He was about to warn her about the winds but when she stepped back he figured she probably figured it out for herself. Yeti stepped closer and slightly in front of her to block out the wind. It didn’t bother him because he lived here in this type of climate. Venton sounded cold and Yeti realized she didn’t have the thick fur that he had to shield him from this weather. “Yes we can check out where I live. It should be a bit warmer than here. I’m afraid your going to have to deal with the cold just a bit more” Yeti explained and stepped in front beginning to walk down the path to the valley and his small home.

Venton let out a small whimper as the wind blew more but she followed quietly behind Yeti. "Good glad we can." she said walking in his foot steps. It was either walk beside him and hide from the wind but take on a ton of snow or walk behind him take on the wind and less snow. She choose the less snow. "Define a bit more please Yeti." she asked him.

Yeti wished that he could speed up their journey down towards the valley, but the snow was slippery and it wouldn’t do to slip and kill them selves just to rush things. Besides it would definitely warm up a bit once they got down into the valley as the mountains blocked some of the air, it would still be cold but it would be more tolerable, or at least that’s what he hoped. “Well just a few more minutes don’t worry it should start warming slightly the farther down we get.”

"Minutes huh?" She asked following close behind the white male. "I think I can withstand minutes or I at least hope i can," she said with a little laugh trying to make a joke out of it even though it really wasn't all that funny.

“You can make it miss venton, just concentrate on getting down to the bottom. As long as your core stays warm then your body will naturally warm up the rest of you” Yeti nodding and turned his attention back towards the path in front of him. He should start a fire when they got to his cave just for some warmth. Venton would definitely need it.

Venton nodded and followed him down the side of the mountain. They were making good progress or atleast she thought they were her whispering softly "Just keep swimming swimming swimming."She got more hopeful as they got closer. "Should we collect some firewood on our way down?"

Yeti was confused about the whole ‘just keep swimming thing but figured it was something foxes that didn’t live on mountains did. He went to answer her when he accidentally slipped and went down the descending pathway a bit before he was able to stop himself. He looked at his leg which had borne most of the brunt of his fall. It was okay and he should look at it later but it would do for getting to a cave. “Anyways we can if we come across I have a stash already but it doesn’t…” insert hiss “hurt to get some more”

Venton quickly scrambled after him to see if he was ok. "Here let me look at your leg,"She said reaching for it but not taking it that way he could decide. "No if you have some already its fine your hurt and dont need to search for more." she said worried about him.

Yeti looked slightly embarrassed. Here he was supposed to be leading her down the mountain and he tripped and injured himself. “al-alright” he stuttered a bit letting her look at it. He was fine just needed a little rest when they got down to his cave and maybe a couple herbs but it wasn’t that serious. “ah okay… but really I’m okay though” he replied still a bit red.

Venton peered down at his paw. It didn't look like he broke a bone when he fell. "Well the good news is it doesnt look like you broke it but the bad news is I think you sprained or twisted it which means you shouldn't walk on it,'She said nudging his cheek gently. "Here I'll help you get up and you can lean on me and we'll get you back to your cave so you dont put to much weight on it," She said trying to be helpful than helped push him so he could stand and walk.

“Hmm doesn’t hurt enough to be sprained. I would say twisted.” Yeti agreed. Normally he would just stop here and wait until it felt better but Venton was already extremely cold. He didn’t want her to end up with hypothermia. “Alright but I’ll take the outer position. It wouldn’t do for me to stumble and send us over that cliff” Yeti pointed out. He put most of his weight on his other foot and leaned on Venton for balance and extra support before heading down the mountain again. He didn’t think it was best to go to his home since they had slowed down. Luckily there was a cave he some times used near the edge of the mountain. It would get his companion out of the snow.

Venton tried to protest about him being on the edge but lost the argument obviously since he was on the edge and she was on the inside of the path way. So she moved herself closer to the side of the mountain till her side brushed it giving Yeti more room on the path. They walked like this for several more minutes till they got to the end of the path and the valley floor.

He smiled at her protests but didn’t budge. He didn’t want to be the cause that lead them over the cliff. Luckily they made it down with out incident. When they did he looked over at her trying not to blush that she was so close. “At this rate I am afraid that you’ll get sick before we get to the cave, I have a closer hideaway that I think I’ll steer us too” Yeti replied and lead her best he could at the moment towards said cave.

"You do?" Venton asked in surprise. That was very convenient and she supposed good to have with so much snow around like there was. Giggling she said, 'Alrighty than captain lead the way." She looked around trying to spot any places he might have hidden firewood but didn't see any.
