Daichi Don't call me Chii..Daichi pulled his sharp nail from the lock and smirked as he turned the door knob and pushed open the door.

Chestra slid his hand out of the fist it was in only for a deep purple flame appear in the doorway and he slid inside. "Now what shall we see inside this basement?" he purred glancing back at Daichi to be sure he was following him.

Daichi Don't call me Chii..Daichi followed, his tail sweeping against the floor as they entered. His cat sight had already kicked in and allowed him to see in the dark and whenever the light of that purple flame shined to his eyes it made them look as if they were a demonic red.

"I like your eyes. I'd be careful around the dark elf mages though. They'll steal them and use them for their own eyes," Chestra chuckled as the flame vanished. His eyes were a dark purplish red in the dark and if Daichi glanced at them, they would seem a bright purple in the dark vision area.

Kayci returned home after a loud dog's bark was heard from the basement door. Kayci walked right pass the two down to the basement and to her dog, Caleb. He was wiating for her to feed him. She feed him and walked back up stairs and turned the hallway lights on, looking at the two, "I tell you to stay out of locked rooms for reasons, especially you Daichi, unless you want to be injured by my dog, Caleb." she said to him as Caleb walked up the steps to her and then sat next to her. Caleb was well trained, but his instincts were much larger than his training. He barked at Daichi and growled a little, "Can I please!" he cried to Kayci with puppy dog eyes.
"No Caleb." Kayci said.

"I wouldn't have let Caleb hurt Daichi," Chestra replied in a monotonous voice as he bent down to Caleb's level. "Hello, Caleb. I'm Chestra. I'll be watching your spirit leave your body when you cross over."

"I'm not that old." Caleb snapped, "I'm only 31 in dog years!" he growled.
"Here we go again..." Kayci said rolling her eyes. She walked over into the kitchen grabbing a dog treat it normally always worked on Caleb.

Daichi Don't call me Chii.."that little mangy flee back couldn't do s**t."Daichi hissed as the fur on his tail stood on end. He glared at the dog, giving it a glare of 'try anything stupid and you'll end up tied to a pole.'

"You never know when something bad might happen," Chestra chuckled as his smile turned into one of maliciousness only to return to a soft smile as he turned to Daichi. "That was fun wasn't it, Daichi?"

"Exactly. I'm hungry... Are you hungry?" Chestra replied casually only to place a hand on his stomach. "I'll make us something to eat if you'd like..."

"I thought there was an extra spirit here," Chestra chuckled before walking towards the kitchen. He quickly made a sandwich and then returned back to the hall with it. "It's better than nothing..."

Daichi Don't call me Chii.."Actually it was this black bird.. That was mocking me so I opened the window and it flew in and I caught it then let it go then I caught it again and ate it."Daichi said with a grin.

"And I said It's better than nothing. which means I'd rather you have eaten a bird than nothing at all," Chestra replied taking a bite from his sandwich only to glance at the bird's spirit screeching and cawing at Daichi although he didn't sem to notice it. "That's not going to bring you back to life, bird..."
