My favorites are the motion-sensor bombs and the baseball bat. 4laugh Whenever I'm losing I just take one of those, if they're available, and my opponent ends up flying into the screen. Hilarious!

I like the pokeball.
When you have four players, and you turn on just Pokeballs, it's really fun. 3nodding Everything goes crazy, and if you don't have a fast character, you're dead.
But the pokeball isn't the strongest item; it's just a use-once projectile weapon. Therefore, the beamsword is better, if you're trying to win the match. I just like how the pokeball has a surprise Pokemon inside... And I'm a pokemon fan. xd
I also like matches where you just turn on bomb-ums, and play in the Final Destination stage. Then you break open crates and stuff, and you have to jump over the bomb-ums; you're not allowed to destroy them. It's pretty easy, but you sometimes get hit when you're trying to break open a crate or barrel. xd
It's really fun when you're playing with your friends. But you have to make a rule that you won't attack eachother, otherwise the players will kill eachother. 3nodding And don't turn on a computer, or this won't work.
Another one of my favorite items is the motion censor bomb. It's really fun when you have two players, and you play where one player leaves the room, and the other player sets up motion censor bombs all over the stage. Then the person who left comes back, and tries to get their character across the stage without jumping on a motion censor bomb. You have to play this in Hyrule Temple though; the other stages aren't big enough.
So, basically, my favorite item for having fun, is the pokeball, and my favorite for helping me win the match is the beam sword.
And bomb-ums and motion censor bombs have their purposes, too. xd
But we usually play without items, so I don't use them much.

Beam Sword makes me feel like if my character was in Star Wars. cool The Hammer is awesome. I once played the song "Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer. I would say "Can't touch this [the Hammer]!" xd
The Pokeball is a great item.

I love the beam sword as well, but since I normally play Marth, I don't need it. That's why I pick up the umbrella. There's nothing quite as fun as defeating someone by constantly poking them.
