A small figure poked her head into the cafeteria, glancing about at all the other students, couples and non couples, before venturing further. It seemed Astra was one of the few who didn't have a date accompanying her, but whether this phased the fairy, one couldn't tell. Her outfit for this evening was a simple dress, purple in color with the edges ending in blue which matched the color of her wings. It held no sleeves, instead having some leafy frills around the shoulders. A sash was tied around the middle, with the ends long enough to drape behind her and onto the floor. To complete the outfit, Astra had made a garland of flowers that sat around her head, just over her antenna.
At this moment, she did not approach anyone yet, feeling a little self conscious in her new choice of clothes. She stayed close to the ground, not wanting to fly too high and accidentally have her dress flare up. She could see Riley and Junko, but they seemed busy talking to each other. Not to mention Jericho was here and, she was a little worried he might make a snide remark about her dress. Or set it on fire.

Maritess was nervous. Very, very nervous. She couldn't believe she had a date! One she didn't bid on even! That he was good-looking, a gentleboil, and highly endorsed by Lizzy made her all the more anxious not to ruin this. She glanced at the clock and let out a surprised yelp. Was it already this late!? Oh no!! No, no, no, Jack this was bad!
She took one last glance at the full-length mirror, adjusted the collar of her red, halter dress, and flew towards the door. A long tentacle suddenly grabbed at her wrist. Tess was about to yell at her mini-pet when she saw the shawl she had picked being held out to her. She breathed deep (not that the undead needed to, it was all psychological), accepted the proffered garment, and headed out the dorms.
It wasn't difficult, spotting the basilisk and his snake companion who where waiting for her. "Sepheran, Liannan," she waved as her leather wings silently brought her towards them. "I'm so sorry for being late, were you both waiting long?" she asked before noticing the bouquet he held. Despite being an undead, the apples of her cheeks were doing a very good impression of a blush.

Tilting his head, Jericho took the shoebox and looked it over briefly before glancing back at Lizzy. He was rather curious as to why she was thanking him, though he figured the reasoning didn't matter so much. He was getting something!
Carefully, he opened the box to find a red dragon plush with a ring around the tail.
"You made this? Nice job," he said with a hint of surprise. It was pretty well made as far as he could tell. That alone gave it a fair amount of value in his eyes, not to mention that the ring looked rather shiny. Taking the card now, he read it over and quickly understood the reason here. When he was done, he turned his attention back to the demon with a smile. He was also relieved that she wouldn't make him dance.
"Thanks Lizzy, or er... you're welcome?" he wasn't sure which would be the right one to use here since this was a thank you gift.
"And yes, let's trade," He added with a grin.

She beamed, heaving a sigh of relief as she relaxed; she didn't know what most boils like, much less a dragon! So to hear that he liked it (well, she assumed he did, from his reaction) made her rather glad.
"Yes I did! I like to think I'm rather apt with a needle and thread," She grinned; if there was one thing she was proud of and eternally secure about, its probably that. Awkward was definitely cute with Jericho, although she could see that it wasn't his usual 'style'. With a nod, her grin widened, "And you're welcome! I'm just glad you didn't dislike it."
Looking around, she spotted a nice table, adorned with balloons just like the other tables - a rather romantic setting for two students just looking for a place to whip out their DS and start talking about Pokeman, but... It'll do! Its Scarentine, after all! She pointed at the table before gesturing for Jericho to follow, "There~ I think it's far away from the food table to stop people peeking over our shoulder. Besides, when Amrita and Tess are here, they can join us!"
She didn't like it when strangers stare at her while she's doing something anyway.

"I really like it," he nodded with a grin before following her to one of the tables. Jericho seemed to have relaxed a little, but he still felt somewhat awkward about this whole situation. The table might have been away from the food, but he could always grab some of that later on.
"Yeah, this looks like a pretty good spot," the dragon agreed as he took a chair and set the box down carefully on top. He glanced around the room briefly to try and see if he could spot Amrita at all but he didn't see the undead girl anywhere around. He probably would have looked for Tess as well, but he didn't know her.
Pulling out his DS, he glanced over towards Lizzy, "What are some of the Pokeman that you need? I might need to do some breeding first to get you one."

