Jade nodded her head, pacing about upon the ceiling. She applauded Kay as she did so. "Alright, now that you've learned to not die from falling at such heights, let me teach you to climb heights much faster!" She released her chakra, letting herself fall. Jade held her arms close to her body as she fell, making her descent faster. She flipped, and with a small amount of chakra, created the necessary force to keep her from smashing into the ground like an accordion. "You can already walk up walls, but one of your feet have to constantly be on the surface. With this technique, you can propel yourself up great heights at a faster pace, and keep both feet ready for anything. With bursts of chakra, you can push yourself up upward. Just time it perfectly." Jade showed him this upward, and then came back down. She wanted to check up on Akura, so she headed over to him.

Jade found Akura laying on the ground, slumped against the wall. At first, it seemed he was sleeping, but something seemed odd about his position. Jade knelt down, and placed her hand on his chest, and her ear just before his mouth. He was breathing...slowly. "Akura?" He did not respond. She snapped her fingers, and again he did not stir. Jade cocked her arm back, and smacked him, her fears realized. His chakra must have rebounded as he trained, and attacked him. Perhaps he was hit so hard, he was even knocked into a coma. Jade called a few imps to her, and had them cart him off to a makeshift hospital. He'd be taken care of until he woke up. If he woke up.

Looking at the wall she had said, As he prepared to run for it the little demon appeared and squatted with his hands in an assist position. Come on, show her what you got! Kay ran, ignoring it and jumping straight for the wall with his powerful chakra gathering at the heels and soles of his feet. He launched upward, the wind rushing at his face, and then attempted it again after a ten feet rush. He slid down a little, but still forced himsled up a few more feet before attempting this again.

Jade was already back before Kay was finished, standing as she waited for him to come back to her. "Kay, you've been progressing very well. Now, let us see how you handle the next stage. You've learned how to maneuver about the field, and summon chakra to your finger tips, using it in a destructive way. Now, I will teach you to summon the chakra to your entire hand, proving for more devastating attacks. You will learn the Hand Shunko." Jade held up her own slender hand, and allowed her golden chakra to seep through. "It is the same idea, though this time with more chakra. Gather it to your hands, and when you strike-" Jade thrust her arm forth, hitting the dummy's head with her fist. At the point of impact, she released the small amount of chakra in her hands. The dummy's head snapped back, and the rest of it followed suite, flipping backward. "Do not discard the Minor Shunko. It is for more concentrated attacks. The Hand shunko, is for devastation. At your current level, you probably won't be able to kill anyone, but heavy damage is possible."

As he focused the chakra into his hand, the heat radiating from it would falter slightly as his mind was clouded suddenly by images of the kuinoichi who healed his wounds. His fist, the energy in it wavering, would suddenly lose all the chakra it had built as he stopped paying attention. Her hair just down to her neck, her face nearly a perfect symmetrical balance, and then her voice was heavenly to his ears. Pay attention romeo. the voice in his head said. He focused back in, thankful for that voice for once, and then all the chakra from before, and then some focused in again. He Let out a punch that exploded with forceful chakra and sent the head of the dummy into the wall. Huffing and puffing Kay suddenly became lost in thoughts again.

Jade once again had been watching Kay, and noticed he seem to lag. It must have been a bad connection. She waited for him to migrate hosts, and send the dummy to the wall. Before she continued onward with the next technique, she spoke. "Kay, you seem distracted. Is there something you wish to talk about?" Her motherly side kicked in as she approached him, raising an eyebrow. Curiosity was in her eyes as she spoke. At that moment, Jade didn't seem like she could twist his neck around 4 times before he noticed what was happening, she seemed caring and compassionate.

