Been playing DAII for the past four/five days. In Act II now. I like it overall I suppose, though am not impressed with the frame rate and how Bioware apparently thinks flames floating out of their holders is an every day occurrence.
The characters though...they don't act normally sometimes D:
But Fenris has FINALLY become a lot easier to get along with. I think that was +40 friendship points with him right out of the gate of Act II
Now. Anders.

"Ahaha, I just finished DAII last night.
Well, I can't say all of the characters have normal circumstances and can be confusing as you know... real people.
I managed to get along with everyone except Merrill.
I has a fanboy crush on Anders.
He helped me make my ultimate decison, because after what he did I just couldn't deny him...
What he done was not right but, damnit, I have a really soft spot for him."

I had the WEIRDEST dream last night.
Alright.
Imagine you're in New Vegas' Wasteland. Off in the distance, there are a few raiders fighting over some clean water sources... You walk over to them, cap them in the skull with your trusty Cowboy Repeater. As you walk over to loot them of their weapons and other resources, you are stopped.
"STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM! Nobody breaks the LAW ON MY WATCH! I'm confiscating your stolen goods. Now PAY your fine or it's off to jail!"
You casually tell the man to kindly die in an irradiated pit.
"THEN PAY WITH YOUR BLOOD!!"
As you're backing away to get a better aim at him, he suddenly suffers a .405 caliber to the brain case, promptly falls to the dusty ground like a sack of potatoes, and a couple of raiders strip him of his Imperial Steel Armor.
As soon as I woke up, I was all...
Damn... That was weird...
Then I was all...
Ohh... so THAT'S how they get all the Metal Armor's metal... That makes perfect sense!

xd Well, mine seemed wishy-washy at times. In one instance they'd act like I'd expect them to (Aveline and Fenris seem most prone to this) and the next I've pissed them off over what seemed like nothing. Varric is much more stable <3 Anders. Hmm. I don't know where I stand with him. It's not like I don't like the guy or anything...but maaaan Dx Yep. Me and Merrill had a bit of a falling out. She's adorable but I was a Dalish warden in DAO. SAY NO TO MIRRORS OF DOOM! And stuff. It's better getting out of Act I. 90% of that seemed like side quests. And this post is somewhat spoilery, I just realized, if anyone else wanted to play the game and hasn't so far ninja

I saw my sister play as a Dalish as well, so I saw the begining. She had a go at me when I denied giving her the relic, and hated my guts after that.
Yeah, most of the game is probably optional, but I did as much as I could.
A few of the quests glitched up on me though, besides the Isabell one. Some kidnapping one and... one I can't remember right now."

I've had that feeling before. I've posted in threads and then it seems that my post killed it. Its very dis-concerning but it happens from time to time. Just don't let it bother you too much. But like Duo said lots of people only post when they feel like they have something to add. While others post just for the sake of posting.
