Since this is the only city around in this dark area, this much be the place Pix was talking about. Bell did notice the large surants that are set up on the wall. She was indeed scared that it may shoot her, but just continue on, sure that it wont pay any attention lettle old her and her little bird friend to fly around the city.

There was more to his journey now, and he walked the dark and ominous streets of Luimira towards the Nevan gates, still guarded by robots and whatnot. He stepped slowly with his cape that he re-put around himself, and appraoched the nevan gates further, as he just passed by the robots, knowing that he was no harm, even if he looked so demon-like.
He walked his way calmly alongside the train trails to the outside gate of Nocturne itself, so he could continue his travels. His travels were not yet done, and some months had already passed. This was definitely tiresome for him.

Liliana saw this as a reasonable thing. She barely ever discussed herself with others in detail but everyone else around her was almost an open book. "Alright. I'll explain on the train," she said as she got up and pulled Cain onto the train.

When Jasper flew over the gates, he didn't even look down to see the blinding lights. These lights were just masking the true darkness of the city itself that was said to be darkened by Xyrux's sorrow after his lover died. The mage's sorrow was so powerful that no one was ever able to remove the curse from the place. He kept thinking of this story as he kept flying with Cherry in his arms.
