Well, I'm back! It was nice to have a break from Maple for a few days, but now I'm back online.
I reached level 36 on my F/P Wiz today. This is the farthest I've gotten with any character, so yeah....my Fire Arrow is al level 18, and I did my first 1000+ damage hit today, but it's mana cost has gone from 14 to 28!! eek xp
I trained on Ligators mostly, but I also went to Orbis and completed the Huckle's magic ingredients quest, I collected items for Mr. Sweatbottom's quest, and I trained for a while on Jr. Wraiths as well. I think I might stick with Jr. Wraiths for a while, they are weak to fire and give better exp. than Ligators. Right now, however, I'm in the process of collecting octopus pieces for an Omok set. Only 28 more to go!
I went on a shopping spree today in the free market. I bought a pair of Red Salt shoes, Blue Noel gloves, a Brown Guiltian, and a pair of clean Work Gloves. No more shopping for me for a while, I need to save for level 38 armor/weapons (that stuff is expensive eek eek )
I have a bunch of quests I can complete soon. My goal is to finish Nella's last 3 requests, Icarus' hang glider, Mr. Sweatbottom's book, and the Fairy horn flute quest, hopefully tomorrow. Then I might try some of the jump quests.
I created a storage character on Khaini for my two thieves. I plan on using him for storage only, but I guess if I get bored of all my other characters someday, this character will be my perma-beginner.
I have a bunch of stuff that I want to sell, mostly armor and weapons that have dropped from monsters. It would be easy to sell if I had once of those fancy store Permit's, but I have no NX cash crying . Perhaps I'll post some stuff in the buy/sell section of the Guild and this journal later.

I changed my screen name on Gaia. I was bored of my old one, and I couldn't thing of anything so I just added a few z's and a q. So yeah.
Anways, this is a Maplestory journal, so now I guess I'll write about Maplestory....
I reached level 37 on my F/P Wiz today. I haven't really trained in one specific place since I reached level 36, I gained experience mostly by completing quests. I finished a bunch of the Huckle/Moppie/Lisa quests, as well as three or four quests in Ludibrium. I think I'll train at the blue Jr. cats until level 38 (I don't remember their name xp ). Maybe I'll try to collect more banana's for Mr. Wetbottom's quest later.
I bought a level 38 robe for my Wiz, so now I only need to save enough money to buy the Fairy wand. I got the robe for over 100k off, ans its stats are identical to the ones sold in stores, so I think I got quite a deal. After I buy the wand, I'm going to start saving up for an Esther Shield.
I finished collecting pieces for a Pig/Octopus Omok set. Now I need to learn how to play Omok XD. I hear its kinda like tic-tac-toe, but you have to get five in a row or something. I'll figure it out eventually. I guess, I'll try to get a complete set of Match Cards next, I think I have 50 or so sitting in storage.
Not really any exciting drops to report of. I did find a below-average Eloon, but I would't really call that an exciting drop sweatdrop

I was on Maple way too much today, so gained 75% and I reached level 38 today! surprised I managed to scrounge up enough mesos to buy a Fairy Wand, so now I am fully up-to-date with my equips until level 40. My Fire Arrow is now at level 24! Only two more levels until it's maxed out!
I completed Mr. Wetbottom's quest today and got a spiffy Blue Sauna Robe. Now I can relax at the sauna in style surprised
What was in his secret book anyway? eek

I reached level 39 today! I had to log off at 99.34% because I went golfing, but I leveled in about a minute when I got back. I gained experience by completing the "Food Hunting For Moppie" quests, as well as climbing up and down Orbis tower a few times and killing monsters along the way. Over the past few days, I've completed the Huckle quest a few times, so I have lots of Orbis rock scrolls mrgreen
Only one more level until my Fire Arrow is maxed!! I bought Dark Arten's today, so now I have new gloves for when I reach level 40. I'm going to save up for an Esther Sheild, then I'll never have to buy a shield again for my Wizard. They're expensive though, so it's gonna take a while xp
Yay for level 39! blaugh

Welp, I've gained 55% of the experience neede to reach level 40. I spent the morning working on the "Protect Nero" quest, and helping someone get Jr. Pepe fish at the bootom of Orbis tower. I found a lollipop today, I'm considering selling it, but I might keep it. I dunno sweatdrop
Right now, I'm training at the Land of Wild boar. The experience isn't all that great, but I was getting bored of training, so I challenged myself to collect 1000 Wild boar teeth, just to make things a bit entertaining. I can 1-hit-KO the boars now, so collecting them is easy! So far, I've collected 211.
I bought Moon Shoes for my Wiz, so now his armor will be 100% up-to-date when he reaches level 40. I have about 300k towards an Esther Shield right now, and I don't plan on buying anything (except potions and town scrolls) until I get one.

