Kotaru opened his eyes and followed the demon hunter, uncrossing his arms. He put his hand on Dante's shoulder, stopping him from going anywhere. "We need to talk. Now." He said.

Dante looked back at the red haired guy. "If this is about the Joker crack..." He trailed off. However, that couldn't be the ONLY reason.

"No." Kotaru said, removing his hand. He glanced over to the right, where there was the silver-haired man again, looking at them, his arms crossed.
They had a silent conversation, or so it seemed, as the man nodded, before turning and walking off.
Kotaru looked back at Dante. "My Lord wishes to give you an offer to join his ranks." He explained, "He observed you taking out that beast like you did. The work you would do is to kill his enemies. He pays well, I assure you...."

Dante looked at the guy, thinking about his offer. "What kinda enemies? I only go after demons. Anyway, this isn't some take over the world thing, is it? Normally, I end up preventing that kinda s**t." He asked.

"Perhaps I should let him tell you." said Kotaru.
The man walked over. "Dante, was it?" He asked, smirking softly. "I had the pleasure of encountering your brother, Vergil.
(What is the definition of a smirk, I wonder? x3)

Dante looked the silver haired guy over. "Really now? I'm surprised anyone other than me can deal with his buzzkill attitude." He joked.

"Yes, well, he hasn't tried to kill me and take over my posititon yet." The man replied, then added, "Not that he could. But I have no time to dawdle. Either you join me, or I proceed with my original plan. Which is let Kotaru end your meaningless life."

Dante smirked. "Well, what are ya waiting for, yaoi bait? Sick your little dog on me." He mocked, reaching for Ebony and Ivory.

Kotaru looked at the man. "My Lord, do I have permission to decapitate him?" He asked, holding his hand near his head again.
"Do what you want with him. As for me, I have a bothersome fox child to track down." The man said. He turned and began walking off.
"Thank you, my Lord." Kotaru returned his gaze on Dante.

Dante let loose a stream of bullets from Ebony and Ivory at Kotaru. He then remembered what the silver haired guy said about a fox. That had to be Tails. He couldn't let the kid get hurt. What if Serenity was with the child, as well?

Kotaru dodged the bullets, throwing about ten ninja stars at him(I dunno their name XD SHikarua or something?)
Serenity was laying on her back, thinking about that guy from earlier. He was so damn familiar....But where had she seen him?
Tails looked out the window. He, on the other hand, was thinking about his current location.

Dante shot every single shuriken away, then swapped out for Rebellion, swinging the large sword at Kotaru.

Kotaru held up his arm like a sheild, which worked: Rebellion hit against it, but didn't cut through. "Pathetic."
Tails' eyes widened. "Serenity, it's that guy again!"
"What?" Serenity jumped to her feet, running over to the window and gazing out. The man was indeed walking towards Serenity's apartment. "What does he want?"

Dante simply pulled the sword back, rolled away, and fired his guns again.

Kotaru jumped to avoid them. He did several flips in the air, coming down behind Dante. He took out a scimitar and slashed at the demon with it.