Akura was dragged away by the imps, he had passed out due to chakra exhaustion, something he had never experienced before, and he hoped he would never feel again. The boy slowly opened his eyes and he found himself lying on a bed, with a few imps around him. He slowly sat down and looked around the room, it was quite nice. The imps where there moving around, looking for different things, the boy looked around, his red hair falling against his face; the boy opened his mouth slightly and faced toward one of the imps. -" How long have I been out?" The boy asked the imps, despite the fact that he was looking at one, the question was aimed at every imp in the room. As soon as he said this he moved his left arm toward his face; placing the palm of his hand over his chin, looking toward the imps. -" About thirty minutes, almost an hour." One of the small creatures said with it's back turned at Akura. The boy looked down at his legs, looking at the blue sheet that was covering his body; he dragged his legs to the side of the bed and got up, slightly struggling to keep his balance once he was up.
The boy's legs we shaking lightly, he simply slapped his legs with his hand and looked toward the doorway. -" Better keep up my training." The boy said, as soon as he did one of the imps flew up to his face. -" Um... You should really stay in the bed." The imp said. ' Please take care of this one...' Akura told his brother, he simply laughed slightly to his brother's request and took over the body, the look on Akura's eyes turned slightly more viscous, and unforgiving. -" F*** off." The boy said without emotion on his voice, grinning as he quickly flicked his arm toward the imp, hitting it with his hand. The imp was knocked away and it hit the wall. The boy gripped his fist and looked at it, still grinning slightly. Akura took control over his body once more and looked toward the imp that was on the ground; the one he had knocked toward the wall. -" I'm sorry..." He said in a low tone of voice, the apology sounding real.
Akura paced slowly toward the door and he found himself in the main room of the house. -" Wow this place is huge." He commented to himself as he walked toward the center, looking out the window; seeing the lush forest that was outside. -" I wish I could take a stroll out there... But, alas, I have training to do." He uttered to himself, seeing a few birds, which were actually Harpies. The boy sighed and turned toward the door of the room where he was training with Jade. He walked in and offered Jade, and Kay, a smile, which showed how embarrassed he was. -" Sorry for that Jade..." He said as he looked toward Kay. -" Hey, how's training going?" He asked Kay, looking at his brother whom had punched the dummy. ' Did he already surpass me? In one hour he caught up to me, and passed my power lever? He really is something else.' Akura thought to himself, thinking that the boy had passed his power level, which, indeed he had done.
' I'll take over... I'll show you that even if he did surpass you, he has nothing over you.' Akura's brother told him as he took control over the boy, thought no notable change was made, or so he tried to do once he took control, though close examination at Akura's eyes would reveal the coldness of his brother. -" Jade-sama... I have a request... Before either of us continue our training." Akura told Jade, what did he have in mind? Oh this was a surprise, even to Akura himself; what his brother was planning was to challenge Kay to a fight, with Jade's permission that is, and, if possible, not in this room.

Jade had been waiting for a reply from Kay, when the sound of approaching footsteps had her turning her head. She spotted Akura, and her eyes went wide. Jade had been totally sure he'd be out for...years. She walked over to him, disturbed by his nonchalant attitude. Something was off about Akura, but she could not quite place it. She held back her inquiries about his wellbeing at his statement. A slender eyebrow raised as she urged him to speak. "What is it Akura-kun?"

Seeing the woman walk up to him the boy smiled slightly. He looked at the Kazekage's face, looking at her expression. ' What's biting her...' The real Akura thought. Akura placed his hands behind his head and smiled slightly -" Who knows." He thought to himself, tilting his head toward Kay. -" You see Jade-sama... I want to know... Which one of us is the strongest" He told Jade, still smiling slightly, moving his head back to it's original position; now looking at Jade. -" Since this is your home, and you are our teacher, naturally I have to ask for permission before fighting with Kay." The boy said, Akura looked at his brother, whom was controlling his body. ' Are you trying to get me killed?!' Akura thought as he took control over his body; but it didn't matter what he would say, the challenge was made, all he could do was pray that Jade said no, and that if she said yes, he could beat him. -" I want to see... If he comes through with his goal; I want to find out if he can really fight for what he wants. I want to see if he can truly master the flawless style with two blades. I want to see if he has what it takes." The brother said as he took control over Akura's body, gripping his fist he slid his eyes toward Kay. -" He might be on a higher level than me, it doesn't mean that he can use his new strength for combat; just because you can swing a blade, doesn't mean you know how to use it." Akura then said, his tone sounding a bit arrogant, his eyes burning with the desire to fight, despite the boy's will not to, his brother had total control over the body at the moment, and there was nothing he could do about it; not if he was going to fight Kay.
-" Though... I'm not one to talk either, I don't know much about Shunko, or the flawless style for that matter; but, I have a good idea of what to do when the time comes..." He told both Jade and Kay, showing a bit of humility in his words; after what he said, humility was just what he needed.

Jade studied Akura a bit before moving at all. This was an odd request. She pursed her lips, deep in thought. It was naive of her to think her students would not wish to test each other at one point. The fact that it had happened so soon was surprising. Denying Akura the chance to fight may turn his attitude sour, not something Jade wanted. On the plus side, she'd be able to see if her training was actually working, or was she just kidding herself. Jade stepped back, allowing all of them to see each other. "I will allow the battle to proceed under my supervision. I do not wish to see either of you maimed or killed in this fight. Now, as long as Kay accepts your challenge, you may fight." She lapsed into silence, leaving the matter up to Kay.

