[ Gingereye pricked her ears at the sound of approaching paw steps and lifted and turned her head just in time to see Pebbleheart step up beside her. A pleasant, yet a bit guilty smile lit her face at the sight of the deputy and she blinked in acknowledgment.] "Oh, I've been doing quite splendid. It's been a while since my last tick and I feel that their time of reign might be over for the moment" [ The ginger she-cat said conversationally. Feeling the urge to do so, she got to her paws and did a quick stretch, reaching out her front legs and then leaning backwards. Her mouth opened in a yawn and it affected her voice as she sat back onto her haunches.] "Sorry," [She said, her voice sounding strangely round as she exhaled.] "I haven't been very active lately."
"So, Pebbleheart. Whatcha' been up to?"

" Unfortunately, I have been hunting rarely, but I when I hunt, I catch a lot. "
[ Cherrydrop looked over at Foggykit, who seemed to be daydreaming.
Cherrydrop leaned closer to Firerain, and lowered her voice. ]
" It's also that I can't leave the kit alone since she doesn't know anyone.
And she can't see.. "
[ Cherrydrop turned again to Foggykit, who was still daydreaming. She didn't want to hurt the kit's feelings. She turned her head back to Firerain and smiled. ]
" How are you fairing?"

Trapflight dipped his orange head. His blue eye's came to rest upon the blind kit. "Hello Foggykit" Trapflight said. He licked the tiny kit on her head. "Its okay Dear, I don't mind being sniffed." Trapflight said.

[ I smiled at Trapflight and Firerain and I was glad they accepted me as a regular cat.
I laughed at Firerain as he said, Most kits sniff me nowadays. I sat down, my tail swaying. I was deep in thought. I was thinking about meeting more people. It wasn't too bad meeting the two cats- Firerain and Trapflight. Maybe I could also make some kit friends! But I knew I was thinking fast. I mean, how could they play with a blind kit like me? They could play games like chase, or find me, ( hide and seek ) or even bat a leaf back and forth! But I can't! It would take a long time to get used to a friend who couldn't play like the others.I gave up my thoughts and stopped daydreaming. I walked closer to Cherrydrop and curled up into a ball. I didn't want to do anything but sat down. ]

[Pebbleheart chuckled lightly, feeling no disturbance of Gingereye's stretching. In fact, Pebbleheart always had the urge to stretch or groom while conversing with another clan mate. She thought it would be impolite, but seeing Gingereye doing so allows her to feel more confident in her own actions. The deputy liked the she-cat.] "I agree, the ticks have been leaving my fur gradually. It's kind of a relief to not itch my fur anymore." Pebbleheart purred. "And don't worry, I try to be active but seem to be less faithful in it." she chuckled.
[Pebbleheart blinked as the sun started to get brighter by minute. Probably signalling the most beautiful event in BreezeClan. StarClan must be proud.] "I'm pretty good myself. Just watching Galestar and Frostclaw's kit from afar, did you see them yet?" she asked Gingereye in curiosity. _________________________________________________________

[ Gingereye twitched her nose in agreement of the resolved tick issue and the corners of her mouth tightened slightly, as her thoughts turned to regard Pebbleheart for a second. The ginger she-cat thought she was fair. Decent, even. Though she had to admit, there seemed to always be a bit of hesitancy in her voice, and the dappled deputy seemed to talk in this most formal manner, acting so politely and so slightly dry sometimes, that Gingereye wondered if there was some secret personality hiding underneath that pelt of hers.]
[ The ginger warrior listened and followed the gaze of the deputy who seemed to be staring off into the distance. She nodded a bit absentmindedly for a moment, cherishing the scene of the rising sun over Breezeclan, but returned her attention to Pebbleheart as she began to speak. A smile twitched as her lips as the words "Pretty" and "Good" left Pebbleheart's, followed by a "Just" and the rest of her question. Had Gingereye detected a bit of slang talk in there? It seemed the deputy was loosening up a bit.] "Great. Oh," [The ginger warrior paused for a second, flinching in a small amount of bitter embarrassment at the mention of kits. Getting a hold of herself, she continued as if nothing had passed in her thoughts.] "Oh I haven't had the time, you know... Doing things..." [ Gingereye made a twirly motion with her paw as if to demonstrate her point, and chuckled a bit nervously. She mentally kicked herself for her weak back-up excuse. Hadn't she just she hadn't been that active lately?]

She looked back at Firerain but then heard Foggykit make a sound of sadness. Cherrydrop couldn't explain it, but she knew it was sadness when she heard it. Cherrydrop leaned down and and licked the kit. She straightened her body, looked at Firerain , and explained the situation to him. ]
" She does this quite often. I think she feels lonely. " Cherrydrop mewed.
[ Cherrydrop licked Foggykit's head and started cleaning her whole pelt. ]
" What's wrong Foggykit? "
Cherrydrop asked.

