Orochne do you guys think there really will be a canon (sasu/naru/saku)pairing in the end? i think (and hope) not. each pairing has a huge crowd of fans who'd get upset having their 'ships crushed. and unfortunately narusasu isn't likely to be more than hinted at. naruto is shounen, not shounen ai. crying This is the same thing I've said to other people ^^; Kishimoto may HINT at SasuNaru, but he is never going to pair any of the real MAIN characters (meaning Naruto, Sakura, or Sasuke) in a homosexual relationship. It's just not going to happen, this is a shounen manga. Yes, I do believe he throws SasuNaru hints in for the yaoi fangirls, but it's never going to be anything obvious. IF Sasuke or Naruto ends up paired with someone in the end, it will most likely be Sakura, unfortunately. But, I maintain the hope that Kishimoto will do what a lot of others have done and leave the relationships open in the end, so that everyone can be happy.

I know he said that the kiss was risky, but he wanted to do something shonnen manga usually didn't. I say he loves SasuNaru, or knows how much fangirls do and is trying to milk his profit margin. blaugh

He's a clever man, he knows that most of the girls fawning over Naruto are drooling over the possible shounen-ai-ness of it. Seeing as how yaoi/shounen-ai is aimed toward young women in Japan. @Phyxsuis - Actually, if he did make it officially shounen-ai, then there would be less readers. Shounen Jump is more popular than say, B Boy. (XD I do believe I got the name of the magazine right.) Lots of boys also adore Naruto, and might possibly be turned off of it by the shounen-ai.

Yes he is. He can get a bigger profit by provoking both sides.
And also, I like how he gives people TONS of hints but never an actually cannon pair(s).

o.k i have only read the first two pages and i am already ripping my hair out kishmoto putting yaoi in the magna heart but i do no like sasuke naru no no no no no no no no no and NO i am a firm gaaraxnaruto fan (even though gaara is my bishsie!) sasuke can have anyone but naruto and shikamru and neji and kankrou kankrou belongs to neji ummm anyway gaara and naruto are to alike and too perfect so BACK AWAY SASUKE scream
