to mind.

Wait right here? "But wait, where are you...going?" Mitsu didn't seem to understand but Blade was already gone.

Never before had this kid had such a smooth get away when stealing anything.
Going out on a limb it was probably his most successful snatch though it didn't seem like he got much out of it.
To bad really, he was hoping for something a bit more. "Fate will never
give you a break." He mumbled pulling out the wallet.
Up until now he had been broke but it looked like he now had fifteen dollars to his name.
Never one to overlook the positive in the situation he threw the wallet aside and pocketed the cash. From here he was
going to get something to eat.

"Let me see where should I go?
You-a-carry-outa has some good stuff." He pondered allowed.
Down the sidewalk a little he heard the sounds of quick footsteps behind him. On edge he quickly looked back to see who was coming.

Wait right here? "But wait, where are you...going?" Mitsu didn't seem to understand but Blade was already gone.

The boy thought he had made a pretty clean get away though it didn't look like he had snagged much cash. That was fine though, something was better than nothing. He wasn't the greatest at being quick or sneaky so up until this point he had been broke. Taking the wallet back out of his pocket he looked it over, taking out the cash and pocketing it quickly. The rest of the wallet didn't look very useful. A couple of pictures and a school ID. The girl had such a baby face though he supposed she was kinda cute.

Tossing the wallet to the ground the boy looked up to his next challenge. Finding something to eat. It had been a while since he had a good meal so he was going to treat himself to something, though fifteen dollars wasn't going to get him far. He had made it about half way down the sidewalk when he noted quick footsteps coming up behind him. The sound made sent him on edge making him look back to see what was coming.

Mitsu stood in place exactly where Blade left her not really sure how long he would be gone. She wasn't sure what had made him dart off or why he had asked about her wallet. Maybe he had went to check the alley for her? It was possible she could have dropped it there while trying to climb up or down the latter. She was so frazzled at the time she wouldn't have noticed.

The boy was a little wide eyed when he saw Blade pick up the wallet and he was about to make a run for it until it seemed Blade had no interest in him. Pushing back against a building he watched the older boy walk passed him relieved he hadn't been caught. He needed the money and was going to do his best to keep it.

Mitsu was just starting to wonder where Blade had gone when she finally saw him heading back her way down the sidewalk. "Hey, where did you go?" She asked walking some of the distance to meet him halfway.

"You left so suddenly I didn't really understand what was going on," There was a spark of curiosity in Mitsu's tired eyes as she looked at Blade.

"You found my wallet?" Mitsu looked curiously at his hands as he produced the object in question. It certainly looked like her wallet. Taking the worn down bill fold she flipped it open and saw her ID. "You did find it! Thank you, Blade."

Looking in the main pocket to see if her cash was still there Mitsu's eyes got rather large. "Woah, I...I didn't have this much cash." She wasn't even sure she had this much cash all together back at the dorm. If she had anything left over after paying for school and setting aside money for food for the week she generally tried to deposit it to keep it safe. "W..where did all this money come from?" She looked up at Blade in a questioning manner. "D..did you put this in here?" It really didn't occur to her where the cash might have come from but it obviously wasn't her's.