Chuppi, naturally, had been at the dance the entire time during the set up and whatever else needed to happen. She'd spent most of it trying to keep the gnomes out they wanted to see up dresses, or so she assumed) and trying to fix things that she could see from her vantage point. Being short had it's uses when trying to make sure that wires weren't crossed and people weren't going to trip over things during the dance, but it also made it so it looked like she wasn't there at all. It was a bit of a relief, really, and so when people started to mingle in Chuppi finally decided it was time to go and get dressed for the party. She'd made sure not to wear her nice outfit during set up, she didn't want to ruin all the effort she and Lizzy had put into it, so she slipped into a small side area and slid on the dress.
It was a dusky shade of purple (Chuppi's favorite color) and it hung just above her small knees. It was backless and strapless to make room for her quills, something she was thankful for, and the little monster scuttled back in the join the rest of the group. She naturally wasn't wearing any shoes, but shoes were hard to fit on feet that had a quill on their back. Oh well. Glancing about she tried to figure out who she wanted to speak with first, there were so many people, but then she saw Lizzy and Jericho (? she didn't know his name other than from the auction) so she decided to head over to them. Maybe they wouldn't mind her company.
"Buenos Tardes Lizzy, Jericho. You are both lovely tonight."
She really, really hoped that was the proper compliment.

She pulled out a chair beside Jericho's and sat down, adjusting the skirt of her dress. Putting her handbag on her lap, she reached into it to pull out her DS, turning it on, smiling at herself as the game started. She skipped the intro and went to load her game. At the boil's question, she looked up, "I've been looking around for a Club member Ken in my game, but I can't find one... I found several other 'Club members' Pokeman, but just not that one. So... I think its not available on this version of the game?"
As her game loaded, she shifted her chair to make it easier for her to hold out the DS towards him. Opening the PokeDex in her saved game, she scrolled down till she reached an empty spot between several Pokeman starting with 'Club member', as if to prove her point.
"It can't be located on the Pokeman radar thing either..."
Chuppi's greeting surprised her a little and she straightened up in her seat; she had been so focused on the machine in her hand that she hadn't seen the Monster approach! Turning around, she practically beamed with pride when she saw that Chuppi was wearing the dress they had picked out together. Placing her DS down on the table, she stood up, hugging the ghoul while avoid her spines.
"Chuppiiii! You look lovely as well! Adorable, even." Lizzy giggled while still hugging her. Pulling back, she then added, her voice a little teasing as she smiled, "So, is Tybalt here yet?"

"Ty-ty-tybalt? No, I...have not seen him yet. I did ask for him to meet me here and he said it would be okay, but. . . "
Well, there was no point in worrying. She didn't really think that the black dog would stand her up for the dance and, if he did, she wouldn't worry about it. Not that much, maybe. Actually it probably would bother her quite a bit but she didn't want Lizzy or anyone else to know about it. Her feelings were her own and she wasn't going to broadcast them across the school grounds like so many of the other students. Her confession at the auction had nearly devastated her for being so foolish but she'd been so thankful to know that no one, including the object of the confession, knew what she'd meant.
"It is good to see you with your date though, and thank you for the hug and compliment. You have good taste, but. . .I think my hair has come down. I tried to fix it like how we had it, but look at it now."
Her hair certainly didn't look good anymore thanks to her crawling around and being generally helpful, leaving the little monster to frown as she tapped at the locks.

