Claire pursed her lips, peering down in the chasm a bit apprehensively. If only there was a way to see what was in there... "If we could see what's down there, it'd be easier to decide what to do next," she mused aloud, idly running her fingers over her three pokeballs. Only one of them could perhaps produce light and that was more... dangerous. Electricity and water was generally not a good combination at all.
Oh well. "I guess we keep looking around." That said, she turned around, studying the ground and walls to see if there was a natural ramp or something. She had no idea how caves were formed, so whether or not something of that nature could even exist, she had no idea. She continued exploring carefully, watching her step to make sure she wouldn't slip and fall but all the while kept tabs on where Isadora and especially Lucas were.

Mau flicked his light on when his feet touched the ground. Free of the ropes he looked around the cave. This wasn't so bad. A little wet, yeah, but no worse than when Aki and Newton had gotten lost and they found eggs. The rocks was about as slippery as the floor had been too. Though normally anything Seth raged about was probably unimportant, Mau listened to what he said. Find another way, hm? He half turned, noticing the glint of the metal clips from someone's harness. It was Nyx. "Careful not to fall." He said softly to her before placing a hand against the wall of the cave, and started looking about for anything that could proove useful. Though... the cave was wide enough, a couple flying types could cart the small party down, couldn't then?

Alexander kept close to the wall to use it for balance when the water came in or out. Every so often he would look around with his flash light so not to miss anything that might be of interest. He followed the others until Seth came to a stop and announced they had to find another way down. But wait, if they needed another way down that meant more heights! 'This is not my night.' he thought to his self as he hung back away from the chasm edge. He looked around with his flash light to see if he could find a path way they had missed, just to keep his mind off why he was looking. After all it wasn't like he could just turn to the Rocket next to him and start up a conversation right?

Isadora nodded solemnly. "Yeah... I dohn't know hohw we would exahctleh nahvigate thaht. In any cahse, you're right: we shouhld keep loohkin'." The doctor began to do just that, looking and wandering around the cave. She craned her neck upwards towards the steep stone walls, her boots splashing on the water-soaked rock. This place really was remarkable, and whatever carved it was equally remarkable... and powerful. How would that affect Team Rocket if it was harnessed, Isadora wondered...

Continuing along the wall, a glove hand guided along the wet stone that rose high over her head, and into a stretch of darkness, Faleen’s pace slowed as her eyes scanned over the rock, and ground. She took a moment’s hesitation though as another swell of water rose over her boots, sloshing her lower uniform pretty thoroughly, but she paid no mind to the mild discomfort, Hazel eyes busy searching the movement of the water. “…” brow furrowing with a look of curiosity when she got an idea, she let her hand slip from the wall as she moved away from it, instead paying attention to the water flow. Observing how it moved and what directions it ran, It had to be coming from somewhere, and it had to be running out somewhere as well, and since they wanted to go down, maybe if was running through an opening they could take to get to their destination. “Try and see if the water leads out anywhere” she said, glancing over her shoulder to the Rockets close to her, before she pushed her legs through the water, pausing every now and then to observe the flow again.

Nyx wrinkled her nose, "I'm not going to fall..." She said right before her foot slip and she almost lost her balance; She waved her arms and quickly righted her balance. "... Okay. I'll be careful..." Nyx sighed and kept a hand on the wall. She looked around, the lantern on top of her head following her eyes. "Do you see any little passages?" She wasn't seeing any, at least none that were readily apparent.

Deciding that she did, in fact, need her flashlight that was in her pack, Kofuku swung her bag around and opened up one of the pockets, fishing through it with her hand until her fingers found what she wanted. Pulling the entire contraption out, she strapped the flashlight to her forehead and flicked it on, blinking a little as her light illuminated the water and rocks around her.
"Crap...." She muttered softly, hearing Seth's words farther up; this couldn't be good. Taking a few steps away from Will, she did exactly the opposite of where Faleen was searching and turned her attention higher up the rock wall. Chances were, after all, that the water could simply be coming in and out through the same cave opening they had.
Slipping and sliding slightly on the rocks with her legs shaking a bit from the cold, she took her movements slowly as she tested out her footholds before shifting her weight. It would not end well if she slipped and conked her head, and she was sure that she'd more than likely be left to drown for when the tide came in.

Liam had taken the easy way down, floating gracefully on Viral's back. Rather than get crazy looks from those climbing their way down, he chose to give them looks instead, wondering why nobody else chose to use Pokemon (also known as 'the easy way'). Inside, he had found Agents Mau and Nyx and decided to stick to them like glue rather than get himself lost in a cave and potentially get eaten by an Onix. "So, how about that last raid, huh?" Liam asked in their general direction with a nervous laugh. He remembered seeing Aila for the first time after the last raid, all of his excitement for the team's homecoming snuffed in a single second. He hoped such a fate would not befall anyone else this time...

It was simply too risky to venture down into that dark chasm with who knows what waiting down below. The cave itself seemed to bellow, making it clear that it was likely not safe down there. Was it the sound of water moving through the cave's passages... or something else entirely?
As the Rockets meandered about, looking for alternatives, Faleen had the right idea. The gurgling sound of the water as it rushed into the cave, was coming from a crack in the wall near her, just wide enough for humans to squeeze into. That is if you weren't obese. As another bought of water rushed into the cave, some of it flowed into the crack and drained into who knows where.

Following the water lead her to a crack opening in the wall, tilting her head she moved over toward it, hands placing on the sides of the opening, shining her light within for a moment while she listened to the water rushing into it "Sir, there is an opening over here." she announced to the Elite in the group.
Glancing down when the water once again pushed past her boots, sloshing around her feet. She stepped to the side holding a hand up and speaking again. "Over here" to lead her location through sound and the lamp on her head.

Alexander had heard Faleen's beckoning and carefully moved over towards where her light is shining. Every time the water went in and out he would pause slightly to make sure he kept his footing. He looked around at the others and stood back a little ways so the higher up's could get through the passage way first should they wish. There was no need to 'make waves' so to speak.

"Oh, you weren't there, were you?" Nyx looked at Liam, "It was interesting." She'd have talked more about it, but they were looking for a way into the deeper parts of the sea cave. Nyx turned her head when Faleen announced that she'd found something, glad that they hadn't just come to a dead end, or a perilous and blind trek into the depths. "Oh, good!'

Lucas noted the crevice in the side of the cavern as Faleen brought attention to it. Well, that was worth a shot. Courage being the magic that turns dreams into reality and all that. He moved towards the slender opening and shouldered his way through, moving forward with careful steps.

Mau tilted his head back and looked at Liam. "Hey kid." He said softly. Though the way Liam spoke of the last raid, he wondered if he had been at the volcano too. Well, it wasn't really that important. Then he heard Faleen's voice call people over. He hesitated a moment before shuffling through the water a little curiously.

Isadora turned her head towards the call from one of the other Grunts and followed the sound of her voice. She walked over to the crack in the wall where Faleen specified. It certainly was interesting and unusual... Perhaps Team Rocket's coming here was indeed destiny? "Huh... Shouhld we ehxplore it, thehn?"
