Love to Paint entervixen That sucks she seems to be so petty towards you. Maybe with enough time she will realize what she is doing and why she shouldn't act like that. And yeah, that would be awesome if you could do that. I've often thought about that myself. I can't see that happening. We have been through this sort of thing before. Unless she wants something from me in the future, she will never care or pretend to realize anything. I know it sounds dumb to have stayed so long and given her so many chances, but I really believed she wanted to grow. Somewhere inside I still believe that she doesn't want to be the person she is, but I am done with her. She really is who she is. She can be really sweet and fun, but the second she gets mad, she will break every promise she has ever made. Her word means nothing to her. AND she is SUPPOSED to be Wiccan. How very sad. I stayed with my ex gf for a long time for similar reasons too. Other reasons as well, but that was one of them for me. *hugs* Hopefully it will get easier with time. I hope for the best for you.

Thank You both. Its nice to have you here. The thing is, I was moving along fine, and then she started these posts. Its a long story, but I needed to get in touch with her IRL. She stays for free in my friends house, but was ignoring some things she was asked to do, like mow the lawn. My friend was getting nowhere with her and asked me to try. My ex, who pretended we had parted on good terms ignored 4 texts, 2 e-mails, a phone call (her voice mail is not set up and she NEVER answers my calls) and 2 messages sent through Gaia, so I figured she was done with me and frankly, other than her screwing my friend over at her house, I was fine with her breaking all contact. That is when the Gaia status messages started. She knew I knew she was screwing with Kiri's generosity and so she needed to let me know as slyly as possible that she doesn't care. I would just unfriend her, but I am afraid there will be retaliations. She is also still on a list for a women's group that I run and I am afraid to kick her off there too. She is vengeful and strikes back when she is hurt. She has this thing where she always has to inflict more damage than she feels has been done to her. People get hurt in a breakup, it happens, but she is vicious. She more than once has threatened to ruin my life. She blackmails without a thought for who she might hurt. I know again this makes me sound like an idiot, but she really had the power to make me believe that she wanted to change, be a different person. She is Wiccan (at least when its convenient for her) and as a Wiccan she should have a good set of ethics. She doesn't though. She will take advantage of any good heart and I feel sorry for anybody in a relationship with her. She needs to date somebody as shallow as she is, but she is drawn to the to the girls who feel things deep.
Again thanks for listening. I really was OK with everything and have actually moved on in most of this. Its just the cutting me out, screwing over my friend (who is a HUGE sweetie) and then the status message thing just brought up all over again what a jerk she is and all the bad things about her. It would be nice instead to remember the good times fondly but she would rather just keep the wounds open as long as possible.

I have been thinking about leaving Gaia, mostly I just have other things to do with my time, I don't Paint enough is the main thing.
Honestly, this Guild is why I haven't done it yet. I really feel you are all my friends too.
By the way for those of you following, Cat Like Thief 182, has not gotten Pale Marionette yet. I however have finished my part of the pact, which was to get Happy Melody and then save one million gold for Cat's quest.

I'm still amazed that you managed to save so much gold in such a short amount of time. I really couldn't do that with my current internet situation.

I did it mostly in zOMG. I guess though a lot of the games are more difficult, the rewards are not as big and now they have put a cap on the amount you can earn in a day. I guess they are trying to even out the gold making for people who do not play zOMG and they also believe it will lower prices on some objects that are outrageously expensive, such as the Pale Marionette that Cat has been working 6 months on. Cat is not happy about it. She usually set aside one day to spend gaming there and now she has to do more than that. I don't know if any of you remember, but Bast Night was also in our pact and she has just dropped out without saying anything, so now I really feel like I want to help more. I got pretty burnt out getting my part done, but I want to help her out more if I can.