Nodding, Jericho looked at the PokeDex thought about the exclusives for both versions, "Yeah. That one is only found in Bloodred. One of the ones that's only found in your version is Youngster Joey."
"So you wanna go ahead and trade those two then?" he asked while going ahead to see if he had a spare of the Club member Ken in his PC already. As he did so, he heard a vaguely familiar voice come up and greet them. Glancing up, he saw Chuppi there, one of the student council kids.
"Hey and uh... thanks?" he greeted, shifting a little in place once more. At least Lizzy seemed pretty happy to see the chupacabra here.

Eyulra His eyes were flicking around the creepateria, looking over the designs as a whole and wondering. He couldn't help it. The designer in him was almost screaming to make some changes. If he had known that they were going to design a room, he would have offered his services! Not to say that they didn't do a good job... but he always could see the 'something better' in pretty much anything. Rubbing his chin, he couldn't help wishing he had his abyssberry to snap some pictures and keep it as a source of reference. Never hurt, right? The touch of Carry's hand made his thoughts snap back to the present and he looked down to see what she was doing. Ah... a wrinkle. She was such a dear for looking out for him and he took up her hand and kissed the back of it in thanks for what she did. Honestly, why she had picked him was beyond his scope of understanding, but he was glad she had. "I haven't eaten yet, no. So food sounds like a good idea." He had noticed that her face looked a bit redder than usual and he moved on instinct; placing the back of his hand to her forehead and checking her temp. "Are you well, my dear? This place too hot for you? Let's get you something to drink to cool you off." Like he'd let anything bad happy to Carry. Luka would never forgive him.. and he wouldn't be able to forgive himself either. "I hope they have a selection of things to drink. A menu or something, perhaps." Carthusia was either in Heaven or in Hell, but she wasn't sure which. Of course Livius was a darling and handsome and an excellent gentleboil and such a good dresser! BAH. She blinked several times to regain her composure while Livius put the back of his hand to her forehead. Yep, there it went. Fight the swoon, Carry! Fight the swoon!. At least she wasn't the only one at the dance with a handsome date, though hers was by far the most handsome. "Err... umm... yes, just a hot flash or something like that. Nothing to worry about! We should get something for you to eat though - we can't be dancing and playing games on an empty stomach!" The demoness trotted to the buffet table and mentally kicked herself for being so ridiculous. She picked up one of the cups and filled it full of punch for Livi, turning around to hand it to him. "Another good thing about dressing in red is that if we spill this, no one will notice. We're doubly brilliant."Pride turned back around and poured herself a cup, sipping at it while eying the rest of the group entering the creepateria. The Student Council did a decent job and she could see three of them - Rain, Kasumi and Chuppi - all wandering about. Kasumi wore a name tag (for whatever reason), so she knew that ghoul's name. Watching the others though... she didn't know a great deal of them. She leaned to Livius while watching a few of the couples. "You think we should socialize a bit?"

"I knew it! And I would love to trade!" She nodded eagerly, "I mean, I was the one who asked you to bring your DS along for this, after all! My Youngster Joey is rather... Uh, low leveled though. Never really trained it." That and she sort of named it 'Mister Boil'; that'll be a surprise for Jericho when they trade though - she read somewhere that traded Pokeman names can't be changed.
"Aw, thank you~ By the way, this is Jericho," She gestured at the boil before gesturing to Chuppi, turning to the dragon, "This is Temes, but I'm as used to calling her Chuppi as I am people calling me Lizzy instead of Elizabeth!" She giggled at this before turning her attention back to the Chupacabra.
"Well, at least we have this time to redo your hair before he arrives. I'm sure it'll be an easy fix!" She grinned, grabbing her handbag - ah, handy handbag full of useful things (lost in the past or otherwise) - and pulling out a comb. Hooking onto one of the legs of the chair, she pulled it in her direction and sat down on it, pulling Chuppi towards herself before turning her around. Then, she worked to untangle the many knots that had formed in the monster's hair; she was starting to regret not bringing her hair moisturizer along!
"Ah, do you have the hair ties and clips with you?" She asked, focused on combing Chuppi's hair as gently as she could, knowing how painful it could be to have one's hair tugged on.