Her motherly side was warming to his ears, almost as if she was his real mother. He gained the courage to speak and looked upwards in the general direction of her face with a boyish grin. He prepared to speak to her, and he almost did so, but a familiar face interrupted him. "Oh, hey there puppeteer. Training is... well it's going along as fast as It could. I have someone I want you to meet." His little imp friend jumped from the shadows to his shoulder, and spoke in there language into Kay's ears. Kay grinned, but said nothing. His brother was here, which either meant one of two things. He wanted to challenge Kay again, or he wanted to train with him. Either one would have been fine with Kay, who heard Akura say he had a request to make of their master.
As they spoke Kay again faded off into the distance of his thirty meter sound radius. Imps clattering on the ground, and Harpies circling the area to get a better view of Kay, and a scary sight, a minotaur. It held a dead spider in it's hand, a very big one, and was missing a finger. Impressive stuff. Why are you always off in your own little world? He is actually speaking of something important! Pay attention you thoughtless blind little fool! Akura's request brought Kay back into the midst of the conversation.
Oh, so it was true after all? Akura did want to battle him? It brought back memories, back from when Koi was kazekage and when she had been training them in the dunes. They'd had a little battle then too. Kay had a pretty good idea of his skills from then, but he had no clue what to expect out of him this time. He was indeed a new and possibly improved Akura, which made Kay slightly giddy with excitement. A chance to test what he had learned before the chuunin exams rolled around. He smirked as Jade gave the decision up to him, and moved to the center of the immediate area, which he knew was it because he could see the diameter. "Yet another challenge? It's not like you have a chance... but sure we could go at it again." Kay was of course joking around, but that would all change in a split second...
He cast his robe out to the blowing winds, his body glistening slightly, and his grin faded. He pulled a blindfold out of his pocket and tied it over his eyes. It was grey, and long, and it also bore the sunagakure symbol on the front. He removed his sword from his side, and his Imp scurried off. He held it out in front of him, and then quickly held the sheathed blade in his hand. His "hidden" blade was in plain sight, both of them which eliminated the element of surprise. He didn't mind.
He was still like a statue as he awaited Akura to move first. Champion's rarely make the first move, but this was no mere show of ornery arrogance. Kay was more reactive than proactive now, which meant if Akura rushed Kay would counter with his patented henjiboshi technique. Should he send in a puppet he had an... impish reaction prepared. He was also prepared for Akura to start off with a shuriken barrage, ready to slash them all out of the air, or dodge. What ever he tried, Kay would see before his move even got completely off and have ample time to react to it.

But, I must apologize in advanced Jade-sama... I tend to leave a mess when I fight..." Akura told Jade just before Kay answered. -" Perfect." Akura mumbled, his facial expression changing from his normal, nonchalant expression, into something more battle ready; something Akura almost never sported. The boy remained still for a few moments, the brother running a battle plan with Akura. -" I'll do just that." He said as he rose his feet toward him, taking off his shoes; something very unusual to do during a battle. ' This combination will take out almost half my chakra points... But, hopefully, it will keep him off me, not for too long though... I know just what to do...' He thought to himself as he took off the other shoe, remaining barefooted, his feet planted upon the wooden floor. -" Better play it safe though..." He mumbled to himself as he took his right hand out of his neck and reached for his pocket, drawing a kunai out, his index finger inside the little hole that those knives had. -" Good luck Kay..." He said as he moved his left hand toward his headband; he pulled it off and gripped it tightly in his hand, still looking at Kay. He then glanced toward Jade, giving her a slight nod the boy's eyes got fueled by the fire of battle, willing to rip the boy to shreds if he was allowed to. Akura took a single step to the front; and that step turned into another and yet another, and before Kay knew it, Akura was running toward him, but upon the first step, the boy released the headband, letting it fall has he ran toward the boy. He moved his right hand toward his mouth; placing the kunai he held on his mouth, leaving his hands free so he could go hand to hand, or to do hand seals, by this point, he was already half way toward Kay, and the headband would have fallen on to the ground, releasing a slight sound of the metal clashing with the ground. As soon as Akura heard this he began to make hand seals; the jutsu he was going to use was one that Kay had never seen, not because he recently learned it, but because that was the first technique that Akura had learned, there for he never used it against his brother, or well... Almost brother. Only a few steps remained between Akura and Kay; it was time. -" Doton: Gou no Doro" He called out as he allowed chakra to leave his body; as soon as he said this the kunai he had on his mouth fell down, he stopped doing the seals, along with the running and caught the falling kunai. As soon as the kunai reached his hands, the boy's chakra spread around for eight feet around him, 'One pawn moved.' He thought as the chakra began to turn the wood bellow both of the boys; and maybe even Jade. If Kay didn't move from the afflicted area, he would be stuck in six foot deep mud, which, by then, he would be just playing to Akura's hands. ' Now for the other pawn...' The boy thought as he slowly made the next seals; his eyes placed upon Kay, preparing for the next technique. -" This should be fun.... Let's see how my Rook can do against my other pieces..." Akura commented, comparing their friendship with the relation between the King and the Rook, which is one of the best relations in the game, but, every now and then the king must test his Rook; to make sure it was still useful, to make sure it had not lost it's way; to make sure it was pure... Chakra: 23/25 Kunai 19/20 [ One in the hand. ] Shuriken 20/20 Makabishi 20/20 Light Bomb 5/5 Smoke Bomb 2/2 Quote: Doton: Gou no Doro (Earth Release: Mud Moat) Description: This jutsu converts the area immediately surrounding the performer of it into a a deep murky moat full of mud. The moat is at least 6 ft deep and four feet in radius (6 feet radius for genin, 8 feet for chuunin, 10 feet for Jounin, 15 feet for Sennin). Due to the nature of the moat, water walking can not be performed on it. Only an area of 1½ feet in diameter remains of solid, dry land for the user to stand on.