I took full advantage of the 2x experience today and leveled to 40 with ease. My Fire Arrow is now maxed out!! eek mrgreen
Me and a whole bunch of other members of the guild I'm in went and trained on those Chronos things for two hours. I found the third Maple History book while training, so now I've completed that quest and aquired a Chief Stan Hat. I also finished that Grandpa Clock/pendulum quest, but my 60% scroll didn't work scream
I've used five 60% scrolls during the months I've played Maplestory, and only 1 has worked. Unless my math is incorrect, I belive that is 20%, not 60%.
Oh wellz. It's just luck, I guess?
My goal now is to get to level 42 quickly, so I can do the Icarus quest and get a new cape. I'm not entirely sure where I'm gonna train, perhaps I'll see if some members in my Guild want to do the Ludi PQ....

I reached level 41 today! I spent the whole day in the Omega Sector, collecting Maeton tentacles for Rice the Medic. Right now I'm working on collecting 400 of them. After I'm done all of Rice's quests, I think I'm gonna head back up to Ludibrium and complete Grandfather Clock's quests, and collect materials for Pink Mesoranger. Perhaps I'll try the Ludi PQ too. Hopefully that'll get me close to level 42. If not, I still have a whole bunch of quests I can finish.
I've earned over 250k so far today, so I'm a lot closer to buying an Esther Shiled now. I still have quite a ways to go, but hopefully I'll be able to get one before level 43.
Not too many exciting drops came from the Mateons. I got a 60% scroll for Gloves attack, 6 or 7 LUK ores, and hundreds of tentacles.
My goal: Reach level 42 by Friday

What an entertaining few days I've had on Maple. I finished collecting Mateon tentacles for Rice at the Omega sector, and finishes a whole bunch of OS/Ludi quests. When I say a whole bunch, I mean like 8-10 quests! I flew back to Victoria to get an Icarus cape (I got #2), and now I'm in Orbis working on the second part of the "To the New World" quest. I leveled to 42 as well, hooray!
My friend gets back from camp soon, so that means I'll have a cleric to party with. Hopefully we can coleect Cursed Dolls together or something. I'd like to finish that quest once I'm done the one I'm working on.
I've gotten a boatload of great drops/other stuff over the past two days. I've found two Blood Chaos Robes (both from drumming bunnies), lots of Wisdom/Luck ores, a Stimulator (I forget for which weapon) and I've gotten Golden Moon shoes, another Red Starlight, a White Napoleon, an Icarus Cape 2, a Green Jester, a Wanf Forging Manual, and some scrolls as quest rewards. So I have lots of stuff to sell once I feel like making a thread in the Buy/sell of this Guild.
I'm about halfway towards getting an Esther Shield. I just hit the 1 million mesos mark today. I'll start shopping around at about 1.6, I think.
A while back I posted the SP allocation I would use until level 50. I think I might change that up a bit, because I don't want to invest lots of points into Poison brace then realize I don't like it. I think I'll level it to 5 and use it to replace Energy Bolt, then go from there.

I leveled to 43 last night. I missed the 2x experince a few days ago, but thats ok. I'm not sure which skills I'm gonna invest on next level. Perhaps I'll just continue to raise MP Eater and Teleport until they're maxed. I dunno. For now I'll just worry about getting to the next level.
I'm thinking about trying to get into a Ludi PQ soon. I'm level 43 now, I shouldn't have too much difficulty getting in (I hope >_<). I looked up what the PQ consists of, and I think I'd be able to complete what I'd need to complete in it. I hear they're not bad of experince too.
Some notable drops I've gotten recently are 3 magic Rocks, 2 Yellow star Bandanas, 1 Blue Star Bandana, a Black Dragon Robe, and an above-average Vaulter 2000! Plus, some Wisdom, Power, and LUK ores too.
I'm extremely close to having enough mesos for an Esther Shield. I'm at 1.7 million right now, and I believe they sell for around 1.9-2.2 million. Soooooo close.
I guess I'll just try to continue doing quests and gain lots of exp. I've completed 3 quests so far today, hopefully I can complete a few more.