"That's fine. Low level or not, I'm sure that Youngster Joey is in the top 10% of all Youngster Joeys" he said with a grin. It was hard to tell if he was joking or not with that comment. Turning his attention back to Chuppi, he nodded to the smaller girl. He hadn't known that her real name was Temes since everyone kept calling her Chuppi.
While Lizzy worked with fixing her hair, Jericho went on to fetch an extra Club Member Ken for her. It wouldn't be hard to catch another one since they weren't particularly rare or anything along those lines.
Every now and then he glanced up to see who else was around, though since it was still rather early, people were still streaming on in at a relatively steady pace.

Lizzy giggled at the joke (at least it sounded like a joke!) before nodding, "Well, it does have an... Uh, epic name. My Youngster Joey anyway." Epic sounded odd coming from her, but at least she tried to use the lingo? Noticing that Jericho was looking around, however, she did too, trying to spot Tess or even Amrita and their dates. She wasn't worried about Tess - she had faith in Sepheran to be a good date! However, Amrita's date... Frowning, she stopped the combing momentarily to start on a text for Amrita.
'Where are you?'
A second later, she realized that she should be more specific; after all, if she's with Charlie...
'Just wondering since it seems like the party is starting! Livi is here with Carry!'
'Oh, by the way, Jericho is pretty cute~ When he's awkward anyway. xD'
'Where are you? Did Charlie lose his way on the way to your room? DO I NEED TO GO OVER NOW? D:'
That was probably enough texts!

 Amrita had taken the time to get herself all dressed up. She hated every moment of it, but everyone - mainly Lizzy, Livi and maybe Charlie and Christof - would be fairly proud of her, right? Besides, Lizzy made this dress (and sari!) for her, it would be a shame to not wear it!
She met Charlie outside of the Undead dorms, having somehow escaped the watchful eye of DC. It had been a mildly awkward meeting for Amrita; he'd called her hard head a couple times by accident, and then proceeded to babble on about something or another. Luckily for the Demon, she found him amusing so in the end he had her smiling regardless of the accidental name calling.
The little Undead was too busy looking down at her feet and gathering the long black sari around her person to really notice much around her; she stayed close to Charlie; even holding onto his sleeve to help her balance, but that was about it. It wasn't until her skelephone started going off that she even looked up, at first staring at her 'date' like he was the culprit. After the first ring, she pulled the phone out of her waist wrap, where it had been hidden.
The texts just kept coming! She soon gave up trying to reply, instead looking around to notice that hey; they were near the dance! Yay! But still; the texts kept coming and she doubted they would stop.
"Charliiie..." Amrita pouted, holding out her phone like it would magically stop if it wasn't close to her. "Lizzy's gonna text my hand off! We should split up to try and find her." It seemed like a good idea at the time, and Charlie seemed more than eager for a little 'competition'...no matter how many times Amrita said it wasn't a competition at all. The pink haired Demon ran off in one direction, and Amrita took the other, the tail ends of her long shawl-sari dragging behind her.
"Lizzy?" She called out, looking around for her friend.

Hearing the faint call of the friend she had relentlessly texted, Lizzy sat up, looking around, a hand still holding onto the comb that was brushing through Chuppi's hair while her other hand was untangling the knots in her hair. When she spotted Amrita, however, the hand with a comb shot up into the air in a wave in a bid to catch the ghoul's attention.
"Over here, Amrita!"
Noticing that she was wearing something that she had made, the Demoness started to beam with pride again - Chuppi, and now Amrita~ It made her really happy and she couldn't help wiggling in her seat from the pride and excitement she felt. Of course, she hoped that Livi would approve, but that'll have to wait till later - he seemed occupied with his ghoulfrend! It seemed a waste for him to dye his lime green hair away though... It was one of the features she liked best about the Envy Demon.
However, he probably did it to match Carry, and the thought brought a smile to her lips; they make such a good pair!