Akura had played into Kay's hand without any kind of bate necessary at all. He had watched every instance of Akura's advance on him. The dropped headband resounding with each step Akura took was easily ignored as it had no immediate attention grabbing life in it. He took note of the kunai in the boy's mouth, and gripped his sheathed blade a bit tighter in anticipation for the clash. His body began to glow as his steps grew closer, and Kay had a full picture of his brother coming at him. He was unflinching when the boy stopped, but saw the seals and made a quick move on Akura.
Akura was mistaken in his thought that Kay had never "seen the move" as he'd witnessed one of the villages jounin use it during a battle Kay had with him a long time ago when everything was different. His henjiboshi prepped, the flawless style user rushed forward, his body literally a blur of gray that Akura would barely have time to react to. In addition, Kay would have began the technique just before Akura finished his seals and made it to him just before the moat began to rise. Unsheathing the blade but holding it on the non-lethal side, Kay would first jab his sheath outward. With one foot of room for them to have this battle in Kay was certain he would push Akura into his own moat, and unless he stopped this first attack the second would be unblock able due to the speed of the strike. Kay would use the dull blade to push Akura into the moat's six foot high moat, and then, realizing he was trapped, jump up and the six foot length would be easily cleared outside the moat and out of harm's way.

He might have thought that he had Akura where he wanted the boy, but, Akura had a trick up his sleeve. " Doton: Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu" He uttered as Kay got closer to him. Just as Kay would slash at Akura, trying to get him into his own moat; the boy slid into the ground, by placing his chakra around his own body, slipping down the small area that would be left as solid grown, trapping Kay inside the moat. ' Know... For the Knight.' He said as he grabbed Crow's scroll and placed it in his pocket, so he could get it out at a moments notice. ' Let's prepare the BIshop.' He then thought to himself, as he did some seals. This time, he was planning on making a better defense for himself, since Kay would be technically trapped by the moat. He just needed slightly better defense now; he knew how fast, or at least, how fast he seemed to be... Nothing an obstacle can't stop... And Akura had just what he needed, but, he had to do some damage first. He gripped the kunai as he did the seals. ' If I could only use this...' He thought to himself as he finished the seals. -" So Kay... How was that for ya'?" He yelled out to Kay, whom he expected to be driven into the moat. Occ: I might not know what the hell you just did; but it sure was cool rofl And as far as I knew, the moat was like a giant puddle of mud... since it says you can't walk over it. No a wall emo But to hell with that. Ugh, It's been to long since I've Rped... Remember his patterns of attack. Hide and seek, peek-a-boo, and then a hard edged attack. You can't fight him head on simply because he doesn't want to. Don't give him a second to breath when you do locate him, which shouldn't be hard. He's a rather noisy fellow. Kaay actually payed attention to what was being said to him by his own subconscious manifestation of his strategic side. He popped his neck and gave it a few seconds thought. He bit into his thumb suddenly and did some rather fast handseals. He was outside the moat now, having missed his mark but still leaping out the moat after the strikes had missed. He slapped the ground, smiling as he did so, and a poof of smoke as tall and wind as a tree went off.
And as it cleared Kay stood with a three foot tall imp in front of him. The creature began slamming his fists against the ground in an angry way it would seem, but in truth he was just making a show of his "impressive skill" to intimidate Akura and cut his attack power down, unless Akura had clear body, in which case he would not be affected. Never the less, the imp dashed forward towards akura, his blade drawn, and took a leap of faith, flying through the air in an attempt to strike him down with the blade. Meanwhile Kay removed a kunai from his pouch and aimed a shot at Akura. Just as the imp jumped, kay launched it with all his might at the genin. It wouldn't be a hard decision for Akura, it was either move or be stabbed and slashed. The moment he made a move, Kay would rush him and force him into close combat, which would be super effective on the dark type Akura.