Welp, I haven't been on Maple for over a week now, I was on vacation. I'll probably start playing again on Monday 3nodding

I did get my Esther before I left on vacation though. Yay!

I leveled to 44 yesterday! I put my 3 SP into Poison Brace, and I've decided to eventually max out Poison Brace. I've noticed that quite a few monsters in Aqua Road are weak against poison, so hopefully putting points into PB will make Aqua Road more fun (seeing as Fire Arrow isn't very good there xp )
I've been doing the 99-999 quests in the dungeon for experience. The experience was only so-so, but I got some much needed Mana Elixers by completing a few of them. I've finished both of the Horny mushroom and Zombie mushroom ones, both Evil eye ones, the Jr. Boogie one, and the 99 Curse eye and Green mushroom ones. Right now I'm working on taking out 999 Curse eyes (I think I've killed 500, so I'm over half done biggrin ). When I'm done those quests, I think I'll collect Cursed Dolls for Rowen, or perhaps find Arwen's galss shoe (the reward doesn't seem that great, but it'll give me something to do whee )
I'm not sure what to do once I reach level 45. Should I buy an Arc Staff, or wait until level 48 and buy a Cromi? I dunno, I make a desision when the time comes.
I had surgery to get my wisdom teeth out today, so I'll probably be on MS quite a bit tomorrow, I can't really do much else. (I'm supposed to take it slow for the next 4 or 5 days). Hopefully I can hit level 45 by Friday.
Notable recent drops include a Great Red helmet, an above average Cutlus, and some other assorted lower-level armors.

Well, I'm still at level 44, but I'm at 75% percent. I had my wisdom teeth taken out on Tuesday, so between having to put heat on my mouth for 30 minutes every 30 minutes, taking forever to eat a bowl of soup, and doing just regular day-to-day stuff, I haven't been on Maple as much as I had planned. No worries though, I should be able to level today biggrin
I finally got around to doing the Ludi PQ!! The first two times didn't work out so great (the first time, we were on stage 3 or 4, then the power went out at my houe for about two minutes; the second time, I lagged out at those dark tunnels, and our Cleric wasn't in the same tunnel as me, so I died xd gonk ). The third time went great though, I got to help kill Alishar and everything cool
I haven't gotten any notable drops since my last entry.
I'm going on vacation again on Sunday, so I won't be on for a week. I'll be back the 20th.
I'll update this post if I level today.

Well, I'm back from vacation. Only two weeks until school starts again. whee
Yesterday my friend Spiffyguy2 and I went Rombot hunting for 3 hours. I gained about 15% in that time. There were two other parties hunting for Rombots as well, so it was like a big race to find and kill the Rombot before one of the other parties did. It was a fun way to kill the morning.
Afterwards, I went and played on my lower level characters for a bit. I trained my Bowman to 50% and my dagger Thief to 40%. Not much, but whatever.
Near te end of the day, Spiffyguy2 and I went to Zombie Lupins to collect Cursed Dolls. I'm working on collectiong 200 at the moment, so I think I'll be in the mokey Forest for a while finishing the 300, 600, and 1000 Cursed doll quests.
My summer goal was to reach level 47 by Semptember 5th (the day when school starts). Right now I'm at level 45, but as of two days ago I made rather unexpected plans that will hinder my Maple time. Thats okay though, maple isn't going anywhere razz
Spiffyguy2 is coming to my place from Saskatchewan today! biggrin biggrin biggrin (we are good friends IRL, he's the one who introduced Maplestory to me). I'm really looking forward to it, we don't get to see each other very often.
Two notable drops I've gotten recently include a Great Blue Helm and Steel Missel gloves. I'm thinking about selling stuff, just to clear out my inventory a bit.

biggrin Nope, I live in Alberta, Canada 3nodding I'm definetly gonna reach my goal before the 5th, but once school starts, my Maple time is gonna go waaay down. You're definetly right, addiction is evil xd What server do you play on??