Trapflight looked at the tiny kit that Cherrydrop was licking. He shook his fluffy orange head. And looked up at Cherrydrop. The brown she-cat was looking at his Brother, he did the same and looked at Rainfire. Then she returned her attention to cleaning Foggykit. And Trapflight shook his head. He hadn't seen this side of Cherrydrop before.

[Pebbleheart smiled as she gazed at the nursery. Her ears pricked as soon as Gingereye replied. The deputy enjoyed the conversations with her fellow clan mates, especially with Gingereye. A kind she-cat who won't snap at you.]
"Oh, I see. Well we're busy most of the times, aren't I right?" Pebbleheart said with a small chuckle at the end. _________________________________________________________

[Galestar watched as cats poured out of nests and bushes, racing to hear what news would be told today. Everyone was always looking forward to announcements; it was a stark contrast to the dread that made every warrior's paws heavy during the time of the Slayers. Announcements were almost always negative. Usually signified someone had died, or that they'd been attacked again.
It made Galestar indescribably happy to see how much the Clan had improved.]
"It is my pleasure to announce that two new members of BreezeClan are ready to walk the path of the warrior," he began, robin blue eyes piercing down upon his Clan. "We know them well for their mischievousness and vibrancy, as all kits have, and I am proud today to assign them to worthy warriors.
Poisekit, Bearkit, Seigefury, and Pebbleheart, please step forward."
[Galestar twitched his tail as the cats approached, leaping down from the highbranch to continue the ceremony.]
"From this day forward, until they have earned their warrior names, these apprentices will be called Bearpaw and Poisepaw.
Seigefury, Pebbleheart, you are both ready for an apprentice.Seigefury, you will begin Bearpaw's training.You have shown loyalty and Valor. And you are now ready to be a mentor. Pebbleheart, you will be Poisepaw's mentor. You have shown honor and wisdom, and you are more than ready to take on another apprentice."
[The mentors and apprentices then touched noses. The Clans cheered their name. Embergaze yowled especially proudly for his kittens, for once undaunted by social pressures-if only for a moment. Once the noise died down, he looked around embarrassedly and quickly padded over to his kittens.
Galestar chuckled at the cats, flicking his tail. What good spirits everyone was in lately! He couldn't get enough of it!]

But first I must ask you this...are you ready?" [The beige warrior asked, feeling his heart beat in his chest. He wanted to prove himself as a good role model for others, hopefully this wouldn't be to hard. Bluemoon was a pretty good mentor. But he would surpass her, maybe even the leader if he was lucky! I bet Siegefury's thinking of all the great things he can teach Bearki-paw. [Hauntednight padded over to Siegefury and Bearpaw, putting his black nose to the beige tom's flank.] "Congratulations, Siegefury. Train him well." [He murmured.] [Siegefury turned to face his father, accomplishment shining in his burning amber gaze.] "Of course I will! I'm going to be the best mentor I can be!" [He vowed. Hauntednight flicked his son's ear playfully with his tail and padded over to Pebbleheart, his heart beating fast.]
[He always seemed afraid to talk to her now. Even though they were very good friends, and then mates for a very long time.] "I'm happy if your happy." [The deputy finished touching nose with Poisepaw and felt proud to have another apprentice. She shall teach this one patiently and hope her son teaches Bearpaw properly as well. However she is confident in Siegefury and is well aware of his impressive knowledge. He is a fair BreezeClan warrior and she raised him well. Afterwards, Pebbleheart purred and looked down at Poisepaw.]
"Congratulations, Poisepaw. I will teach you everything I know." she promised the apprentice. "If you like to start training then get ready soon. I will meet you at the entrance after I finish a couple of errands." she said, turning around to head over to Gingereye.
[Pebbleheart felt a bit ashamed and guilty for having to leave her conversation with Gingereye. Her chat is again interrupted by a familiar, deep tone. The she-cat turned her green gaze to notice Hauntednight. His presence is different, somehow awkward and unfamiliar? Perhaps it's because of their bond being shattered by many conflicts. Even so, the deputy refused to let her emotion get in the way of their bond. Besides, since they had kits together, they must take care of them all like lovable guardians. Even if it means those two guardians are no longer in love. With a smile, she let out a purr and nodded to Hauntednight.]
"Yes, of course i'm happy. I was thinking of taking our kits out for hunting." she explained. [Then her eyes looked up at his.] "You should come along too, their our kits after all."
[The fact that she still calls her full grown sons 'kits' amuses her. She has troubles accepting her sons' age and the present. But she is still proud of their accomplishments. And of course, still happy she is their mother. The deputy turned her gaze to Gingereye.]
"Gingereye, you've met Hauntednight before, haven't you?" she asked. _________________________________________________________
